I should've bought this years ago
Fantastic dishwasher. It took about 15 minutes to unpack and setup. No leaks. No tools needed. Normal plates fit fine. Everything was included hoses and adaptor.

A MUST HAVE FOR BUSY MOMS
HOW DID I LIVE WITHOUT THIS! I am a single mother who works full time , goes to college full time and who lives in a small apartment with my young son, needless to say I’m always exhausted after cooking dinner and the dishes would always pile up. WELL NOT ANYMORE! This dishwasher is an absolute lifesaver, I measured my countertop before and the dimensions listed are true, it fit my space like a glove. Assembly was very very easy and within an hour I was running my first load of dishes. The dishwasher is pretty quiet sounds similar to a regular dishwasher. The normal cycle took about an hour or so and the DISHES CAME OUT SPARKLING CLEAN and DRY! I have never ever been able to get my dishes this clean and sanitized by hand washing. I also put plastic kids dishes in there as well and crossed my fingers hoping they wouldn’t melt and on the normal cycle they came out just fine. It washes pots and pans beautifully as well. All in all I am so in love with this product I am finally able to get more housework done while this machine does my dishes for me! I find myself wanting to cook more because now I know I won’t have a bunch of dishes at the end of the night! A must buy if you’re busy and just done with handwashing!

I was extra happy that it fit perfectly on the exact counter space ...
I purchased this unit about 2 months ago. Arrived on time and secure in package. I was extra happy that it fit perfectly on the exact counter space I was hoping for. So far, I am happy as can be with this product. I have been dreading dishes the past 2 years I've been on my own in an apartment with no dishwasher as well as very limited space. I also have hard water and this still works amazing. If you ever feel like it's not cleaning right just add rinse aid and you're good to go.10 out of 10 would recommend and purchase again. I cannot stress how much these are worth purchasing if you are limited in space and money, but enjoy cooking without the hassle of hand washing dishes

It's awesome. ) I moved into a small apartment after ...
This Dishwasher changed my life! This review may not start well but it ends well. Seriously. If you're considering buying this, please read. It's long, but it may put any doubts about purchasing to rest. (Skip to the chase, buy it. It's awesome.) I moved into a small apartment after a divorce and went from a built-in soundless Bosch top of the line hooked up to a garbarge disposal so I didn't even need to rinse a dish to, yea. Just a sink. I had to hand-wash dishes. Yuck. I wasn't used to it. They piled up. It was gross. The landlord wouldn't pay to install a built-in (in hindsight why would they?). I wasn't about to pay for a plumber. So like any lazy girl who hates manual work would do, I hit the internet. Omg there's a dishwasher I can sit on my counter and hook up to my kitchen faucet??? And it's only $200 & change??? So-so reviews be damned! What have I got to lose? Alright, I order it. It comes in. Fits under my cabinet on the counter next to the kitchen sink. All I have to do is screw an adapter into the faucet and screw hoses into the back of the dishwasher. No problem. It works ok for a couple months. (Just for reference I bought it Feb of 2016). Ok so April / May 2016 the buttons just kinda start blinking and it shuts itself off mid-cycle. I'm like wtf? It's not great to begin with and now - nothing? Aw, Hell no. I contact the company directly (yes I purchased it directly from the manufacturer through Amazon). The customer service was so good it surprised me. They said it was covered under warranty. At first they told me to ship it back and they'd replace it. I had thrown out the box already. So they shipped me a brand new dishwasher and told me to ship the defective one back in the box the new one came in. So the new one was amazing! Obviously my original one had some issues... and omg the replacement one worked a million times better! I am writing this review Feb 2018. I've been using this dishwasher every day for two years now. Not just every day - anywhere from one to three or even four times a day. I've meant to go online and praise it's virtues many, many times. But stuff comes up and I kinda forget. Tonight, I just kinda feel compelled... here's why: 1) I'm doing my taxes. I find this dishwasher receipt from 2016 in my receipt pile from last year. I smile 'cause I had just started washing a load of dishes. With a Cascade Pod. It looked delicious. 2) I remember that I wasn't too impressed at first. Then I remember that my first unit was a lemon. Then I remember that the replacement unit was pretty awesome and that the company was super cool about the whole thing and made the return / replacement pretty easy. 3) I think to myself that this dishwasher makes my every-day chores so much better. I may make it go through three or four cycles a day, but if I had to hand-wash that many dishes I would either 1. Be compelled to purchase paper or plastic plates, cups, and utensils, thereby contributing to the destruction of trees and stuff. (What am I - an animal?) OR 2. I would most likely be compelled to harm my significant-other (or myself) for leaving a sink-full of dishes to manually wash. (And have to deal with wtf ends up in the sink drain thingy?) Yea, no. I've literally physically fought people for lesser offenses. 4) Recently, this handyman guy was sent by my landlord to fix a leak in the bathroom. As he walks through the apartment he sees this beautiful white box sitting on the kitchen counter. "What IS that? Is that a dishwasher??? I'm a plumber. I've never seen anything like that. That is SO COOL!". Yes. Yes it is. I haven't hand-washed a dish in two years. Every single dish, cup and freaking pot or pan comes out clean. Every. Single.Time. Does it fit as much as my big built-in under the counter dishwasher? Of course not. But... this dishwasher changed my life. No longer is dishwashing a chore. This freaking thing is hooked up to my tap on my freaking counter and has worked flawlessly for two years now. If you are in an apartment or an RV or just don't have the room or want the expense of installing a built-in dishwasher... buy this. It's pretty awesome. (And if it's not awesome, maybe you got a lemon like my first one. Just contact SPT and they'll make it right). Disclaimer: I use those pretty Cascade pods for washing dishes; I was not under the influence of any detergents while writing this review.

Works perfectly
Bought this for our office. We are trying to reduce the use of paper cups in our offfice. We have a staff of about 20 plus visitors. We run this unit about twice a week. Typically we only put coffee mugs and drinking glasses in it. It works very well. Have had a few instances of a chalky film residue left behind. Ran some white vinegar through and fixed the issue. This has been a wonderful addition to our office kitchen and allowed us to be a little more green for our community.

MY New Best Friend!!!
This beats the dish washer I had by a country mile!!! Really cleans great, heats the water very hot & is a push button wonder. I'm really impressed!! I can clean twice as much as I could with my former machine & it's the same size! This is a KEEPER!!!!!!!!. Forgot to mention it's so quiet that I had to keep checking when I first used it to make sure it was working!!

I recommend for any small apartment or anyone without a dishwasher
I am so impressed by this product. It is completely quiet except for when it drains water. It hooked right up to our sink and cleans the dishes. They are dry, clean, and spot free! I recommend for any small apartment or anyone without a dishwasher, I love it so much because my dishes don't pile up on my counters or shallow sink anymore. Just one thing to remember is to measure your counter space. I did right before buying this and it for perfectly under my counter.

I've owned this one for almost three months and I love it. Love not having to hand wash most dishes anymore. Only have to hand wash the large dishes, such as chargers or cookie sheets because the capacity of this dishwasher is small and the opening is pretty small too. But overall, this dishwasher is great. Just don't have any dishes in the sink when running the washer because the drain water comes out of the hose pretty fast and can ricochet against dishes in the sink and get all over the place.

Amazing Countertop Dishwasher
How did I not buy this sooner. Amazing Countertop Dishwasher. Quiet. VERY easy to install. CLEANS the dishes, saves water and electricity. Doesn't take up too much counter space. I can't say enough good things about this dishwasher. I've had it for a month and I'm just too, too, too happy I got it. I'm trying to come up with a down side and the only thing I can think of is in regard to the filters. I can't get the 2 mesh filters to come apart and I'm afraid I'll break one or both if I force them. Doesn't seem to matter though. My dishes and glasses just sparkle.
