My chiropractor recommended an exercise ball instead of some additional weight lifting I wanted to do. He said people need to stretch and work on balance more than do additional weight lifting. So I bought this. For a week or so it felt weird to stretch out backward across this ball. I even fell over a couple of times. I recommend using it on a rug or carpet. Have a heavy piece of furniture nearby to steady yourself. I got used to it. Now, I can do a back bend over the ball without grabbing the sofa! I can feel my overall sense of balance improving. I use this ball to work out kinks in every part of my body, lower back, shoulders, neck. It works the shoulders better than anything I have ever used. It is important to come up very slowly off the ball or you can be dizzy. I believe I have saved money on chiro and massages by using this inexpensive ball. The key with any equipment is don't quit before you see results. Start by bending over front ways first. Figure out how it can help your body. It is not a silver bullet piece of equipment. Nothing is. But the ball provides a lot of support and makes a little bit of exercise very easy.

I bought this several months ago to use as my office chair. I have been sitting on a competitor's ball for the past decade. I typically need to replace the ball every 12 to 18 months. Recently, I have had them fail every 2 or 3 months so l decided it was time to try a different brand. Live Infinitely has been a wonderful product thus far. I followed the instructions to inflate (allowing it to sit overnight partially inflated prior to full inflation) and had no problems. The size is as advertised. At 6'4", the 75 cm ball is perfect for me. Update: Ball lasted 14 months and failed just as advertised - anti burst. The competitor's balls that were lasting only 2-3 months were failing catastrophically and dropping me to the ground. 14 months of use Monday through Friday, 9 hours a day seems like a reasonable lifetime. Just bought another ball to replace the failed one.

Got this to add to my wife's collection of exercise balls. So far she's really happy with the size, gives her more options for different types of exercises and because of the larger size it even allows her to use it behind our office desk so she can do "core" work while working and surfing the internet on the computer:-) It seems to be constructed of very durable rubber/plastic. And at 85cm it is substantially larger than my wife's other exercise balls. Definitely a great addition to our workout equipment collection.

I can't stress enough how amazing this exercise ball is for my back and core muscles. I got this to replace my desk chair in my bedroom, because due to working online and spending most of my precious time online, I do get a lot of back problems and overall health issues regarding just sitting in one spot for a long period of time. This ball helps to maintain proper balance and exercise the core. I thought that since most of my time is online, if I use this ball as a chair, it will help me squeeze in that much needed exercise to get my work done as well as get my daily workout done, too. lol I choose the ball in grey, so it could go with just about anything in my bedroom. It arrived in a nicely packaged box, complete with information sheets, hand pump, extra air plug, and valve remover tool. This ball will not burst, as seen in some of these reviews, I am sure you already can tell. It's super strong and it can support up to 2200 lbs. You can be sure to always have this ball in your life, since it's such a high quality item. The pump itself only took about 5 minutes to inflate the ball in total. The ball is made from durable professional grade latex free PVC material. It went through a "anti-burst" test where someone took a screwdriver to it and the verdict is out: Even when punctured, It can hold 600 lbs with a 2cm cut while only slowly deflating. Durable enough for any crossfit, pilates, workout or yoga routine you follow. It also has non-slip ridges and it's easy to clean. I am 5' 4", so I got the ball that was 55cm. You really need to get the ball that is appropriate for you own size. Trust me, it really does make a difference. Since the day it arrived, around a week ago, I have been using this ball as my chair. Even as I type this right now, I'm still sitting on it. The reason it helps with posture is because you are forced to maintain proper balance. Thus, working your ab muscles as well as keeping your back perfectly straight. It truly works wonders. I can't believe I am actually getting a solid workout while doing my job and hobbies and things of that nature online. I love this ball and I look forward to a better, healthier future. 5/5 -The following rating comes from: 1 star- Packaging. (Is the item packaged well?) 1 star- Quality & Materials. (Is the item made well?) 1 star- Functions & Usability. (Does the item work well?) 1 star- Construction & Design. (Does the item look good?) 1 star- Quality Strength & Weight. (Does the item feel good?) -How I review: Based on those 5 mentions above, I take everything into consideration before posting a final review. Also, I use mere common sense when it comes to rating. Is the product worth this amount of stars? Is it not? What would I improve? Is the negative I dislike, if any at all, something that is an error in construction & design or is it something the company couldn't possibly control? And, if all else fails, can I do something to alternate or change the ability of this negative? All this and more is considered before I post. I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, so I decided to take the liberty to post reviews on items I think deserve it. Because I want people who are genuinely interested to know more about the product before they commit. These are my own opinions, I am doing this review merely for the sake of reviewing and expressing my freedom to review. Thank you!

I can't even begin to say enough good things about this stability ball! My back has gotten so much stronger since I started using it as an office chair for 1-2 hours per day! I work from home and my back had gotten incredibly weak and I had gotten to the point that I could only walk 1/4 mile before the pain would get EXTREMELY bad and unbearable. After 2 weeks of using the ball, I can now walk 1 mile before pain begins - that is a HUGE improvement and has made an even bigger impact on my happiness and quality of life. I might add that it is REALLY fun to bounce on it! I having been having a ball with it (pardon the pun). I am 5"8 and 321 pounds. I bounce on it like crazy. I was TERRIFIED that I would pop it, so I had my husband use it first who is 6"3 and 330 pounds. He is in the photo below. He bounced on it pretty rough and it survived beautifully. It took exactly 14 minutes to blow it up with the included pump. I won't lie - it KILLED my arms, so my husband and I took turns until it was pumped up. It was simple to figure out how to blow it up and it came with two ball plugs, a plug remover and a hand pump. This is THE fitness ball to own. I will say I bought the 65cm because it was supposed to be perfect for my height, but I highly wish I had gotten one size bigger (maybe even 2)- so that might be something to consider when buying it. It comes down to personal preference, I think. My desk sits higher - so a taller ball would have been nice. I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I bought two sizes and both turned out perfect and round. Every one that complained about lopsided balls I questioned if they read the directions and were patient following them exactly? If you do, at least in my experience with two sizes including the monster-sized ball lol, they turn out exceptionally well! They are also very durable as I have a cat that likes to try to jump on it and a dog that thinks it's the largest dog toy ever, and they still look in perfect condition. I bought them due to a back injury so they are used daily. These balls are a little larger then in my physical therapist office (when matching cm to cm). Just an FYI. I definitely recommend this product but only if you follow the directions! I'm 6'1" and 200 lbs. The 85 cm is huge. Too big for me to do many exercises on but if I'm sitting at a table, snack tray or desk, it would be a good size. The 75 cm is perfect for my height for doing traditional exercises.

I would call this legitimately professional grade. As nice as any I have seen at the gyms I've attended or worked at. I have read a few reviews where people say it appears misshapen, or doesn't inflate to the proper size. Following the instructions for these exercise balls is really important. You don't want to fully inflate it the first time. Instead, inflate and measure to 75-80% of the "final" size. It will have a few shallow creases, and be a little "egg-shaped". Leave it like that for a day or two. Then roll it around, and inflate it to the full size... don't be afraid to pump these things up to full size. More often than not, when you follow the instructions (what I just typed is very similar to what comes with the ball) they will turn out just fine. This is a great deal for someone who wants a club quality product at home, in my opinion. The hand pump... well... it's a hand pump. Pumping this ball up with the included hand pump will be a work out in itself for some people.

Very solid. I've had MANY other balls because I use them as chairs at my computer, and every so often my cats claws rip through them when they try and climb into my lap. I've probably gone through 5+ W@!m@rt balls, and the one thing that REALLY stands out is how solid this ball is for a seating surface. It has extremely low flex, unlike the others I've owned. I weighted this ball and my W@!m@rt balls straight out of the box, to compare how much material actually goes into the ball's construction. This ball uses 3 lbs 5-1/8 ounces. The other ball (Golds Gym) from W@!m@rt uses 2 lbs 6-3/4 ounces. So this one uses almost a full pound more than the one from the big box retailers. Amazing

I have used this ball so much since I purchased it and I am just so happy with it. The exercises that come with the ball are a PDF file that you have to download, so you don't get any physical exercise instructions with the ball. But the paper that comes with the ball has instructions on how to get them from their website and of course for free. It truly holds up a lot of weight. At first I thought 2200 lbs was a typo mistake, but it truly is 2200 lbs. That to me is just amazing. I am not a small person, so to get a ball that I am not afraid of giving out under my weight, was an awesome thing. I also have 2 cats and if they were to jump on the ball, I wouldn't even worry about their claws doing any damage. I am so happy with my purchase and I would certainly buy one again if needed.

I'm not sure if it's the material stretching out, or if it came with a perforation, but I have to "touch up" inflate this thing daily to keep it at the right height. I haven't had to do this with stability balls in the past. Hopefully it's just the material stretching to max and this problem goes away, but it's really annoying. I'll update later on. UPDATE: After pumping this baby to max several times and giving it a few days to prove itself, it's failed. Somehow it's leaking air, but it's not audible or visible. Maybe I can exchange for a ball that will hold air permanently. UPDATE 2: Seller contacted me and was very polite. I asked to exchange for a functional ball and they'd already shipped me a new one. I'll update this again if the new ball has the same problems, but I appreciate how cool they were about the whole thing. I can tell it's a good ball, probably just had a manufacturing defect.
