Screen is super nice and no wrinkles if you roll it up ...

Impressively large! Fast to put up and take down. We've used it at two events now and lost the directions at the first. Second event was different volunteers but they set it up with ease even without the directions. Screen is super nice and no wrinkles if you roll it up as it comes. Two things to know: 1) this will not allow rear projection. The screen is very thick and nice, too thick to rear project but that's what makes it such a nice screen. 2) You're going to need more space in the back than I think the product photos prepare you for. It's large enough inside the interior "triangle" frame that we considered setting up a computer station in there to use the space. It's bigger than I expected, but one reason we picked this over other options was the frame seemed more durable and we liked the support the back frame gives it for tipping over. Which is true, it's very sturdy on its own and if we ever use it outside it will be really easy to anchor.

Convenient and great for the price.

I know that there are likely much better products out there but for the price point, we are really happy with this. We have a small house so storage is an issue but this packs up really small. It's also really easy to set up and take down, one person can definitely do it. I screwed a piece of plywood onto the quick release plate that connects to my camera tripod and viola, a quick projector stand that adjusts easily to unlevel ground. It works perfectly.

Large Screen and Easy Carry

This screen has a second option, which is not really shown on the description page. The hardware is included to simply hang this screen on a wall, very nice. I recommend that you not be concerned by reviews citing how "difficult" this very large screen frame is to set up. Follow the instructions, build the upper and lower triangles and cinch them tight with the cords supplied. Then place the uprights into the lower triangle and get another person to help you place the top triangle on to the uprights. Then attach the screen. My first experience was about 15 minutes. The poles are a nicely anodized aluminum and the plastic socket fittings are thick enough that you should not have to worry about breaking them. I do not recommend that you leave the screen attached if you are not frequently observing it as the wind will create very large loads and probably bend the frame. Probably best to simply disassemble the entire unit when finished using it and put it away until the next movie night. BTW, the carry bag supplied is large enough that you can actually put the item back into it once you have taken them out! It is also made of a material that has the appearance to being able to survive day to day use. Very happy with this screen.

Terrific product and even better customer service

A little tricky to set up the first time, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a piece of cake. Very sturdy and stable even with some wind outside. High quality materials, too. Have to commend their customer service. After using this for several months (movie night in the backyard with my kids and on Halloween in the front yard to show a movie for the neighborhood), I misplaced one of the two pins from which the screen is hung. I had saved the manual and fired off a short email to the seller thinking No way will this work. But just a few days later I had two new pins in my mailbox. Fantastic work, thanks guys! Couldn’t be happier.

Perfect

Product came as advertised. It came in a nice heavy duty carrying bag with the parts grouped and easy to identify. The set up was a breeze and the instructions were simple to follow. I put it together by my self while reading the directions, in about 20 minuets. The next time it will likely take half the time as I will be able to do it from memory. The screen comes rolled around a cardboard tube and had no creases although it is slightly wrinkled it’s does not affect the overall quality of the movie. The screen attaches easily on two hooks and ten Velcro ties. The best part of this set up is the way the poles stay together. Instead of locking to one another which I find difficult at times to disassemble or fitting tightly together which can become problematic over time, these simple slide into pvc connectors loosely and then are held together with a sting system that pull them all together tightly. It’s rather large and I can’t see the wind causing it to blow over.

Awesome screen. Easy setup.

This projection screen is really great! My kids and their friends like to watch movies outside so we decided to get this projection screen. I was worried it would be complicated to assemble, but it is really quite easy. You can have it set up in like 5-10 minutes. My teenage son and his friend were able to put it together by themselves after only watching me do it one time. The screen itself is pretty sturdy, and it always unrolls without any wrinkles or creases. The fasteners that the screen comes with help the screen not to blow in the wind. I was worried that the whole screen would be too light and blow over easily, but it has always stayed in place without anything to weigh it down or anchor it. I like that it comes with a carrying case so we can take it with us to other people's houses, etc. I really like the height and size of the screen. It's like having a little drive-in in our backyard. The kids absolutely love it and we have been spending a lot of Saturdays watching movies outside.

Great Value!

This is our first projection screen. We are going to use for Backyard Movie nights. This was pretty easy to setup. Took myself alone, approx. 15 min. And that was just because I was familiarizing myself with the instructions. 10 minutes tops next time. The only complaint that I would have, it that there was a small yellow stain at the bottom middle of the screen. However, it did not take away from the image. I would caution anyone to make use of tent stakes. (there are convenient holes included in the triangular connectors) A good gust of wind will blow this away. (we used cinder blocks the first time) You'll want to use care when rolling up the screen for storage. It WILL wrinkle. Don't put away wet either. All in all, very happy with the product, and low price.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!! This is so easy to put up. Not quite as fast as described, but I put it up alone in 20 minutes. Very easy. The screen is rolled around a cardboard tube, so it has no wrinkles in it to mar the view. If it gets a little dirt on it, it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. I set it up when there were some winds at about 10 mph. After I fastened the screen in place, the winds nearly pushed it over; however, I put a brick across the two frame pieces at the back angle and that held it upright with no problem. Obviously, this would probably not be a good idea in high winds, and there are no tiedowns with it, but I am sure you could rig that up if necessary. Had a backyard movie night and it worked wonderfully. Looking forward to taking this on camping trips.

Big and Sturdy

I have owned this for over a year and FINALLY used it last night. I purchased this portable screen because we wanted to have outdoor movie nights. I had some challenges to address when selecting because we live on a side of a mountain and wind can be a factor. At the time I ordered, this screen was a little more expensive then other options (notice price has come down), but very worth the money. When you first see all the pieces it comes in you will be intimidated, but do not be. My hubby put it together by himself in 15 minutes. He said if he had help it would have gone much more quickly. Once set-up, it is BIG and sturdy. It was perfect for our situation. It comes with a very durable carrying case for storage. I was so pleased with it, i went back to my orders for 2016, found this item and had to write a review. Hope this helps when you make your selection.
