So far, I like the cover. It fits our cowboy fire-pit grill really well. There is no cover for a cowboy grill, so I had to use the advice of another poster and use a ball to heighten the center to allow rain to flow off easily and not gather on the top. The leg clasps seem sturdy and are nice to hold the cover on the grill when it gets windy (and it does here in Iowa!) We have yet to have a super windy day from the North which will affect where the grill is so we will have to wait and see how it holds up.

I have this same one in the size for my grill and I love it so I got this for my firepit. I love the fit of this ,it has a drawstring and straps that cinch it down tightly to the firepit,it seems very well made and I'm hoping it will last,only time will tell.

Nice durable cover!

I did quite a bit of research looking for a replacement cover for my fire pit. This cover is thick, durable, and looks good. Exactly what I was looking for and much better quality than the OEM cover that came with my fire pit. Would purchase again and highly recommend for people looking for a thicker, durable cover.

Great products overall

This cover fits our fire pit really well, the size description seems to be accurate. The color is as pictured. I also have a Ravenna table cover, and have found the quality to be outstanding. The thick material is water repellent, seams are holding up well, and the elastic and buckle straps keep the cover on securely. I've found the sun has faded the fabric some, in my opinion this is to be considered normal wear. Great products overall!!

high quality and durable

I bought this to replace the cheap cover that came with my fire pit. I live in New Mexico so my number one concern was durability. So far the cover has held up to lots of high altitude desert sun as well as 70 mph winds. The vents and straps seem to serve their purpose as the cover does not act like a sail in the wind. The color is not fading (yet). The fabric is thick and does keep water out. The stitching is very well done. The size was exactly as described and fit my large fire pit perfectly. I did have to remove the metal ring on my fire pit cover because it was stretching the fabric and I didn't want it to wear through.

Nice cover, keeps the water out of my firepit!

I have a 36" open top metal firepit. This is a perfect fit and I'm glad I found one that matches my table and grill cover, too. Had to make a plywood cover to keep the water from pooling and pulling the cover down into the pit (since it has no cover or screen).

Sturdy. Attaches to a 4-legged firepit

A rare case of where the product is what you would hope it to be. Sturdy. Attaches to a 4-legged firepit, so that it won't fly away with the wind. Tightens around, so that the water does not collect. Just a nice product. Especially, by comparison to the old flimsy cover that barely lasted a year (by a different manufacturer). Looking forward to years of use.

Best cover I've found!

After buying several covers that I returned (because they were too thin and flimsy), I found this cover and love it. It's made of a very high quality, thick material that feels like it will last a long time (it feels like my Weber grill cover). It is well constructed and stays on securely. It's a little big for my fire pit but it's definitely the best one I've seen. The color doesn't show dirt and is a very warm gray/ dark taupe. My house is dark brown and it looks great next to the house. Great value.

Great Firepit Cover

I was looking all over in local stores for a cover for my firepit. They all had grill covers but no firepit covers so of course I turned to Amazon where I probably should have started. I looked at several covers and the reviews and thought this one sounded the best. It cost a little more than some others but I wanted one that would last. When I received it I wasn't disappointed. It fit and strapped onto my firepit perfectly and the quality of the cover itself is absolutely first rate. I am extremely satisfied with this cover and I'am sure you will be too.

Well Made and Very Durable / Functional

Excellent product, fits well (with pit's mesh screen top on or off) and has buckle straps to secure around the four legs of our Lowes' 32" dia. fire pit. There are two screened pocket vents on opposite sides of the cover underneath its' cloth handles that I'm guessing are for air circulation to help prevent condensation from collecting up from the ground, but they are not for your pit's handles to come through as I had previously thought from this item's posted picture. It rained heavily here in New Orleans off and on for over a week, and the sand I placed in bottom of the pit stayed 100% dry while covered; conversely, it also seems to withstand long periods of strong sunlight so far = highly recommended!
