Soothing and interesting.

This is the second one I bought for a gift. Both parties love the aquarium. One has been running it for years in the office and it is still perfect. The other is being used as a nightlight for a child who is mesmerized and comforted by it. Runs perfectly every night.

I had an older version ,and after 10 years ,it stopped rotating, so I wanted a replacement! I was use to a larger version .So I decided to combine the new version ,with two jellyfish displays!I am so pleased with this display I get compliments all of the time!It is quiet and is very relaxing!The aquarium by itself makes a great night light too!

Great for kids AND cats!

And the fish go around and around and around, or so says my two year old granddaughter. She and her brother absolutely love this light. We have it in their room at our beach house and they use it as a night light. I had gotten something similar years ago for my 'grandcats' who enjoyed it as well.

If you have small children and want low maintenance

Kids love the soft glow of the "tank" as a nightlight, or if you would rather you can use the OFF switch. No mess, and little friends for your little ones, that does not need to be cleaned.... no chance of spilt water.... no need to feed. Good for your desk as well :)

Pretty Cool!

I purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday and I'm so happy that I did! This was a hit at her birthday party. All the little kids wanted it and they actually sat quietly and watched in amazement! We have one of those night lights that display star's on the ceiling and she was getting bored of it. So, I went on a search for a new night light and just happened to run across this. I thought that she could watch the fish while falling asleep. I was kind of skeptical at first because I had a couple questions about it and the price seemed to high. I asked my questions and customer service was not helpful at all. So that was very disappointing, but I decided to take a chance and I have to say that I'm so happy that I did. She absolutely loves this! There is no assembly. You just plug it into the wall. I will say that it's very cheap plastic and if you were to drop it I'm pretty sure it would break into pieces. I also don't see this lasting a very long time. It's a neat concept and toddlers seem to be fascinated by it and when that happens it's worth it in my opinion. I purchased this for a toddler night light but you could use it for yourself if your into fish. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I would recommend.

A Blessing

These lamps are a god send for my handicapped daughter. She turns it on immediately upon waking up. I keep a supply. Sometime I am able to replace the bulb, but I buy an extra, just in case.

Realistic little aquarium.

My husband and I purchased this as a sort of nightlight for ourselves. We love it! It is pretty - bright - and runs very quietly. It's probably too bright for a bedside nightlight, but for our purposes it's perfect. We like to see the fish swimming around and around. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that you can see the fish on both sides of the aquarium. It's a fun and hypnotic item which arrives exactly as described and ready to be plugged in. There is an on/off switch on one side of the aquarium. I definitely recommend this item.

Perfect size

Our school program is grateful for this aquarium to be a plug in one. It is brightly colored, lighted and perfect size for a table. It is used as a calming tools for our autistic students.
