Perfect for keeping my tires cool!

Autocrossers, do you want a small tire sprayer big enough for F Street but small enough for E Street? The 1.3 gallon model takes up very little space, so it's pretty easy to fit in a trunk of a Miata and the back seat foot well of a Mustang. If you top it off, you should have plenty of water to keep your tires cool for the day even if you have a co-driver. It might not get you through an entire two-day event if you're running C Prepared and have steamrollers for tires, but this should work all day with most everything not running ridiculously wide Hoosiers. My only complaint is that I can't spray it in a flat pattern to get more tire coverage more quickly, but that's a pretty small complaint for using it for something it wasn't designed for in the first place. Sort of like most of the reviews for hockey pucks on Amazon are from people that needed good jack pads or rubber feet for heavy tables. I suppose it's also good at watering plants or spraying lawn chemicals too ;)

Very well made and works like a charm

I gotta tell you I was a bit skeptical about a $24 garden sprayer. My 4 gal backpack sprayer good for large jobs needing a lot of liquid, but needed something smaller for small jobs. Ran across this searching for a new arm for a 2 gal sprayed that broke. This was less expensive than the parts I needed to fix the old one. VERDICT: I love it. It is very well made from the hard plastic container to the very well fitting screw in pump. If your wondering if this is worth $24 bucks. YES IT IS!

Great little tank work as advertised. I was a bit shocked when my tank arrive the box had some how broke open in transit to my home. Tabor Tools was on their game before I could contact them they had sent me an email with the only missing component the owner manual for the tank. Which I really didn't need after reading the easy and simple directions on the box it came in. The tank comes fully assembled so there is nothing to put together. Pro; Great little sprayer for insecticides like Biffen I/t Light weight easy to handle doesn't leak. Con's; It's a $20.00 sprayer don't buy it and think it's going to work as well as a sprayer you might pay $100.00 for. everything is plastic if your using a clear insecticide add a few drops of food coloring to your mix so that as you fill the tank you can actually see how full the tank is getting. Would I buy this again YES! (In fact I considering buying three more for my grand kids to use as squirt guns this summer. after adjusting the nozzle I found I can hit a target up to 20 feet away.)

Right sized for my stenosis challenged lower back...not too heavy. Great quality. Functions well. Nozzle is plastic instead of brass...no corrosion to worry about. Pressurizes nicely. Easy to pump back up when the spray weakens as the liquid is used up. Pressure release valve on the shoulder of the jug for quick depressurization when you're done spraying and it's time to triple rinse for awaiting the next use. I would buy this unit again in a heartbeat. Price vs quality and utility makes it a great value.

Very useful!

This is the first time I've ever tried one of these, but after my tomato crop failed due to blight last year I desperately needed it Now I'm also using it all over the yard on many plants, roses, and shrubbery. Why not attack powdery mildew, black spot, and rust while I'm at it? I may be trying it out on fruit trees soon. You can get anywhere with the long wand, and it puts out a fine mist where you direct it. I have weakness pain in my hands and wrists, but this is a breeze to use. It seems I got the right one. Lookout fungi!!! Ima comin!!!!

and the opening is nice and large

I bought this to help spray my field that was being overtaken by hemlock. It is very lightweight, and the opening is nice and large, so you don't have to worry that you might spill something when you pour chemicals in it. Liters and ounces are clearly marked on the outside of the container so it is very easy to measure what you are adding to it. The pump was easy to use. It was comfortable to carry around even when full. I did have a problem with the nozzle. The nozzle worked fine when we wanted to spray in a straight line. However, we couldn’t get it to fan out in a V shape so that we could spray a larger area at a time. A representative from Tabor Tools had emailed me when I purchased the item to ask if I liked it and if I had any questions. When I wrote to him about the problem I had, he immediately put a new nozzle in the mail to me. I would buy any product from them just based on their customer service.

using it for past 3 years

I was ready to order another Tabor sprayer but after reading the current reviews I am going to look elsewhere ... clearly something has gone wrong with their manufacturing based on the reviews. As for my input, I've had mine for past 3 years and like many here paid more than your average sprayer for same reason as to not to have to rebuy the cheap ones every spring. So far with a medium duty use throughout the spring into fall seasons this sprayer has performed remarkably well and with no defects or problems whatsoever. I do flush it out after every use with water and no other maintenance. That's been my experience and I've gotten my money's worth so far ... unfortunately if they started using cheap parts based on these current reviews, then at this price point it's definitely not worth it for me to invest in a second one.

Pressure release valve. If you have ever had to open a pressurized sprayer you will appreciate this feature. The 1.3 gallon (5 liter) capacity allows additional air volume when mixing 1 gallon solutions. The additional air volume provides pressure for a longer time before needing to pump. Valve trigger locks on if needed and can be disassembled for cleaning if necessary. (Don’t lose the parts.) Large opening on top makes filling more convenient.

Best I have used in years!

This is a great little sprayer! It sprayed the weeds, exactly where I wanted it to spray, and not all over the place, getting on the grass and plants. This is a great little sprayer! Being just over a gallon, it is not too heavy even when full. It sprayed exactly where I pointed the nozzle, and not on the grass or the plants. I only used a very tight spray, so as to just hit the weeds. The tube seems to be a little longer than standard, as is the sprayer wand. I found this helpful so I did not have to do a lot of bending over. I highly recommend it !

Great product and even better customer service.

This pump is exactly what I needed and works fantastic. When I first received it the nozzle was misshapen and sprayed a bit wonky. I received an email from the company asking me how I liked my pump sprayer. I told them about the issue with the nozzle...and they apologized and sent me a new complete wand. I received it in a few days and that fixed the "wonky" spraying pattern. I really like this pump sprayer and it really allows me to spray my weeds in a fast and efficient manner. I'm in the process of ordering a second one that I can use to spray for bugs and critters. This is a fantastic company with outstanding customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
