My husband (who has partial incontinence following prostate cancer surgery) decided reluctantly to buy a brief. He had been using regular underwear with a Tena Men's Guard, but as he got older he had more trouble with leaks, which caused him stress whenever we were away from home. I bought both the Real Fit and the Fit Flex for him to try. The Real Fit did fit better and were easier to put on and take off. (They cost more but are worth it!) He is so pleased with the fit--no problem wearing all his regular jeans, slacks, and shorts. He is especially happy to no longer have leaks!!! And these briefs are very absorbent and hold a lot if we are on a trip and can't find a rest room. Some commenters have said the briefs they get online are not as good as the ones they buy in stores. So far we have not had that problem.

these Depends men's underwear was shipped on time and packaged well and discretely for privacy, they fit well and fell like regular men's cloth underwear, My uncle now has the freedom to go out without any problems of possible leakage or showing that he is wearing any such depends underwear.

I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. The doctors are still optimistic that the control will come back. In the mean time no one prepared him and he admits he never gave a thought about needing incontinence garments. His savings depleted and urinating night and day, much more than he ever had before the surgery he was in some really expensive trouble. I asked about this type of situation at the senior center and they told me how desperate those with incontinence become and there is little assistance available to them. I am older than he is and on a budget myself. I know how I would feel if I had urine running down my legs, no money and was staying at home all the time because I smelled like urine. I have been spending $200.00 a month out of my personal savings to help keep my friend dry. I have been buying Depend Real Fit Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency, L/XL, Black, 52 Count here on Amazon for my friend. It is a little on the expensive side but it is very absorbent and fits snugly around the thighs preventing leakage most of the time. My friend reports back to me that he wear them to bed at night because they are rugged and seldom leaked at night. He cautions that you got to treat them with care and not yank them on stretching them out of shape. Because of the cost he only wears them to bed or when he goes to the doctors and wants to make sure he isn't embarrassed because they leaked and wet his outer pants. They do work well for him and seldom wets the bed when he wears them. Laundering bedding is expensive especially because he has to use coin-op machines. Laundry, another expense that he was not prepared for. He recommends to try to remember not to yank them on and stretch them out of shape. Those 'dressing stick aids' used to pull up underwear or pants can put a hole in the underwear and tear the paper. Like he says 'after all they are paper and they will stretch and tear just like most of the products do some time or another'. I purchase them here on Amazon because they have the best deal and quick to ship them.

I am a prostate cancer survivor having had a prostatectomy and radiation therapy. Needless to say I have urinary incontinence issues from time to time and the Depend Real Fit briefs have been a real life saver for me. I was previously using the regular fit Depend briefs which have the appearance of adult diapers. I like the look and feel of the Real Fit as I wear these whenever I travel. They don't leak and wick moisture away from your skin when wet. I had an episode on my way to work and forgot to change them because they didn't feel wet. I wear the small/medium size and I am 5' 10" and weigh 160 lbs. The briefs fit snugly around my upper thighs to provide a secure seal without discomfort. I recently started taking Ultranol Total Bladder Support which has been very helpful in controlling those sudden urges to go. I am a Depend Real Fit customer for life.

These fit much better than many briefs, and are high capacity. It is possible that making separate L and XL sizes would make for a slightly better fit because the leg openings would be a little smaller. Other than that, they have proven themselves for my patient's use.

I buy these for my husband as he says they are way more comfortable than the normal Depends. They have a waist band which makes them easier to pull up and are of a softer material. These are SUPER absorbent, just like the other Depends. I really appreciate Depends coming up with this concept as it gives some dignity to a rather embarrassing problem.

The last package we opened are horrible. My husband wears a pair one night & the next morning they are falling apart inside. The previous packages were perfect. I am going to try another brand for comparison.

Buying single packages of disposable underwear can be a problem if the store runs out, but this way, one box delivered to your front door makes it much easier for the people who need to use these disposables. You get 4 packages that can be stored until needed, reducing the amount of space needed in an already crowded bathroom.

I have had surgery for prostate cancer and must now wear a "type" of protective underwear. I have found Depend REAL FIT excellent! It is "crafted/tailored" like a good brief and fits comfortably. It is extremely effective in its absorbing quality. I highly recommend this product!!

After prostate surgery and removal of the catheter I was incontinent. These are very comfortable and absorbent.
