Exactly what I wanted!

I ordered two; one for a dog that passed recently and one that just had a stone I carved and wanted to replace. Really worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The thickness is perfect for setting in concrete as a grave marker (so it doesn't sink). I searched the internet to find my own design and they were able to add that to the template. I ordered the black granite since my dogs were light colored so they showed up well. If you have a dark colored pet, recommend you get the white granite.

More beautiful than expected!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this. It is so beautiful. Every time I see the beautifully engraved picture and words I have a warm flood of good memories about my dog. This is high enough quality stone I would not feel bad using it to memorialize a person. My stone looks about a half inch thick black granite. I bought it to put in my garden and remind me of a beloved pet. It is perfect and unlike the other stones I was considering I believe this one will stand up well to our hot Texas sun. When my beloved dog died of cancer we buried her in the yard. Over her grave I planted a flowering tree and some hibiscus bushes along a path in my backyard and this stone will make it a beautiful tribute to the dog who has been my shadow and my friend for 13 years. I highly recommend this to anyone who has lost someone and would like a permanent place to remember them. I'm attaching a photo of the finished piece and the photo I sent in for them to use so you can see how it transitions. For reference it is about the size of a license plate, smooth and polished.

Absolutely beautiful ! wonderful lasting tribute - the picture was so lifelike; I cried when I saw it. The proof was done and sent to me hours after I placed the order, and was perfect the first time. The product was packed well, no damage, and shipped sooner then expected. The size is perfect to put in our front yard under the tree he always laid. A wonderful way to honor our deceased pet. I would recommend this to everyone!

The Perfect Memorial for My Beloved Horse

I am another customer that just cried when I saw how beautiful this granite memorial stone turned out. I wanted a way to remember and memorialize my nearly 31 year old horse - he had worked so hard and been my partner and my therapist for all the best years of his life. I have always loved all of my horses but when you have that ONE special horse, dog, cat, parrot or other pet that is not only a family member but finds their way into your soul and leaves the best memories and joy - you just need to have something more than some photos or the usual horse hair bracelets or key chains (which I also have.) I found it - this is that thing. My old guy passed away on a Monday, I ordered on Wednesday, worked with Christy the next day or so to get the best photo and fonts to look just as I wanted. By Friday they had the final proofs approved and the stone was shipped and at my door on the next Wednesday. It was very well wrapped/protected and boxed. This is just so beautiful. About 1/2" heavy polished granite - laser engraved, so no - not chiseled out deep engraving, but still engraved. It is sturdy enough to be on Shadow's grave but I believe I will keep it in our "Western/Horse" themed room at home where all their photos and trophies are. They edited the photo to remove the extraneous noise and distractions around it and gave a beautiful view - the fonts were just as what I sent her and they even included the little hoof print and heart pictures at the bottom I requested. It's quality work and of course I showed it to all of my horse friends right away - we all have that "ONE" horse in our herd. I'm just so pleased with this - It makes me smile and tear up a little every single time I look at it. Thank you Christy - this absolutely does justice to memorializing the heart horse that brought me joy for so many years and still does when I look at this.

Healing Heart

If I could give this review 1,000 stars I would. I lost my beloved Bo to cancer and cry daily. I wanted to do something special in his memory. I searched Amazon Prime for the perfect "something" and came across this. The seller took my words and the picture of my Bo and made a beautiful artwork of it all. When I received it, I didn't even want to put it out on his grave. I chose to keep it in my living room to admire daily. This is the most gorgeous and heartfelt piece.

Great, caring Company

Anyone who is looking at this product obviously cares a lot about their pet. I purchased this for my mother who took the loss badly and thought it would mean a lot. I don't write many reviews but was so happy with my purchase. I ordered Thursday and received Monday. That was amazing. Now the quality of the product by far exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with this, the company stayed up late making a proof and showed just how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Of the thousands of things I've bought on Amazon over the years, this is by far the #1 favorite of all items. It is so beautiful and meaningful. It was made lovingly and with perfect and precise craftsmanship. We were sent an email proof before work commenced on it. It was made promptly, wrapped thoroughly and shipped quickly after approval. It arrived in perfect condition. I have shown it to all my friends and they are amazed. In fact, our family loves it so much, we think we will use this company for people that we love, as our family is now interested in the "Green Burial" movement. This would be perfect for respecting the wishes of those who want that in our family. It is a perfect stone size (about size of license plate) and it looks beautiful in a garden. We have such beloved memories of our cat Toby who was a rescued kitty and lived an amazing life with us for seven years. Pet grief is hard to understand if you are not a pet lover. But our pets share life's best moments with us. When they are young and healthy and playful, we rejoice in their adorableness and playfulness. When they get older and/or sick or if they suffer, we suffer. When life is hard and we are hurting, they help us by listening w/o judgment and just giving us unconditional love. So it only makes sense to pet lovers to want to have a quiet sanctuary in their yard where they can reflect and remember all the good moments their pet provided. We decided to honor our cat,by building a bird sanctuary and garden since he so loved to sunbathe and cruise around outside under the trees. The one thing I wish we would have done is bought the sign holder with the sign. I will be doing that now. I realized as soon as I got it, it's too pretty to just be on the ground. Anyway, thank you! My family and I lost Jada on April 10, 2016. It left us so incredibly heartbroken. She was a part of the family and I felt that I had to do something to honor her life. Christy did such a beautiful job on her plaque. She answered my emails quickly and answered all my questions. We also received it very quickly, within 8 days which was incredible. I can't thank you enough for creating such a wonderful piece for our girl. The heartache of losing a pet is never easy and it will probably never fully go away. But this plaque helps me get by and reminds me to think of the happy memories of having her in my life. Thank you so much.
