- Hooke Road Jeep Wrangler Grille Inserts fit for 2007-2015 Jeep JK Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited
- Use it to add some style and attitude to your Jeep
- Crafted from high quality ABS plastic and will not rust, corrode or peel
- Note: This set of grille inserts won't directly fit any special editions like 75th anniversary that already have inserts. Also a few 2016/2017 models have inserts placed in the grill, but most wranglers have open 7 slot grill. You would have to remove prior to put these in
- Installation tips: pop the upper grille lock pins so you can access the grille from behind. Then press, twist, and manipulate the grill and insert until each clip is fully engaged

High quality worked perfectly
Please do yourself a favor and remove the grill before you install these. It's only six clips to remove the grill all you need is a flat head screwdriver. Watch one of the many videos on YouTube. Very simple. I bought the clip in version in gloss black. Matched my gloss black factory grill perfectly. The clips slide in and lock great IF YOU REMOVE THE GRILL. Great $20 investment that changed the look of the front end. High quality for a great price. Don't hesitate to buy these you will be extremely happy.

Great customer service and product for the money
For the money, they look great. any issues with the molding that others mentioned is not seen when installed. Matched my glossy black grill perfectly. The only issue I had was one of the inserts had a clip that wouldn't stay engaged, but the company sent a replacement immediately.

Hooke Road Wrangler gloss black grille inserts
As I stated in another review, I liked these gloss black grille inserts more than the matte black ones, that I previously purchased from your company. Originally, I did have to lightly file some excess flashing for the first insert to seat. All the rest went smoothly. These gloss black ones all seated on first try. I did remove grille for both installations. I took the Jeep out on the highway to test drive my new tires and when I got home there were no problems with the grille inserts. I like them for the fact that they will protect any new damage, to the radiator and air conditioning system components.

Custom Grille!!!!
Love, love, love these grill inserts!!! We bought them for our Black 2008 Jeep Wrangler (2 door) - and they look amazing! Gives a very custom look to the front of our Jeep! I did a lot of research on these before buying and the reason I chose this brand is that these inserts actually "clip" in and most other inserts are just held in place with sticky tape. You may find another brand of inserts that are slightly cheaper, but I really don't think the sticker quality inserts are as good. We are very happy with our purchase -and would definitely recommend!!!

Easy install. Great product!
Great product and easy installation on my 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock. There were no instructions included but not needed. Mine did not include 3M tape as I've read that some do and some do not. I don't think it's necessary. When installing, I'd hear a satisfying 'click' and they felt like they installed firmly. Now here's a hint. When I heard the click on my first one but had difficulty getting the second to click, due to the flimsy nature of the Jeep grill, I reached behind the grill and supported it with my fingers while pishing the inserts in. This worked until I got to the last one, of course, so I simply took the grill attachments on top of the grill off (seen when you lift the hood-5 or 6 black inserts-simply pry them up with a screw driver. There should be a video on you tube showing how to do it) I'd probably just do that in the first place next time. Overall took about 10 minutes including detaching the grill. Also, some people on here were saying they didn't know which insert went into which space. Either I got really lucky or all of the inserts are the same size.

So you hate those grey inserts on your kick ass black jeep too?!?!?!?!?!?
My Clearcoat Black 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara AKA "BLACK MAGIC" looks great. But I must share that at first I was having hell to get these on. Then I thought of something. I remembered reading a review where someone said that they had to remove the plastic grey inserts, attach the black, then put the grill insert back on the jeep grill. Well what do you know it worked! While doing it like this I was able to see why they wouldn't just clip on. The bottom two clips seemed to be the problem for a couple of the grey original inserts. So the aid of some superglue on the clips that wouldn't lock in place solved that. Now dont get me wrong knowing that two of them are superglued on makes me a little bit nervous but incase the black ones fall off I will reorder or contact the seller for only what I need to replace then go for a silicone run at home depot. It took a little bit of work to get them on, at least more than I thought it would before I installed them but the outcome is really awesome.

Pleasantly surprised that they are good.
I bought this product expecting it to not be very good but was pleasantly surprised. The finish is nice and glossy like the OEM black paint. The 4 tabs are pretty sturdy and have enough of a lip to securely clip behind the grille bars. They line up pretty symmetrically. Downsides: Some of the edges have a little leftover plastic because they weren’t taken out of the molds very cleanly. There are also small indentations on the front surface where the molds were filled. And some inserts move a few millimeters up and down after being attached. Conclusion: for 16$ it’s a great buy. I would buy it again and I would recommend it to others. Tip: take the grille off of the car and lay it on a flap surface and take your time. It takes 20 minutes to do it right and securely attach the inserts. I will write back on their longevity.

The Clip-in’s Look Great!
The Clip-in Inserts look great (see pic)! I purchased the adhesive grill inserts a year ago but due to my local automatic car wash using brushes they got scratched over the past year (see pic). It’s a small price to pay for such a relatively inexpensive item vs the great deal that I get at the car wash for a monthly service compared to other local carwashes. Anyways, please be aware that the adhesive type are very tough to remove because they get stuck on there and are pretty hard to remove the inserts and the adhesive that is left behind, if you ever need to replace them because of fading or scratching. I like the Clip-in type because I can see a day that I will need to replace them again. Yes you have to remove the grill but that’s so damn easy to do that all you need is a flat head screw driver to help snap out the plastic pins holding the grill in place. You don’t have to take the grill completely off the Jeep. You only want to take the grill off enough so you can confirm the snap-ins are fully snapped in on the backside of the grill. Seriously 15-20 mins and you can be done with the project. Make sure the longer looking end of the Clip-in is at the bottom (see pic). As a sidenote, my original order was short one grill insert. I communicated to Nina in customer service through email and she replied in less than a single days time. She sent out a replacement set and I receive it within just a matter of a few days. Great customer service! Thank you very much Nina!

What a difference and for under $20!!!
Looks great, fitted very snug, the reason they recommend taking the grill off, a 10 minute job on/off made it very easy. This company will contact you with a live person by e-mail with additional information and will follow up if you need additional help. I did read about inserts coming loose, I added epoxy glue to each tab, if they come off the grill will come off.
