FINALLY SOME RELIEF FOR MY SCIATICA!!

I have suffered for over 10 years with chronic back pain and excruciating sciatica. The back pain is constant, and the sciatica comes and goes. Sometimes just for a few hours, and sometimes for weeks or months. I've tried many different pillows over they years, and this is by far the best one for some relief while sitting. I am currently using this one on my computer chair, but have used it on my recliner, as well, as the sciatica doesn't care how comfortable the chair is. They are all the same with sciatica. This really has helped me, and I am thinking about purchasing an additional one for my car. It has a removable cover to machine wash, however I am concerned about the non slip underside. Obviously it does not go in the dryer, but I will come back and let you know if I wash it. I actually have a pillow case on mine just so it doesn't get dirty. I am very pleased with this product overall.

LIFE-CHANGING!

I have suffered from sciatica for several years. I'm a very active person and my hobbies of running and cycling were only making my condition worsen. I've probably spent $2k in the past three years on physical therapy, trigger point massage and yoga classes all of which offered only a temporary lessening of symptoms. Lo & behold, a nerdy $30 seat cushion (with convenient carry handle) was hiding on Amazon all this time, waiting to change my life forever! A MUST for me!!!

This is a great product. I have a rare disease, Tarlov Cyst Disease. It causes immense chronic pain 24/7 in my tailbone & lower lumbar (it really affect my nerves & the majority of my body now). I had surgery 2.5 yrs ago and I am now getting worse again with more cysts in my spine. If I am going to sit anywhere, at all, I HAVE TO HAVE SUPPORT! It's a MUST for me. I literally have "tush cushes" in the car & all over the house. They are all different brands and types. As I continue to get worse I wanted to try yet another one and decided to try this one. SO FAR, THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE!!! The firmness is just the right amount for me. As your body heats it, it softens, but not too much. The memory foam is just right. The cover is soft and nice, but not too hot for the summer I think and will clean well. The size it perfect for me and I feel it should be for most. Love the handle on the side as I do take it everywhere. Just wish it had a black cover to be a bit more discreet, that is my only "complaint" but not enough to minus a star! Thinking about ordering a knee pillow from the same company next!

exactly as advertised

This is an office chair lifesaver. I'd been coming home with significant low back and hip pain and finally gave in. I have to say I'm a little self-conscious of such an obvious orthopedic device in my office chair-- it's big, but of course it wouldn't work otherwise. Aesthetics aside, this has really helped my back and hips. Another things I like is that the bottom "grips" my office chair; I move around a lot, but it hasn't budged yet. It was easy to get used to: I mainly noticed that I felt like I was sitting higher up than before. A side bonus is that the firmness of the cushion kind of forces me to sit in my chair properly; I have a bad habit of twisting, sitting on my legs, all that. For me, it's working also for behavior modification. Unless it flattens into a pancake in the near future, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I highly recommend

I have degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia. I flew from Wisconsin to Colorado and drove back all in three days. This cushion helped immensely. My butt never went numb, my sciatica never got pinched, and my back was not as painful as it should have been. (Nothing can make pain disappear.) It helped my posture and pressure on my lower back. I'm so happy I bought this. I highly recommend.

Excellent cushion!

I ordered this for my brother, who is dealing with cancer that has spread to the bone. It hurts for him to sit for more than 15-20 minutes. He said it felt a little firm at first, but began to soften a bit. Body heat does that to memory foam, so I asked him to give it some time. He's used it now for two days and said it has helped tremendously. He used it in the car today to travel an hour each way to the doctor, and he was fairly comfortable for that time. So yes, this is a good cushion that has provided him some relief from the pain of sitting. Update: Sadly, my brother passed away. But in his final four months of life he used this cushion. He took it everywhere with him. It did the job it was designed to do and it helped him more than any other product we could find. It never flattened out, and I ended up donating it so that someone else could reap the benefit of its design.

Good memory foam cushion!!

Works great. I have sciatica and this helps to relieve some pressure from sitting. This is a great memory foam cushion for office chairs or your couch. You really can feel the difference. This is thick and feels like it will last for a really long time. I've been using mine for a couple of weeks and already feel a little better. The cover is removable for washing and the stitching is done really well. I recommend this to anyone who has to sit for more than a few hours. You WONT be disappointed.

This product is a -lifesaver- Short Review: I have been using this product daily for almost three months. It has rid of all my tail-bone pain. Don't think twice - buy this product. You won't regret it. Long Review: I am an individual who loves playing video games, and due to that passion, I sit down quite a bit. 22yrs later, I started to experience extreme pain in my tail-bone region, along with a bump on my tailbone, most likely due to sitting down for long periods of time. I tried Epson salt, certain stretches/exercises, and even visited the doctors. Nothing I did worked for me. In my desperation, I searched on amazon for a product that would allow me to finally be able to sit down. And then I found it...ComfiLife Premium Comfort Seat Cushion. The Best Cushion I have Found!

I bought this after reading the reviews and after trying several others that I sent back. I could not get along without it. I fell in December and fractured my pelvis. The only way i could be in any way comfortable was lying in an adjustable bed. That gets old! After I got the ComfiLife Comfort Seat Cushion, I got some of my life back! I can go out to eat with friends, watch television sitting up and even play on my computer. Long story short: This product is keeping me from having to make a weekly chiropractor appointment. I switched to a standing desk and a drafting chair which alleviated the pain in my shoulders/base of my neck and relocated all that tension to my tailbone.
