Strong, surprising and versatile to be bought again.

This is an excellent addition to our cabinets! The construction out of the box impressed me and then when I noticed that there were screws to mount and secure the pan organizer, I was blown away. The rack is large enough to hold five cast iron pans ranging from a six inch pan up to a 13.5 behemoth. I am already planning on buying another one after our move in a couple weeks. Depending on one's preference, this could easily work stacking the pans or laying on its side similar to a file folder. I highly recommend this product.

These are so nice to have

These are so nice to have. You can turn it on it's side for storing cutting boards, platters, baking sheets, or lids. I am using them to store cast iron. It's sturdy as it's holding all of the heavy cast iron pieces. I prefer it laying on it's side, horizontal. I have purchased a couple for family members and myself. They really help keep things nicely organized.

Wonderful pan organizer/space saver!

I bought two of these and am very happy! I use one free-standing and horizontal on the countertop for my skillets. The other one is set up horizontally below the counter in a cabinet for baking pans. I find them handy, very stable and space-saving! Even the countertop setup with a couple of cast iron skillets sits quite stably. I noted that one unhappy reviewer complained that cooking pans didn't fit. In the horizontal setup, this is chiefly for skillets that aren't much more than 2.5 inches deep. This is just fine for most skillet sizes and exactly what I expected. I also have an open braiser pan, which looks a lot like a skillet, but is slightly deeper at 3 inches, so it doesn't fit. But that's okay, I wasn't planning to use this item to organize my braiser pan!

Very nice rack for organizing skillets.

This rack is perfect. I put my largest skillet on the bottom and smallest at the top. I did not secure the rack with the screws that came with it so I can easily move it if I rearrange my pots and pans area. Even without securing it to the cabinet, it works perfectly and doesn't shift when I remove a pan. I also appreciate the color, others I have seen are shiny silver which I did not want. I will be buying another one of these for our cabin. I have already recommended this rack to friends.

Four Cast Iron Pans...No Problem

I bought three different DecoBros organizer to go underneath my stove, in the large, shelf-less, box of a cabinet that I used to stack up all of my pots and pans in a random manner. I have been using all three organizers for a few months and I am still organized. I can't believe it took me so long to make this minor investment for my sanity. I just opened my cabinets and took the pics without trying to make things look pretty, so you can see I am not neat and that a previously messy cabinet can be organized. I have not used the screws to secure any of the items down ( I wanted to make sure I liked how I placed them before securing them). The racks have not moved enough for it to be an issue and I have never bothered to even think about the screws until writing this review. I will be buying other organizers in the future to make up for the lack of upgrades my cabinets possess.

Holds cast iron at the base well

It is as describe. Holds vertically without even being screwed to cabinet. Ordered a second for horizontally holding my cookie sheets and even though I can’t use it as I imagined it is not the fault of the product. I have some sheets that are too tall. It lifted them up about an inch and now some don’t fit. Horrible ancient cupboards that are very deep but this at least held my muffin pans and propped the cutting boards and smaller cookie sheets. Would definitely order again. Wasn’t impressed with the price but I don’t mind paying more for quality if it holds up and this seems perfect for my pans.

Great Organizer

Remember - cabinet height must be more than 1 or 2 inches higher to fit

I bought this so my mother didn't have to bend over while lifting disorganized, heavy pans all around. It is just so painful for her. I made a mistake when measuring the space available in the lazy susan. It had about 1 or 2 inches of clearance. But you have to be able to put it in sideways and then lift it up into place, and there was not room for that, no matter what we tried. But, the good news is that it comes in 2 parts. So we happily use them as 2 separate units, back to back. This works even better for us, because now there is a place at the top of both of them for big pans. that fits 2 big pans! But since we aren't using it properly, the big pans wanted to slide off. No problem - we put that anti-skid squishy stuff and sewed it onto the top 'shelf' things. We used some fish line instead of thread - easier and more durable that way. Now it is WONDERFUL. Mom can lift in pans in and out much easier. Every little thing that makes life less painful is a big win. It seems solid, even more so when it was put together as intended. It has a place to screw the base into your cabinet, but even used as 2 separates, we didn't need to do that - not even on a lazy susan. A little paint scratched off when we separated the metal pieces. But most people won't put them together and then take them apart. This is a great product.

I was skeptical about racks resigned like this due to the large heavy pans I own but this rack held them up like a champ! I tried the different ways the rack can be adjusted to hold my pans and found that standing the rack up is the most efficient and space saving position. The pans I placed in the rack are three 12 in pans and one 11 in pan. Love it!

Worked out perfectly!

Although the pan organizer was too tall when placed upright in my cabinet (hit the upper shelf) and when I turned the rack onto its side unfortunately my pans, were to tall sideways, (hit the top shelf) which I could not raise. The rack came in 2 parts before putting it together so I took it back apart and it worked beautifully that way. I put the shorter half on the shorter top shelf and the taller half, right under it on the bottom shelf and it couldn't be better. The organizer can be used upright to slide your pans in upright. It can be turned sideways to slide your pans in on their sides. Then as I did,use it as two shorter organizers.
