Quality material, perfectly fits Canon T5i.

Perfectly fits my Canon T5i. I used it to adapt my Canon to my Celestron Deluxe 1100 telescope and got some great shots of the moon. Great quality material, light weight and compact enough to keep in my telescope accessory bag. Extremely satisfied with the buy, would highly recommend this product.

Great fit and solid piece.

This adapter is very solidly built and can take the full weight of my Canon Rebel XSi. Everything fits right there is nothing loose in the adapter or the extension tube. I had a question about the setup and use of this adapter and I got a response from the seller in less than an hour! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this product and this brand/seller.

Have a telescope and a Canon Camera? Get this

If you want to take photos with your canon dslr through your telescope you need to connect the two of them. This pair of pieces is what does it - seamlessly. These parts are not flimsy. They are well made and the part that connects into your camera clicks into place firmly and just as solidly as your lens does. Good purchase. Just last night I used this adapter set to get shots of the moon through an 8 inch celestron telescope. I have attached one of the pics with this review.

Excellent camera mount for astrophotography!

I made this purchase because I wanted to try astrophotography with my new dslr. I ordered mine from Alwayseonline and it arrived very quickly so kudos to them. All three prices are made of a durable solid metal and the black anodizing is flawless on all surfaces. I have not gotten to use the mount yet but I did attach it to my camera and mounted it to my scope. The t-ring fits my Canon Rebel SL1 nice and snug and gives me the click to know it is locked into place. From there it was easy as pie to fit the adapter into the eyepiece mount on my Celestron scope. Everything fit together perfectly and now I can't wait to get some close ups of the next full moon. Or try to anyway, lol. So, thus far this seems to be a great product that I would recommend as a less expensive option compared to other adapters that do the very same thing. I will update if that changes. I'll also try to post some of the pics I get if any turn out. As an aside, and this in no way should reflect on the product or the seller, when I bought this I thought I would be able to use this adaptor with the old M42 lenses I had from my film slr. That is not the case. This is a T adaptor which does have the same 42 mm diameter but the threads are different. Old T mount lenses are 42mm with .75mm thread where M42 lenses are 42mm with 1mm thread. As I found out after I made this purchase. Just chalk it up to inexperience but I should have done more research. As it is I would have bought this anyway for my scope so no worries. I bought an actual M42 adaptor and now I can use all of my old lenses without having to pay big bucks for all new glass. I just wanted to put that out there for any other inexperienced folks to save them some small amount of frustration or embarrassment. Plus I got an awesome camera mount for my scope too!

Fits the EOS EF mount just like a real EF lens. Not too tight or too loose.

I had previously purchased a T adapter locally, but the EOS EF ring wasn't machined correctly and was too tight. Bought this one instead and the ring fits just like a real Canon EF lens. I've only tried a couple moon shots through it so far, but it has worked perfectly.

Being a amature picture enthusiast Its great being able to buy high quality products at a great price.I have been able to take some great pictures with my canon rebel. I was surprised when I checked out how well made the items I purchased were. So far I have the moon and jupiter even including some moons of it. Great if it came with an allen wrench or whatever ...

Great if it came with an allen wrench or whatever fits the 3 microscopic screws on the T-Ring. Other than that, the T-ring fits great on the camera and a good metal product. However, the other attachments rely on tightening the three microscopic screws with a missing tool. Update: not liking this purchase. The micro screws will not tighten and tube will separate from T-ring during use. I applied plumbers tape on the treads and it's holding well after tightening the screws with a watch repair micro screw driver. LAST UPDATE: The seller refunded the full purchase price no questions asked. Great customer first policy!!!!!

Great to mount camera to telescope

This is a great product. Though I already have one, the 12 Days of Christmas sale price was too low not to get one for myself. I cannot wait for the next Super Moon to take pictures.

works great with my Canon Rebel T3 and Meade Autostar Telescope, I have been looking for these accessories for a long time, this was the first site that made me feel comfortable enough that I was getting the right items to buy. Thanks for a good product and a good description of what it fits.

Feels sturdy. Machined threads mate very well. Mounts smoothly to T5 body.

Unfortunately I purchased this without checking the diameter of the eyepiece mount on my Meade 4500, which seems to be the only 4500 in existence with the .965" eyepiece ring on the 2" focuser tube. Ill have to get around to ordering a proper 2" to 1.25" to get it to mount to the telescope. However lately Ive been distracted with microscopy, And with some napkins as shims the eyepiece tube holds onto the 23mm eyepiece and hangs on my AMscope M152 well enough to take some decent pictures. Though with a slightly longer thumb screw the shims wouldnt be necessary. The T-ring mates perfectly and firmly to my Canon EOS Rebel T5 (specific model: DS126491), and being a former machinist Im quite impressed with how smooth the threads between the tube pieces fit. Well worth the purchase price.
