Makes the best meatless meatloaf. Don't know why suppliers are having a hard time getting it in stores for a year now.

I loved the fast prep time. Excellent alternative to meat.

Love this stuff. I'm a vegetarian and this is my favorite food.

I am a vegetarian and need things to cook for my family that they recognize and like. I love this product although it is too expensive

My husband and I love this stuff. He had no idea that it was a vegetarian meat substitute and that he has actually been eating it for years! - I use this in my spaghetti sauce, and also in a mushroom onion and brown rice dish that I make. I also use it for tacos and husband did know that I was using it for that. I've been a vegetarian for years and have used a lot of the Loma Linda/Worthington meat substitutes for cooking. This one, and the Loma Linda Tender Bits, are our favorites.

I just pour these in to spaghetti.

Pleased with texture, taste and it is easy to season and use as a meat substitute. Will not hesitate to buy again. Perfect in lasagna too!!! Even the meat-lovers in my family totally prefer this instead of meat lasagna!!!

This is great right out of the can, add eggs and bread crumbs for burger patties or meatballs, or add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning!!! very versatile.

I like using this as much as I do Vege-Burger. I have a hard time telling the difference between this and ground beef or turkey when it's cooked in dishes, even after 12 years of trying Loma Linda canned foods as a non-vegetarian. Great in soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, as patties. I can tell the difference in patties, but who cares? It's still very tasty when seasoned just as I do meat containing recipes, although I don't use added salt any longer, and it's healthier for me to use all the way around. I finally managed to convince two friends my age (silver hairs) to TRY it, just ONCE, and they have both been making special soups they love, one makes taco soup and the other enchilada soup, for the last several years. Pretty funny because the husband and one adult child of one still has no clue that their favorite soup is made with non meat! Many ways to use this product and for me the cost is offset by how much I can do with it in large recipes (stews and sauces).
