Works awesome! Take your time and learn to wrap correctly. Several great videos on youtube. You do not have to soak these in water. Works just as good as the dei titanium exhaust wrap. I always go ahead and spray them with the DEI high temp spray. Solid product for a great price. Took two rolls to properly wrap my OBX Long tube headers on my 5.4 motor in the Pics.

Used this on my 1979 Gs550. Works well, smokes a bit when you first start your bike so make sure you have time to let it run and sit in a ventelated area for a while. All in all was easy to use and looks nice. Soak in water before you use it and wear gloves.

Edit: Huge props to the seller here. They truly do stand behind their product. They expressed a replacement roll out to me direct from China, and put a very nice letter in the box with it, all without even being asked. Actively seeking the best possible customer service is something few companies do, especially on mass-marketing sites like Amazon. I will happily buy from them again knowing that they actually do support their products. For the price, the product is good and the service can't be beat. I found two major issues with this exhaust wrap. First, the included zip ties are junk. Throw them away, don't even bother trying to use them, they don't actually hold tight. Second, my "50 foot" roll was actually two separate pieces that were poorly stitched together. There was a good foot long piece that was two separate pieces overlapped, and it was completely unusable. Annoyingly enough, this also rendered several feet useless after cutting out this section. Frankly, i wouldn't buy this again. it's worth spending the extra few dollars to get the real DEI Titanium heat wrap, this wrap isn't horrible, but the execution is crap.

Installed this on my 2015 sportsman 1000 xp. Put it through the paces this weekend (mud/water) and so far so good. 50 feet is plenty to wrap it twice. Although I used hose clamps instead of the ties it comes with.

Installed this on my 73 beetle with 1600 cc engine, Im running J tubes into a 2 tip GT style exhaust. The 2" x 50' roll was enogh to wrap the pupes and the muffler. The wrap material seems good my only complaint is with the ties. For my car I needed more than was in the package, and the ones it came with didn't feel as strong as the extras I bought, they never tightened up unless there was several layers of the wrap underneath. I bought this for the wrap not the ties so Im still giving it 5 stars.

Works very well. It's a little time consuming learning how to put this on the headers correctly but looks nice afterwards. They send plenty of the stainless steel straps in case you make a mistake. I soaked it in water for a better install. The water evaporated while running the car, and it smoked a some, which is normal. I used all of the wrap on the header and collector. I bought the 50ft roll. I could have used less. Keeps the temperature down in the engine bay and protects my alternator from extreme heat. I recommend this product. Used on my 05' Altima 2.5

What a great product! I was having issues with my electronic ignition components getting hot and malfunctioning because of the heat off my headers. Since wrapping them, I have had zero issues with my ignition failing on me. The headers were a challenge to wrap, but that is more on the configuration of the pipes than the wrap itself. I recommend watching youtube videos on the proper way to wrap, because I was going to do it incorrectly. Other than that, I'm very happy with the product. It's much cooler and quieter in my truck cab now too.

This is a fiberglass weave and can be difficult to apply without getting fibers everywhere, recommend you wear latex gloves (one pair included) and a simple breathing mask (not inc). If you have to work overhead it would not be very nice. Comes with a few steel ties to secure in place on up to 2" pipe... I had to buy some larger ties for the 4" marine exhaust i have. Looks very professional, easy enough to apply. ultimately happy camper, or sailor i should say!

I used this product to wrap a Harley with average length pipes. The 50 foot 1 inch was barely long enough to get the job done. They recommend removing the pipes from the bike before installing. They also recommend replacing the gasket between the header and the engine. Since I did not have replacement gaskets I chose to install on the bike. If you install it on the bike I recommend you estimate how much material the first pipe will need and cut it off so you do not have to contend with fifty feet of material every time you wind it around the pipe. Soaking in water also helps to get it tight and prevent slipping during installation. Use gloves as this material is like working with fiberglass insulation. The included stainless ties work but are difficult to get as tight as electrician ties. In the past, I used hose clamps with great success. When you start the bike be prepared to see smoke caused by manufacturing compounds burning off. I would wait until the following day so as to allow the water to evaporate.

Works as expected, had a 4" down pipe that was way too close to the firewall and my new insulation, and my new copper water lines I built, so this was the best solution for the problem. I reccomend soaking in water prior to wrapping, keeps the fiberglass fibers from flying around while working with it, gloves and a mask are a must have still!!! Once it dries, run a torch up and down it to burn off any stray fibers and then spray it with the recommended copper spray and that will harden the wrap and reduce the amount if any of fiberglass falling off it...
