It's more than a floor cleaner!

I use this for our floors and having the ability to detach and clean elsewhere is great. I just used it to clean all our grout in the bathrooms and nothing could have gotten in and cleaned so well. Great amount of steam pressure and a lot of accessory tools for different purposes. The water reservoir is also sufficient and you don't need to constantly refill. Can't fault it in any way. Although it would be nice if it cleaned on it's own.. :)

Best mop I've ever owned!

The first steam mop I bought was the Bissell 1940 PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner, I really liked it but unfortunatly when I was frantically cleaning last weekend and it fell over and the cap on the bottle broke. I quickly ran to the store and bought the original shark steam mop... I didn't realize how great the Bissell was until I used the shark. So, I decided to give this steam mop a shot, and I'm SO glad I did. All the little attachments have helped me to get all kinds of things clean! I've cleaned the grout, the bottom of the baseboards, acrack between my toilet and the tile, plus I do a lot of DIY projects that can create tough messes that I used to have to buy special chemical cleaners to clean/ remove, but these little attachments have helped me almost effortlessly remove dripped grout, paint, caulk... I'm SO glad I bought this mop! I've only had it a week, I'm so hoping it holds up!

I don't know how I lived without it!!!

I can't believe how versatile this thing is. I have cleaned so many things with this machine, with NO chemicals. My Facebook is ful of my steaming adventures. I really should be getting paid a spokesperson wage from bissel! Lol. I haven't found anything I couldn't clean with this in less time with little to no scrubbing. My floors have never been cleaner & it's cut my mopping time in half (so it gets done more often), no residue from chemicals, no streaks. Its my go to for Windows, as well. The only issue so far is the cover on the extension hose has detached from the handle, but it doesn't effect the machine. Just gets a bit warm if I happen to grab the inner hose under the guard. I also cleaned my oven, and can actually see through the glass now! I thought the glass was really, really tinted! Like, canteven see through it tinted Nope! Just covered in that much grease! It melted the grease right off. Warning, this thing gets HOT (its meant to) so I have gotten burnt a few times passing my hand too close to the nossel. (My fault)

Works beautifully and quickly with little effort!

Love it! Wish I had bought one years ago. I saw a YouTube video that complained about the instability of the water canister when you take it off the handle to use separately. I had no problems with that. I noticed in the video she had a toddler wandering around in the background, so maybe that was the issue. I wouldn't let a toddler anywhere near where I'm using steam anyway. I do have three dogs, and I finally feel like my floor is clean! the only thing I've noticed is that it doesn't improve the grout by just using it in the traditional way. I will have to get down on my hands and knees with the handheld portion and one of the included attachments to clean the grout. I'll do an update after I do that. I will say the water reservoir is somewhat annoying to fill as it's hard to do without spilling some. But I'm getting the hang of it. And honestly, to have my floor so clean so quickly, without the back-breaking work of carrying a bucket of water around which had to be changed several times, makes me very pleased with my Bissell steamer.

Would it be weird if I say I’m in love with my steam mop!?!?

After a lot of research and actually buying a different mop and taking it back without even opening it because it wasn’t the one I really wanted and going back and forth between Hoover Floormate and Bissell I’m so glad I found this I found this after scanning amazon and googling and this had gotten off stains and gook that we couldn’t get off since we moved in and was probly there way before we moved in. We have really stubborn tile and grout that attracts dirt and stains easy and this has totally even cleaned that tile. We have 5 cats yes 5 and it has cleaned up hair and litter and that gunned litter that sticks to floors outside the litter box like the plague yeah this clean that up!! I KNOW CRAZY!!! This mop was well worth waiting all weekend for. My literal only complaint was the cord wrap holder came scratched but that could have happened In the warehouse and it doesn’t effect the use of machine it’s just cosmetic. Before this machine I was literally cleaning my floors on my hands and knees just to get that great clean I am 100000000000000% glad I bought this steam mop and it’s way more then a steam mop it’s a miracle worker!!!!.

We have been using this guy for several weeks now and I had no idea our old steam mop was such crap! This thing will make you LOVE to clean! Note: we have 4 children, a dog, and I'm a baby photographer with children smashing cake into my floors. We also live on a lake with all the nature that comes inside. It's quick, efficient, takes up very little space, and I can't say enough positive things!

Steam mop

I read reviews for days before I settled on this mop. I have tile in my home as well as a fake wood product. I use it on high for the tile and low for the fake wood product. I love this steam mop! The handy brush that is on the back is perfect for scrubbing stuck on food. And it cleans my grout! I wish it came with more pads. I also love how their is a hand steamer function also! I only use steam because it cleans without chemicals.

BEST one I've found after comparing!

This thing can CLEAN! I got this after trying other models and viewing some at a home and garden show. Love the attachments. The grout brush is probably my favorite. I don't like to use harsh cleaners as I have pets and allergies. I was able to clean so much of my house on just the one tank. It would take about 2 tanks to do the whole house, but that with a lot of specific cleanings. Great size tank. It was way easier to use on the floors than other models I tested. The steam was HOT! It made the steam really quickly too and it was constant. I liked that it came with a nice bag that fits ALL of the tools it comes with. And when you use this on the floor it actually gets the whole pad wet as opposed to weaker models that I had to do multiple passes at. It got debris that other models couldn't get up too. Great buy!

Absolutely fantastic product - does as promised and more

Seldom does a product some along that revolutionizes cleaning; but this is such a product. They don't even make good mops anymore, so on a whim I tried this product when all I could find are those unsanitary tornado mops. It actually makes mopping the floor fun; it disinfects, it cleans with just water! Totally eliminates the need for harsh chemicals, I just spray the dirty spots with some Mrs. Meyers cleaner as a pre-treat. With the handle attachments you can get that icky stuff under the corners of your appliances that scares you it's so gross (c'mon, you know what I mean, equal parts grease/dirt/dog hair found in even the kitchen of neat freaks like myself). It literally melts that stuff away. It removes stickers and adhesives from floors and cabinets. I use distilled water since our water is hard here in WA, and it heats up quickly and even cleans the grout in my ceramic floors and behind the sink, etc. Fantastic product and well worth the $ because when you add up all the crappy mops you end up throwing away along with the disposable heads that end up in landfills; this pays for itself quickly. LOVE IT!

Amazing steamer!

This is amazing!! I immediately used the grout cleaning tool as soon as I got it out of the box. Unbelievable. I knew the tile floors needed a good cleaning but I didn’t expect these results! Make no mistake you do need a bit of elbow grease but not nearly as much as if you used vinegar and baking soda and scrubbed - which is what I had started to do. I almost scheduled a professional cleaning but I thought for the price, let me just try this steamer. So glad I bought it. I already can think of a million more uses. Dare I say cleaning might be a little fun now?! The cord is a nice long length and the cleaning pads are great. I bought extras because I know I’ll be using this a lot - 3 dogs coming in and out, you can imagine the mud and dirt! Super light weight too If you’re on the fence, get it. You will not be disappointed! 3 bathrooms await me after the kitchen and laundry room are done!
