Great stuff! Works like a charm and don't poison your living quarters like other products.

I used it in a garage and basement where signs of mold and mildew was forming. The bonus it will kill insects and spiders too! This product works great on the underside of a the flooring of your house. You won't have mold, mildew, termites and other crawling bugs for a very long time!

This review is for the Harris termite powder. I mixed four cans (4 lbs.) of the white powder with four gallons of water (warm water is better) in a clean 13 gallon plastic trash can and sprayed it with a wagnor sprayer. It dissolved quickly, easy to mix and had no odor. You do have to stir it for a few minutes until it gets almost clear. I would recommend wearing some type of breathing mask filter. We used it as a preventative on the framing for some new construction. You also need to apply a second coat after 24 hours according to the directions.

Just started using the termite powder mixed in a pump sprayer for tear-out of a moisture damaged lower siding area with wood rot and a small colony Pacific Dampwood Termites. The soldier termites that came out to greet me got sprayed and the Harris Termite Powder mix took `em down within seconds. Appears to work as advertised and I`ll be ordering some more to treat the new sheathing and siding being installed, before it`s painted. For my particular situation where termites aren`t into the structure it`s a good product at a good price.

I sprinkle the powder behind the furniture and this goes on killing for many years once the bugs walk in it... kills centipedes, scorpions, cockroaches and termites

Harris Termite Treatment is a easy to use solution for termites and mold treatment. Warm water and powder in a sprayer will distribute the solution for termite killing.

For a specialty application (treating a decorative tree stump), I was advised to use a widely-known brand of Borate-based treatment. After some research, I decided to try the Harris product. Same levels of Borate, possibly missing some additive ingredients. I needed a liquid, and the product dissolved readily in warm water. While I won't know whether it has long-term insect resistance, I am very confident that it is an economical choice to the alternatives.

I sprayed and soaked the infected areas about a month ago and so far, I haven't seen anymore "sawdust."

I cannot find this in my local stores anymore - checked Home Depot, Lowe’s and Orchard Supply. This non-toxic approach to termite proofing seems so superior to those smelly, staining green-liquid alternatives. I use this when I am spot-treating a section of a wall I have opened up - as in a recent bathroom remodel. I had my whole house treated 3 years ago by an orange oil treatment company. He saw this on my shelf and said - thanks good stuff, we use it too.
