The right tool for the job.

I admit it, I don't love to cook, but if I'm going to do it I want to do it right and that means all fresh ingredients. I hated chopping oregano, parsley, cilantro, and basil into those teeny tiny pieces, but have found that the job in no longer a chore....Maybe, just maybe I like to cook just a little bit more now! The little green case / Cleaning tool is great too.

Makes fast work of cutting green onions

I use it for green onions, and it does a great job very quickly. The onions do tend to get stuck between the blades, but they are easy to knock out with the tool that comes with the scissors.

Heavenly...

These scissors greatly cut down my prep time and the blades scraper on the end of the sheath are spectacular for cleaning the blades. Even if you don't purchase this brand (which I DO recommend this brand), buy the ones with the scraper! Many other brands do not have the scraper. This was the best value I found in my research.

These scissors are the best tool ever

These scissors are the best tool ever! Instead of chopping up my fresh herbs and scraping them into whatever dish I'm making - I just hold the herbs over the dish and clip away. Fast, convenient, no mess, no fuss. In the morning, when I'm preparing a fresh salad to take to work, instead of having to drag out the knife and cutting board I just snip the fresh basil into the salad. If you flip the cover of the scissors around, the slotted side slides out the bits stuck in the scissors. Quick, easy and no waste. Love it!

Chop Chop!

I love these things. They are reasonable solid and are very sharp. I also loved the included cover and blade straightener - which my wife promptly discarded because she didn't like the colour. She won't admit it though. Green onions have met their match! Of course parsley, cilantro and other leaves are a lesser challenge.

Unlike other cooking products, this is something that everyone will actually use to make their life easier. I especially like the fact that the blade cover can be used to scrap off and lingering herbs safely.

I love to cook and love new gadgets. These scissors are Perfect for chopping herbs. We grow herbs year round so always chopping something. These did the job in no time and no chance of cutting myself.

These were a Christmas gift for my mom who grows her own herbs. She absolutely loved them! She uses them all the time! She bought them as a prize for her garden club because she loved them so much.

A kitchen gadget that's actually useful and constantly in use!

The scissors arrived quickly and work very well. We grow a lot of herbs in our garden, and the is just the ticket for incorporating just about any herb quickly into a dish or cooking vessel. Sometimes it's most useful for breaking down an herb such as parsley into smaller chunks, to be finely minced using a chef's knife. The cleaning tool is very useful during wash-up, but most of the time everything washes out easily from between the blades. Very well made in China, these scissors deserve a spot in your kitchen drawer.

Great for leafy produce

I bought a pair of these and then bought a pair for my sister as a stocking stuffer. Great for chopping all leafy produce. I chop a lot of cilantro and these are invaluable.
