IT’S TINY. Completely my fault for not paying attention. That being said, it is heavy and appears very well made and could not recommend more for someone looking for a great deal on a quality ~2cup double boiler.

This worked for me. I made a chocolate cake from scratch, melting 2-1/4 cups of chocolate with 10 Tbsp of butter. It turned out I needed to melt the chocolate in 5 batches, but it didn't bother me at all.

Great little double boiler.

Very good quality double boiler! I was concerned about the material being cheap or flimsy before I ordered, because so many of them are. But this double boiler proved to be of sufficient weight, very sturdy and so comfortable to hold! Great product for a great price.

Perfect

This is the perfect size for me. I usually use it to melt chocolate. It fits perfectly over my small sauce pan. It cleans up well and so far has stayed nice and shiny.
