Make extra gravy
Good Swiss stake, good gravy. Cooked up some potatoes and nice salad. Made an enjoyable meal all around our table. Another half cup of gravy would have been better!

Stake night! Yay!
Loma Linda has a variety of stakes and I'll be honest here - I can't tell the difference between them, taste wise. These are among the least expensive and they're delicious. I heat them up in vegetarian gravy and we either go the formal stake dinner route (mashed potatoes, veggies, etc.) - or we have scrumptious stake sandwiches with a fun side. Any way you make them they're good, heat up quickly and are of the same quality (and must be a similar recipe) as the more expensive ones.

Great meat alternative.
Very digestible even for a gastric bypass person. I baked them in the oven and later reheated them in the microwave. They remained tender and digestible. I added my own sauce as the flavor is bland....but very versitle for recipes that call for chopped steak.
