Yum! Great taste and lots of protein 👍
These are delicious (albeit a bit pricey at $5+ per can)! I like to make a batter using egg replacer (I’m vegan) and panko breadcrumbs, then I dump them in and shake until coated and pan fry until lightly browned. I serve them with a dipping sauce made with vegan mayo, siracha, lemon juice, rice vinegar and paprika. They make a tasy and protein-packed meal 👌

Favorite item.
Definitely one of my favorites of this brand. We'll be buying a lot more.

A tasty regular staple for me
Pan browned and served with noodles and veggies is my favorite for this fast meal-in-a-can.

Yummt
Have a recipe that uses this. Nothing else tastes as good.

Good
I have always breaded & fried in small amount of oil. served with tartar sauce. Serve with vegetables, or eat cold leftovers as snack.

Still tasty
I hadn't seen these in my local store for years. They're still just as tasty as I remember.

Nomnomnom
Dip in egg, coat in nutritional yeast, fry in olive oil. You've just made the most delicious thing on the planet. All my "meat eating" friends are pleasently suprised and I can hardly keep enough to snack on later (good cold too, like left over pizza!)

Appeals to vegetarians and non-vegetarians but is better with a little preparation
I am a meat eater married to a 3rd generation vegetarian. Vegetable Scallops and Fri Chiks are my favorite canned vegetarian protein products. While Fri Chiks can be taken from the can and heated, Vegetable Scallops take a little preparation to be at their best. They are much better breaded and sautéed or deep fried. They have a chewy texture. The flavor is pleasant but very mild.

I grew up seventh Day Adventist, soooo....
I love these, haters gonna hate, but fry them up as if they’re chicken and it’s sooo good!
