Looks good and works well.

I put this item in the sun for a couple of days since my flag pole arrived without the top. Once I got the gold ball, from the flagpole company, the light was easy to install. It lights up the flag on my 25 foot pole. It is bright enough that it makes the dock where the pole is mounted seem like a moon glow. Any brighter and it might be annoying. Although it seems kinda big, once mounted it really doesn't look that big. I have seen others that seem much bigger and it takes away from the look of the flag and pole. Only been up a few days, but if it lasts, this will have been a good buy. Pros: Seems well made and solid Light is sufficient to see the flag without being like a spotlight Cons: None really, maybe a bit expensive for what it is but it is in line or better priced than most others.

Love the solar lights and not having to worry about taking my flag down at night. Had to replace my gold ball on top of flag pole because the screws were to short. Love it despite that.

Simple to install, just a few minutes for installation on pole. Most time was to lower and raise pole. It is attractive both at night and in daytime. Not overly bright where it will distract neighbors but bright enough to make old glory stand out. Sure will be a pwer savor as compared to the 300 watt monster I was using. Delivered on time (prime)

Great light so far.

Have had it up for a week and a half. Illuminates the pole well. Lights up a good distance. We had constant rain for 2 days with no sun and it still lit up at night. The gold ball on top of the pole no longer fits due to not being long enough. We bought a bolt from Lowes and now it's fine. (No longer use the ball)

We planned on wiring a 120 volt flag pole light and looked at the cost. After looking on amazon for lights, we saw this one and thought we would give it a try. It was delivered in about two days and installed in only five minutes. It works & looks great. Very good product.

This solar light is just perfect at the top of our flag pole. 20LED lights are just the right amount of light perfect. Ole' glory looks fabulous all lite up. Great purchase with a great cost.

Only way to go for me

This is my third one of these. The last one lasted three years, putting out a bright light every night, in all types of weather. And we get lots of rain here in the Seattle area. I pull it off every year, clean the solar panels with 0000 steel wool, and replace batteries if needed. At this price point, I'd gladly get a new one every year, rather than paying an electrician to wire a light in.

Flying Properly With Pride

This does exactly what it's supposed to do. It fit our flag pole which is a 20 ft. Valley Forge pole. Nothing fancy, just an illuminated flag, the way they are supposed to be flown at night. I feel so much better to be doing it the proper way. I had a solar light that attached lower on the pole and lit the flag from below and it never seemed to shine where it was supposed to. This is pretty much fool-proof.
