I love this stuff!

I love this stuff! There are so many uses... including stove-top popcorn, which takes me back to the days (pre 80s) when movie popcorn was actually good and real. Mix this with a little coconut oil and pop your corn into a bowl of deliciousness. This also makes a great alternative to regular butter in recipes. There are so many options here. Delicious! Highly recommended.

Simple taste

I am using this for cooking and also for a bulletproof coffee. It's very versatile as the flavour is very unassuming. Some gees have that browned butter nutty taste. This one does not have a strong case. Just healthy organic yummy butter taste.

Love this, I use it for when I make my bulletproof coffee. My daughter has a college friend who is from India and has given me Glee straight from India. I have to say I thought I would notice a difference between the two, but I don't. I like the size and the price! I will definitely get it again.

Wonderful for popcorn topping!

The first and only ghee I have tried aside from clarifying my own butter. I bought this to try out as a topping for my popcorn. I can tell you this is now my favorite. I have to say I think my popcorn I as good or better than the movie theatre using this. Will start trying it on other recipes as well. I will be buying more of this product.

Delicious Ghee

Ahhhh….the smell of fresh spices cooking in ghee -there’s nothing like it. But you have to to use a good quality ghee, otherwise you don’t get that aroma. We use this ghee mostly for frying and sauteing.. The flavor and smell I really like. I used to use cheaper brands but after finding this one I’ve gotten kinda spoiled. Now I’m just a little more careful about how much I put in the pan so it’ll last longer. I’ve learned that a little can go a long way, especially if you have a good non stick ceramic pan (or even cast iron.) I know that you can keep ghee out but I refrigerate mine to help it last longer. The only thing is that the frigde makes it get really firm so you have to leave some out for a while if you want it to be spreadable on bread or naan. Bottom line -get this if you love cooking with ghee and all the smells and tastes that come with it. You won t be disappointed. If you just want an all purpose cooking oil and anything will do, save your money and get the trader joes stuff.

Yummy product

My doctor recommended this butter to me and even though I was doubtful I decided to give it a try. I was quite surprised to find out that it takes and melts just like butter, but much better for waistline. Very good product if you are looking to stay healthy or loose weight.

Update to previous product review. During my introductory purchase of this product I was disappointed to receive a jar with a damaged cover which literally fell apart in my hands. Although the product was good, based on my negative experience I gave the company a low review. However the company displayed great customer service by sending me 2 complimentary jars in consideration of my bad experience. My 5 star rating is for a good product and great customer service when things don't go right!
