I've known we have had Jeffrey (yes we gave it a name) running around the apartment here for some time. I've caught 1 or two before with different sticky traps but b/c the tiles in my kitchen are white I ended up stepping on them myself. Sigh. The ones I used before were maxcatch and they are good but for some reason as of late, Jeffrey has been smarter. So I went on amazon to try to get more traps but different this time, and a lot I saw were $20 that had good ratings which I did NOT want to pay for. Too expensive. Honestly, I saw this at $2.94 and thought "Yes I can spend that on it". I put a bit of creamy peanut butter in the middle and placed it near the stove where I had seen Jeffrey running to or popping his head out from time to time and giving me the middle finger before going back. I placed the other 3 around nearby but this spot proved to be the money spot. Right after I brought him outside and stomped him I moved the other one to this spot. Well see what's there tomorrow. God speed and god bless you Jeffrey.

If you're not ready to physically kill a mouse, then I would not recommend this product. However, if you've been frustrated seeing mouse poop and used so many snap traps to no avail such that you're ready to kill those pooping fiends, then this is the trap for you. I've caught two mice and they are not dead when I find them, so you need to put them out of their misery. I put them in a bag and smash a shovel onto the bag with way too much force so I know their dead. Listening to Rage Against the Machine during the act helps me get through this tough time. I've read that you could release them after getting caught by using oil, however, the mice appear to try to free themselves and I believe seriously injure themselves in the process (there's been blood) so that freeing them is not helpful either. I wish they would just go to the snap traps and end things quickly, but they choose not to eat peanut butter, nutella, or whatever I bait the traps with, so they forced my hand, and sealed their fate!

These traps are awesome! I bought these glue traps and the TomCat white plastic snap traps and the very 1st night I caught a mouse on both of these traps :) I've attempted to try the humane way of handling the little pests because I am an animal lover but I wasn't catching any that way and they were really starting to tear up my carpet under my radiator so I now have no other choice but to use these traps, unfortunately. Both these TomCat sticky traps and the TomCat snap Traps are really getting the job done, thankfully! Just be careful with using them if you have pets, making sure that you set them up somewhere that your pets don't have access to them, they are quite sticky and will get stuck on your pets to the point that you will probably need an emergency vet visit and as for the snap traps they're pretty powerful and they also will hurt your pets, the mice I've caught in them were pretty bloody. So please put these traps where your pets cannot get to them, if you have pets.

I have literally one mice and I swear, I feel like he's an evil genius. He believes he can coexist with me, but I refuse. How do I get rid of a mice that's literally smarter than I am? Read on and find out. I needed all the help I can get so hence my purchases of these tomcat glue traps. Knowing that the mice in my home is way smarter than any I've ever seen, I didn't just buy one batch of 4 glue traps. I doubled my order. These traps are super easy to use and they feel really sticky to the touch so immediately, I got to work. 8 traps were then set all over my home. Kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, all sorts of room. I fought hard to suppress the evil cackle in my head when placing various baits onto the trap, believing that this is what it'll take to catch that evil genius. I used cheese, peanut butter, chips, sugary gummy, salty trail mixes, bacon, and marshmallows. Surely he'll eat one of those since he was rummaging through my snacks earlier that night, I thought to myself. I went to sleep with a peace of mind that night and expected to wake up to find the little genius stuck in one of my traps, crying for help. I looked through all 8 traps, but nope. Nothing. Unbelievable. I kept checking and checking every single day. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months. Still nothing. All my hopes fading. All I know is, he's hiding somewhere and from time to time, he reminds me of his presence by leaving me these little hints, aka mice droppings. You win little one. You win. So how do I get rid of a mice that's literally smarter than me? The answer is you don't. I'm sorry if you read all the way through expecting a happy ending for me. Life is just like that sometimes. Unpredictable -- just like the mice. I hope you can catch yours. These traps seem great. They're icky and sticky so I can't blame them for not being able to catch the evil beside me.

These get the job done. If you want to get mice out, put these down. I tried humane traps, but they were ineffective.

Had some mice get in over the brutally-cold winter and start damaging dry goods. They were smart and would lick the peanut butter off the snap traps without triggering them. Eventually I caught several of the annoying buggers after jamming the bait into the trigger's crevices then wiping the excess off, forcing them to actually touch it, but one big one remained. No matter what I did, he simply licked the bait off and left the trap untriggered. So I ordered these. Placed a dab* of peanut butter on the little post in the middle, and hid it behind a box against a wall. Checked two hours later, and not only did I get the big smart one, but two more. Unfortunately for one of the smaller mice, it was within biting distance of the big one, who took its frustration out on it and killed it. Took the others outside to quickly end their suffering and toss the trap in the trash. Placed another down just to make sure. Wish I'd just gone with these from the start. *A dab. All you need is a dab. I've read a couple reviews of people complaining that the mouse got loose, and seen pictures where people slathered PB on it like it's a sandwich. This is completely unnecessary. Mice have a *very* sensitive sense of smell and only a tiny bit is needed. Having trouble measuring? Take a toothpick, scrape the tip in the PB, then apply. That's all you need.

You can't go wrong with this price. I spent few hours reading and researching for the best way to get rid of the Mickeys in my house. A few of them kept me up at night chewing everything in the box and by my bed. I am a good Buddist and rule number 1 in 5 precepts is NO KILLING !!! so I spent time meditated and sent prayer to spirits of the house to tell the Mickeys to leave !!! They got it til midnight to leave my house but it did not work. I waste my hard earned money buying 2green no kill trap to catch and release..NO WORK!!! The mouse are too smart so last resort I bought this glue trap. I got 4 pieces for $2.74. I put 3 in my bedroom and 1 in living room. When I came back from work I found a little Mickey got his rear end on the trap. I saw a review said she pour the oil to release the mouse so I did. I used the whole bottle of Olive oil on the mose but it did not help at all and the sucker drowning by the oil !!! I spent few hours reading reviews some says glue trap is cruel some says the victor snap trap is quick & easy. What if it snapped just part of the mouse and left the bloody body hanging??? There is no mercy kill OK people!!! Killing is killing!! enough read enough talk to the mouse..!!!! They are not moving out peacefully the they can go see angels !!!! The traps worked well☺️

So we started hearing strange noises during the night and discovered we had a furry visitor coming in to the house during the rain. It went on a few nights and then we saw the mouse droppings. Last year I had a rat outside on the deck and used a tomcat snaptrap for that and got it instantly. So I thought I would see what products they had for for inside visitors. I know an exterminator and he suggested the glue traps so I ordered 16 of them. ( 4 packs of 4 for less than $13 delivered!) I placed the traps according to the furry ones “deposits”.… they tend to run along the perimeter of your walls and stick to that route. Got it! Stuck on the trap overnight. With a little chocolate bait on the glue to attract. The traps were delivered 1/14, I placed them the same night and I was throwing the trap away in time for the garbage pick up at 7am 1/16. No sounds of nibbles or rustling or scattering around for a few days. I thought it would be wise to leave a few traps out “just in case” Last night my wife thought she heard something.... Making coffee I checked the 2 traps I left out and voila! Got another one who was quickly disposed of in a plastic bag and it’s probably dead now from suffocation. Great traps, perfect results but not for the people who believe in “ save and release”. The mouse will scream like hell and struggle before it has a heart attack...not for the squeamish but well worth the money. On another note, the traps are so well designed you can store the unused ones easily...just in case.

These are good glue traps. Of course, they are glue traps. This means that mice or whatever will get stuck on them. They will get more stuck as they struggle. It can get pretty nasty. It does not kill them so you'll have to be okay with doing it yourself. The real benefit is that you don't have to set them like a mechanical trap and they work pretty well. Just put them in the running path of mice, preferably in front of something tasty. If possible, secure the trap to the surface with thumb tacks or push pins. You DO NOT want a mouse flipping this thing over, smearing the glue, and sticking themselves to your floor or cabinet interior. BTW, be sure to check these. You'll usually hear it if you have a mouse stuck on here. However, if you don't, they are likely to try chewing off their own limbs to escape. That can be... horrifying to say the least.

I love the way Tomcat Mouse Glue Trap works - as evidenced by purchasing five of the 4-packs! I don't have a mouse problem at all, however, I do have geckos/lizards, large spiders, beetles, roaches & misc. bugs that need to be eradicated! These glue traps work fantastically! I use them in my lanai, garage, & storage shed! It doesn't take long for them to capture "whatever" happens to step on them & nothing I've tried works better at trapping "anything" that crawls! They are easy to use, lay them in any corner or area where you see bugs/critters & before you know it, the trap is filled with dead bugs & Florida-bred lizards. You just pick up the trap, toss it in the garbage, and replace it with a new trap! No other trap, box, or spray works as well as Tomcat's Mouse Glue Traps!
