Updated review! The first steamer I received was defective, even after the return period the seller contacted me by phone to apologize and offer to send a new steamer. I received the new one quickly and it works great. What was even more impressive was their customer service! Happy customer!

Simple, compact, works like a charm

Simple, compact, works like a charm on suits, dress shirts, trousers, etc. Often a quick steam is enough to remove all but the most stubborn of wrinkles, so I hardly ever have to iron any more. And on top of that: great customer service. When my steamer stopped working one day, Pure Enrichment immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked. I didn't even have to send them the broken one. I couldn't be more happy with this product, and I have recommended it to all my friends.

It's perfect!

I love my PureSteam Portable Fabric Steamer. I have wanted one for a LONG time but never found one that was perfect. The PureSteam Portable Fabric Steamer is. It arrived quickly and the user manual was super easy to understand. I had it out of the box and using it in 10 minutes. The steamer heats up in less than 2 minutes too! From start to finish, I heated up the steamer and steamed a pair of pants in 5 minutes. This will save me SO much time. I won't have to get my iron and board out to get wrinkles out of my clothes! Plus, it's small enough to take with me when I travel. That's a nice bonus!!

I am giving this product 5 stars because it serves my purpose. It needs to be noted that this product will not get out deep wrinkles without a wrinkle releaser, especially for cotton. I have used this on wool and acetate/rayon suits and it works great on superficial wrinkles formed from being in the closet after dry cleaning or suits that have been worn a few times. Again, not deep wrinkles. It, however, did not get rid of wrinkles from cotton dress shirts without a wrinkle releaser (the old fashion ironing method also requires the same). Regardless, I love this little guy/girl because it heats up very quickly (within 2 minutes), easy to use, works (if you use it properly), and I don't have to go through the hassle of using an iron. Also, it is small enough to set aside on the counter after use and let it cool down and dry before storing it for the next time. One more important thing to note, I'd recommend using distilled/demineralized water rather than tap water. I used tap water with the steamer two mornings ago and when I got home I noticed a white residue had formed (or was left behind from the tap water) inside and around the water reservoir area. I followed the cleaning instruction (using a mixture of 50/50 vinegar and water, let it sit in the reservoir for 3 minutes, then pour it out) and the white deposit was gone.

Simplify your life!

I will preface my comments with stating I hate ironing. When I first got my steamer, I used it on three of my blouses and the wrinkles came out effortlessly. The steamer heated quickly and puts out lots of steam. I don't know if this is recommended but I put a small amount of Fabreze in the water which gave my blouses a fresh scent. Another positive is the long cord. This came in extremely handy when I gave the streamer the ultimate challenge: my dining room table linen which fits my 120 inch long table. In the past, I would start at one end of the table and, by the time I reach the end, the first half is on the floor and wrinkled. I used my steamer on my tablecloth (on the table) and the wrinkles fell out! I did have the custom made pads on the table to prevent damage to my wood table and would recommend people use care is attempting this. The only con is the need to frequently refill the reservoir, however to increase the size would take away from it's portability. We do travel quite a bit and I plan to take the steamer with us. I highly recommend this product.

Very efficient, no more hotel irons and ironing boards!

If you travel a lot for business or pleasure, this is an essential to have! I purchased this product for my boyfriend, because he travels a lot for his job, and his dress shirts are always wrinkled while being in the suitcase. This portable steamer made his life so much easier instead of going through the hassle of using hotel irons and ironing boards. I also have used the portable steamer for my dresses and blouses; it works so well!

Super Easy and Handy

Best investment ever. Super easy and quick to use. Can an iron and a board get the job done quicker for more clothes? Yeah, probably but I don’t have room for a board and I usually only have to minimally use this device so the quickness and ease that this is, is great. This shirt - worst wrinkled shirt I’ve EVER had haha - took 5-8 minutes. But getting the iron and board out is just too much of a process for something I want done hassle-free. A regular shirt took me less than two minutes. Highly recommend

Ordered a different brand for a replacement and it was not as good as this one

Had one, but it broke in China. Ordered a different brand for a replacement and it was not as good as this one. This does not ‘spit’ water and has a good steady stream of steam.

Good little steamer - does the job just fine! :)

Great ergonomic design, boils water quickly, nozzle points where it needs to go. Not the most mindblowing, wrinkle-erasing steamer I've used, but an effective one considering its compact size. The only thing I would change is the silver foil around the neck of the steamer. It doesn't show up in the product picture and looks really cheap in person - best to nix it for the next version.

Magic!!!

At first I was surprised how small this fabric steamer was but man it works!! I absolutely hate ironing- pulling out the ironing board then the iron, filling it, waiting for it to heat.. Just way too many steps! This little steamer has changed my life!! I just bought some new work blouses and well they wrinkle after every wash huge bummer! so once I got this thing I gave it a try and it took no time to steam those wrinkles! Magic!!! It's so easy to use and store plus it's a great size to travel with
