❤❤BEST PRODUCT EVER ❤❤
If there were 10 stars, I'd give it! I love this thing sooooo much I would love to become a dealer. To start, the health benefits are amazeballs! Everything from better blood circulation, mood, energy and DESTRESSING..ahhhh it's so LOVELY! I had a broken neck when younger and this jacuzzi helps me alot. I have had this a few months now, seems pretty durable, makes it up to 104 degrees (most days above 60)..temp drops when you run it but it seems to heat up quickly once the bubbles cease, also comes with an insulated top to help. Oh if only I had a glass house to put over top, because winter is coming :( ...DEFINATELY WORTH THE $375!!..it takes awhile to get one, so order early before springtime!.. Oh and the mat they send for underneath is cushy and soft to sit on...We put sand under ours so its very soft n comfy.

Amazing hot tub at a great price
At first, I was skeptical of inflatable hot tubs so I went shopping for a "real" hot tub, the ones with a rigid shell, and cost $5,000. Being quite tall, I noticed that with the preformed seats, I was forced to sit quite high in the water. Then I decided to research inflatable hot tubs. There were many comparable models available. The LED lights on this one are what convinced me. Then it went on sale. I am completely impressed. Setup was easy. You just connect the provided hoses and the hot tub self inflates using the same blower as when running the jets. Once filled with water, it took about 24 hours to heat up. The blower jets and LED lights make for a great experience. The floor of the spa is soft and feels durable. This is much more comfortable than the rigid preformed seats that are in the more expensive hot tubs. Being 6' 4" tall, I also appreciate that with this spa, I am able to sit low with my shoulders under water or if it's too hot, then I can sit higher up. The spa has been set up for about a month now. There are no air or water leaks. I have cleaned out the filters every few days and the water is still crystal clear. The timer function is a nice feature as well. If I'm not planning on using it for a day or two, then I just set the timer to begin heating up the water a few hours before use. I keep the filter running all the time. This is a great product.

Excellent hot tub!
We purchased our Saluspa Paris model hot tub about 8 months ago and have been loving it ever since with no pump problems at all. We use our spa almost daily but with proper maintenance (regular filter replacement, oil sponges, and proper chemical balance) and 2 water replacements later the spa is still like the day we purchased it. Would definitely purchase again.

Great buy
Save your $60K and don’t put a jacuzzi in. This is the best. Pros: - once hot, just like a jacuzzi - the bubbles are great - the heat is great. Gets to 104° - really nice cover. Safe, secure, keeps the heat in - quality materials - truly a bargain for what you get Cons: - didn’t come with extra filters - it takes several days to heat up - instructions are terrible. We had to us google to figure out everything for install, etc.

Awesome Little Spa!!!
Previously we owned a Miami Spa and loved it. The Miami finally gave into being outside in the elements. It started to leak air, and I patched it but couldn't get anything to hold. So we decided that Summer is over for this year. Then after much contemplating we decided to take the plunge again! This time moving the spa downstairs into a room in our basement, to enjoy it throughout the Winter. So we placed the order and went with the Paris model. Opting for a larger spa and more room to stretch out in. When it arrived I was very pleased with the packaging as the box and all its contents arrived in perfect shape. This time I got a proper Chlorine Starter Kit from our local Hot Springs Spa Dealer and adjusted all the levels to proper spa levels. As of yet the water looks beautiful, no guessing if it's going to look habitable lol. So as of yet I had surgery and haven't had a chance to soak but I can assure you it's already to go and looks great! The overall build quality of this Spa is far superior to the Miami. The cover is a leather like material, and the tub surround is the same leather like material protecting the actual inflated Spa, much better in quality than the Miami. The only problem I had was the Lites didn't work out of the box, but no problem as Bestway sent new ones out right away. I'll wait until the first water change to install this set. It's really no big deal nor a deal breaker. What a great little spa for the money. I also looked and plenty of places sell LED tape if I have any problems in the future. Anyway Thank You Bestway/Saluspa for a great product! Update October 6 2016 - So I finally am good to go since my surgery, first full week back to work. Been keeping the spa balanced perfectly with my starter kit from Hot Springs, waiting to finally use this spa. Temp has been left at 85, this morning I turned it up to 104 to soak with my fiancé after work. Well worth the wait and this little spa is awesome!!! Btw Saluspa already shipped the replacement lites, haven't done my first water change so I improvised with my LED Laser lol, super fun!!! Honestly, totally pleased with the purchase, you will be too if you take the plunge lol!

Best way great customer service.
Easy set up in one hour, heated up at about one degree per hour with outside temps in the fourties. Well worth it. Use it every day. Now 2 months in, has withstood 15 degree temps, it kept temp inside tub over 100. Had leak in inflatable cover, sent claim to Best way, one hour later they emailed me and had replacement cover sent in mail. Would be great if they offered a chemical package and spare filters as a starter kit but go to local pool store for advice. Spent additional $75 for chems and filters. Works better than I expected. Really best for no more than 2 adults but works awesome. Very happy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SPA
I was skeptical about purchasing an inflatable hot tub, call me a hot tub snob if you will, but let me tell you, this is my little slice of heaven. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Seriously. The tub was extremely easy to put together, inflate and in just a few hours (most of that time is adding the water) you can be floating in paradise. The tub and outer liner are thick and heavy and this is a good thing. The tub comes with a ground cover mat that reminds me of bubble wrap, except you can't pop it. I used a couple foam mats as a base because where I installed the tub (under my car port) it was gravel. So, first the foam mats, then the bubble wrap ground cover mat then the tub. And it is so cushion-y! I was also skeptical about the bubble effect. Would it be like sitting in a high end spa? The answer to that is a resounding YES! Maybe even more relaxing as the walls are cushioned because it's inflatable, and not hard plastic. The ring surrounding the inside of the tub that produces the bubbles is very effective! The reason I purchased this tub is because I have spinal arthritis and this spa has been a god send. I can relax in the warm water, do some very simple stretching exercises and sleep like a baby each night. Did I mention the lights?! What a fabulous idea. There is a strip of LED lights that goes between the spa liner and the outer cover which lights up to any color or cycle through a range of colors and how much fun is that! I installed this toward the end of summer when it is stifling hot here in the South, so it's sweet I can control the water temperature to be cooler during the heat of the day and warmer at night after the sun goes down and the air temp cools, you can turn up the heat. I don't usually recommend products, but in this case I would recommend this to anyone, you won't be sorry. PS - it also comes with a top cover that can be locked down for security and keeping out debris. Year 2 and I still love this spa! I use it almost daily and it works as well as it did on day one. I change the filters weekly because I do use the spa nearly daily. Would I buy it again? Absolutely, but I hope to get a few more years out of it. 🙂
