i had been looking for one to put this rendition of the jurassic park theme song on it like a music box but couldnt for the life of me find a recordable one that you didnt have to custom build or buy. i hooked my phone up to it with the song playing on youtube and at first it went on low. i turned up the volume on my phone and re recorded it and it sounds and plays perfeclty. i love it and play it over and over and its still working great. ❤️

This was perfect for what I needed them for. They feel really cheap and light, BUT has a great speaker and is easy to use! Depending on your phone or music source outlet, you might need to put some pressure on the adapter to push it in a bit further and avoid some static. Best thing to do is keep it on a solid, flat, stationary table, don't move, turn volume about 1/2-3/4 way on the source, and hit record! Easily records multiple times. Love it! just a bit pricey for the quality of the item. Great sound, but still.

Excellent! I'm impressed with the quality, especially for the price. I initially bought it to put in a stuffed animal, but didn't read the dimensions closely, so it's too big, but that's on me. It records REALLY loud for how small it is. And you can change how loud it is based on your phone volume setting...so you want a quieter recording? Turn your phone volume down during transfer. Want the opposite? Turn it up! I just painted the name on the sound box with some hearts, in lieu of putting it in a stuffed animal. Highly recommend!

Ok so I made an attack zombie puppet this Halloween and needed a separate audio source. I just recorded a crazy zombie noises and stuck it in the shirt pocket. WORKED ALL TOO WELL!!! Was very surprised at how loud and clear it played. More than worth the money.

The directions are a little hard to understand and it took me a few tries to figure it out. The sound is far from crystal clear but it's great nonetheless. With this, i sewed a zippered pocket into a stuffed animal and recorded a song i wrote for my daughter. It was her 5th birthday present and upon hearing the song while hugging her stuffed animal for the first time, she cried! It was given to her 3 months ago with fresh batteries in it and it's still going strong! We keep the recorder switched to the 'on' position at all times. iPhone users: use Voice Memos to make your recording.Plug in the recorder using the adapter, press the sunken button on the recorder then press play on your voice memos recording. Once your recording has finished playing (you will not be able to actually hear the recording as you transfer it to the recorder), press the sunken button again and you're set! Note that the headphone volume on your phone will impact the volume at which your recording plays on the device. Be prepared to play around with it until you get it right.

This sound box is great. We purchased it to record a song and place it inside a stuffed animal. At first we couldn't record the song and got just static but then realized that you DO NOT hold down the small recording button on the front of the box while recording the song. You press it once to start recording and press it again to stop recording. The instructions do clearly state this. We just glossed over them too quickly. Once we grew a brain and read the instructions it worked great. And it plays loud enough that once inside the stuffed animal you could hear the song clearly.

There aren't many sound boxes out there that can record a full song, but this is one of them. I inserted this sound box inside a stuffed Santa bear's back under its coat and recorded Michael Buble's "All I want For Christmas Is You". My wife has been quite ill this past year and I gave it to her for Christmas. From her reaction I can say that I couldn't have found a better gift.

I used this sound box to simulate a music box built into a custom made table lamp. I found MP3 files that sounded like music boxes playing three songs and recorded them on the device in one pass. Since I did not want the owner of the lamp to need to open it to replace batteries, I converted it to USB power and included a small USB charger in the lamp.

It's not out of the question that on the 8th day, the Lord created this EZ Sound Box. Does it do its job - let you easily record something off your phone/laptop and replay it at the push of a button? Yes. Is it in Dolby Surround Sound? No. This is a plastic box with one button. You are insane. But did it do the trick of letting our office come up with a funny way to keep playing a song clip every time we accomplished a task? You betcha. And the Lord said it was good.

I was looking for a voice recorder to put into a stuffed animal that could record a message longer than 20 seconds. This box was perfect! I was able to easily record my voice - about a 30 second message, and connect my iPhone to it via the headphone jack and add a song. Both replayed well and at a good volume even inside the stuffed toy. The box itself is thick, but not too thick to be obtrusive when placed in a stuffed toy. It's easy to depress and you can stop the playback by simply pressing the button a second time at any time during playback. The plastic housing seems well made and durable. I would not hesitate to buy another one should the need arise. I would recommend them to others in need of a similar device.
