Excellent

This knife is very sharp and holds its edge well so far. I purchased another molybdenum steel knife directly from Ikea years ago and used it for everything. This one does not say "molybdenum" but is just as good or better. It was intended as a backup, but it is has become my primary kitchen tool.

Inexpensive but not cheap

I have a good selection of German knives and this one is as good as any of them. It is the perfect size for most of my needs, is well balanced, sharp, and sharpens well. These knives are an amazing value.
