In all seriousness, these are terrific. I have mercury poisoning from 6 fillings, which come to find out are actually 50% mercury - all "amalgam" fillings are. Fast forward 25 years or so, and I started having all of the symptoms. As it turns out, selenium detoxifies mercury. It makes the detoxing process a lot less dangerous, which is important because when you start driving mercury out of the fatty tissues that it tends to build up in, it can redistribute in other tissues yet! So my naturopath told me to eat quite a few of these per day, and all of my symptoms lessened (along with the detoxing protocol, of course) within a few days. I had been at this for months with some fairly serious headaches going along with it, and those are gone. So are the earaches. Suffice it to say, I'm quite happy with the results. Ordering a 2lb bad this time, and be sure to keep them in the fridge. Just about all nuts can go bad because of the high fat content.

Its my first time buying this nut from Terrasoul. I was hesitant for all the Brazilian nuts I have tried before resulted in an itchy throat. This was the first time I did not have that itch. It tasted so fresh, I loved it.

Very pleased with this product

Brazil nuts are difficult to find in my local stores so I bought the Terrasoul Superfoods Raw Organic Brazil nuts. My doctor wanted me to increase my selenium and these are a great source of that. So I bought them for medicinal reasons. Hopefully these will solve my issue. I'm pleased with the size and quality of these nuts and recommend them to others.

Great source of Selenium for thyroid

I was looking for a natural way to get more Selenium into my body to support my thyroid. The thyroid gland has the highest amount of Selenium per gram of tissue of any organ in the body. I eat two nuts per day to provide my body with this micro nutrient required for the antioxidant function and for the metabolism of thyroid hormones. These nuts are raw, so less processed and better for our bodies. Enjoy!

Delicious and Fresh!

I have zero complaints about these Brazil nuts. If you like this flavor, these are great! They came very well packaged, they taste very fresh, I do keep them in my refrigerator as you were supposed to with nuts after you open them. I have purchased other items from TerraSoul before, so I felt pretty confident that I would like these. I love that they’re available for subscribe and save. I definitely signed up for that because I will continue to want these for years to come. If you were on keto these are a fantastic addition if you want something that has more flavor than Macadamia nuts. These are also very low in carbs, one carb per serving. I can’t recommend these enough.

A Simple Nut to Eat

I’ve had Brazil nuts at various times of my life. Why not consistently eat them? Generally, the Brazil nuts I had tried were bitter and nasty. Come June 2020, I learned about the selenium content in these nuts. Brazil nuts have a very high level of it. I wasn’t too excited to buy these nuts because of my past experiences. However, I bit the bullet and got them anyways just thinking I can muscle through the bitterness. Wow, was I surprised that they tasted so good. Absolutely no bitterness. The healthiest nuts

These nuts are the best nuts I ever tasted is the Brazilian nuts I love the texture the quality is great is very tender very crispy they’re full of nutrients they are very healthy for you I can’t say enough about these nuts it’s like I’m lost for words I am very satisfied with the quality of it and I will be ordering more in the Future I will tell all my friends about it and where to get it I’m very satisfied with this product I don’t have anything bad to say about it about the taste or anything I’m just in all about it I have taste others but it was never like this

Fresh and delicious! I store these in the fridge and eat ~3-4 daily for Selenium either by themselves, with a little sea salt, in homemade dried-fruit and nut bars, or blended in a smoothie that's usually either leafy greens + fruit, or peanut butter + chocolate + banana. Great!

I have read a lot about Brazil nuts and their many health benefits and wanted to give this brand a try. This product is very fresh and has a nice flavor. Because it’s a large package for just one person, I was a little worried about them spoiling before I could finish the bag, I split them up and put half in the refrigerator and half in the freezer. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought these for the selenium content and as it turns out the other brand I had been buying from Amazon was grown in a place where the soil was low in selenium, therefore their brazil nuts had little to no selenium (defeating the purpose). This Terrasoul brand is rich in selenium and they arrived Feb 2020 very fresh. Happy with purchase. I store them in the fridge. I have also purchased the pumpkin seeds/pepitas in this brand as well and was happy with that purchase too.
