Cannot recommend these enough

Well, I must admit that every single time I need to take my DJ equipment stuff thru a door, these door jams are essential. I would mistakenly have to rely on the establishment to have one at their disposal. Yes, it is the simple things in life sometimes and trust me, you need these BIG ONES because the wimpier ones will not work and these doorstops will stop anything. I have a special place in my vehicle for when I am Un/Loading my stuff. Cannot recommend these enough.

As Good As It Gets.

I really appreciate this company for putting thought into making a heavy-duty doorstop. The difference- Normal rubber doorstops have no support underneath and just flatten over time. They don't have the weight, girth, or a ribbed grip bottom surface as these do. I can't believe the seller has no images of the bottom of these beasts, which is really what sets them apart from the rest!

Great to raise and tilt computer monitor

I use these to prop up an old monitor that is too low to the desk and doesn't tilt back. Works great. The rubber on the doorstops grabs the monitor base so it doesn't slip, and I'm no longer hunching over to see the screen through the bottom part of my progressive lenses.

Great for high clearance doors

Perfect for my heavy fire door that leads in from the garage. I understand the need for this heavy door that shuts as soon as you let it go, but when you're carrying in groceries, it's fantastic to have a door stop that keeps it open. There was a high clearance (about 1.75 inches) between the bottom of the door and and floor. The BIG door stop works perfectly, no more bruises on my hip as I try to hold the door open whilst bringing in sacks of food from the market!

Love the Extra Height

I got these to use as a leveler for my tray since I am bedridden and eat laying down. It keeps the tray level from the indentation I make. The third one, a bonus, works to keep my door open (I keep it closed so the air purifier works well and room temperature is well regulated) when I play fetch with my service dog. Our doors have an unusually large gap at the bottom so the extra height does the trick. Puppy thinks its pretty cool that mommy can now play with him.

Working well on keeping automatically closing doors propped open

Bought these for the heavy doors in our veterinary hospital. ICU has 3 hefty doors that are made to shut know their own, which is great, but sometimes you need to prop them open for a bit. We've tried several different types and brands of door stops that just can't hold those heavy doors. But these are up to the task! Unpacking them, I immediately noticed how much sturdier they are, which makes them heavier. They've been in use for 3 days now and my coworkers have nothing but praise for them. Over a month now and still working well. No odor issues. I had to buy more as they keep being moved to other doors in the building because everyone loves them!

Very substantial good

Well, this should work pretty well but it is a bit stinky that's why i put them all out on the deck to detoxify until i use them. But they are much bigger than they look on the internet. they really should have a penny or something next to them to show how big they are because they look to be 2.5 inches tall (if you measure along the edge anyhow). Much bigger than I expected. And like the other reviewer said very substantial as have ribs inside that make them very strong. I think should work fine for a big heavy door I think.

Good for stopping things besides doors.

I bought these to hold something awkward (bowling bag) still in the back of my SUV. Bungee cords were never quite the right length or difficult to reach the tie points. Standard door stops weren't big enough. These were big enough to give some leverage and tacky enough to keep everything in place. Might not help in an emergency maneuver, but do a great job for what I wanted them for.

Three pack of heavy duty, longer, higher door stops at a good price. Works well on concrete (holding my 2" patio door open) and on tile (propping open my crooked bathroom door). Haven't used on carpet but other reviews say it works fine on carpeting. My set had an initial "rubber" smell but not really noticeable after I gave them some fresh air and I prefer rubber to plastic. Very sturdy, easy to put under the door and to remove with my foot. These days, I don't take for granted that a product will do its job well and be worth the (reasonable) cost. These big door stops get the job done and give good value for the money.

Excellent door stops.

Excellent. We needed big door stops for both indoor and outdoor heavy metal doors. The smaller ones we had weren't working well. They were too short or they would slip. These big door stops do the job even for large outdoor gaps from the door to the ground. They "grab" the ground or floor very well and don't slip. We'll likely be buying more ... they're so effective, school staff seems to "borrow" them and "forget" to bring them back!
