Beat My Expectations

These are so awesome I will at some point buy more colors. While you might say that the battery pack is an inconvenience while wearing them, I honestly don't think it's that big of a deal. They're surprisingly bright and incredibly colorful. For the price of 12 dollars, this might be the best investment I've made in my entire life. I don't know how good the battery life is with two fresh batteries, but I've been using two that are almost dead and it's lasted for quite a bit. Just be careful with these glasses cos they can be ruined if you're just throwing them around.

Excellent product!

These glasses work great and look terrific. Very good build quality. 2 minor complaints: the power button is tiny, the cabling could be a foot longer: A tall person would probably have to stow the battery pack unit in their vest/breast pocket.

BIG HIT AT THE PARTY

My husband wore these to an 80's Prom and he was a huge hit in these glasses. The cord was not visible at all and he could wear them and still see where he is going.

Terrific!

These are great for glow parties and an all-around novelty look. My 13 year old took these to a school glow party dance and was a hit. The glasses are sturdy and comfortable. The cord to the battery/switch box is long enough and is firmly attached at both ends. The control button to turn between modes/off is robust and you know when you've actuated it. The glasses - OBVIOUSLY - restrict vision, so you should not expect to be able to wear these out on the street and definitely not while driving. Also, the fast-flash mode may make you dizzy and cause real problems for epileptics.

Dope, but wire breaks easily

Honestly, these glasses are dope. I got so many compliments on them at Snowglobe this year, and a couple numbers😏 but they broke so fast! I was very careful with them and they still broke. I’ve heard this happens to a lot of them, my friend as well. They need to make the connection from the wire to the glasses better. You can see in my picture the problem, the wire is exposed right where it meets the glasses, doesn’t turn on anymore. I would love to wear these again but I dont want to buy a new pair every time they break. Hopefully customer service is nice enough to send me a new pair, that would definitely up the star rating! Update: Support sent me a new pair free of charge! The quality is likely the same, but you have to keep them safe! Haven't used the new pair yet. But 5 stars for customer service. Quality could be a bit better though

Worth it

They were a hit. They had a few different modes, solid light, slow blink and fast blinking light.

Awesome

These are awesome! Nothing but compliments and the whine you hear isn't bad at all. I wore the battery pack on a belt loop so I didn't hear it at all actually.

PSA: these are for the benefit of the people looking at you, not the person wearing them.

Loved these and these were a big hit at the festival I went to. They broke by the end of the weekend but I think that was due to my carelessness (having too much fun.) i would definitely recommend these, although several people walked up and asked to try them on. I had to eventually inform them that the glasses are for the enjoyment of the spectators not the person wearing them. :)

BEYOND BRILLIANT!!!

These are unbelievably brilliant 80s party accessories!!! My husband and I had a pair each and they rescued our frankly meh outfits and turned us into party superstars. People were asking us where we got them ALL NIGHT. Worth every penny and then some. I smiled so much wearing these that my face actually started to hurt. My husband’s battery pack belt loop cracked (maybe because he was inspired by the glasses to bust one too many bold dance floor moves and put pressure on the plastic?) but he just tucked it in his pocket, and I had mine in a disco-glitter fanny pack so didn’t experience any problems at all.
