Cutest Chef Costume EVER!

My 4 year old decided (on his own!) that he wanted to be a Chef for Halloween this year. I found this costume on Amazon, and I must say - it exceeded my expectations! It is SUCH a cute costume, and the chef hat absolutely makes the outfit! The only negative thing I found is that the hat was a little too big for our son, so it would have been nice if it had some kind of adjustable Velcro on it. Just what we needed!

Very cute. My grandson loved this set. Fits well. The hat is constructed of soft fabric (same as the vest). It is not a "hard hat". Shovel shown in picture is not included in this set. Grandson is size 2T so you can judge the fit.

Excellent quality. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality! My son is 4-1/2 and it fit perfectly. He is 44 inches tall. It just fit him across the chest but it was fine in length of arms. He was a police officer for Halloween and had a blast with the accessories. He even used the included notepad to write “tickets” for people. He drew x’s for violations and happy faces for being good. Entirely his idea. Make sure you note the measurement of the jacket and measure your child before purchasing. NOTE: If the measurements of garments were not provided I would not have purchased.

Best present ever!

I bought two of these for the grandkids, six and (a very big) two. It fit the oldest perfectly and we rolled the sleeves for the little guy. They absolutely loved them! The accessories were a hit, especially the water-squirting fire extinguisher. Kept them busy for hours, squirting the flowers in the garden to “put out fires.”

Great costume!

I purchased two of these chef outfits for my four year old twins as Halloween costumes. They are adorable! The only thing I had to change was the size of the hat which was easily done with a bobby pin. They were the talk of the town, waving bye with the little oven mit on their hands. Very well made and very affordable. I love all of the little extras it comes with, right down to the name tag! The best part is that they can use the costumes even after Halloween with their play kitchen. Thank you!

Great quality and lots of fun items included with the ...

Says it will fit a 3-5 year old. I was nervous. The boy I gifted them to is 3 but wears a 5T. He has plenty of room to grow into them! They will fit for a few years yet! Don't let that scare you. Great quality and lots of fun items included with the vest. He had received another(bigger name and more expensive) brand doctor vest, and the iPlay brand ones were just as nice, if not nicer.

Got this for my nephew as a gift. He is almost 3 years old, and wears around a 4T. The jacket is slightly large on him, but does not interfere with his play. That also means he will be able to use it for a few years to come. The hat is a bit large on his head, but when tucked behind his ears, didn't seem to fall in his face. As with the jacket, it gives him room to grow. The mitt and utensils are a great touch. He was excited to put it on, and I enjoyed watching his imagination come to life as he started "baking" and "cooking" at his play kitchen. I also gave him a dry erase pad and crayon that he can use to "take orders." This is a great item to help promote a child's imagination and pretend play. As we had to do with my nephew, you may need to reinforce that the mitt and utensils are for play, and are not to be used to help with actual baking or cooking. I feel like that is common sense, but still worth mentioning.

Perfect for the Fireman in Training

A fun way to play! The jacket and hat are the perfect material, not to heavy but good quality. The hat will withstand a lot of play time, unlike the plastic ones out there. Fit was a big enough on my 4 yo grandson (5T) to last has he grows, his brother (size 7) could wear it with move room. Great product at a really good price. The other play pieces are fairly standard, however, the plastic has a little give to not cause harm to items (and brothers) that get a bop with the ax.

My little brother was soo in love with this. Wilkie talkie makes siren noises, fire extinguisher works! Just add water, fire hose and axe are great props.

This chef costume is great! My 4-year-old son loves all of the Melissa & Doug pretend play costumes. I wanted to get him the chef costume when I stumbled upon this one. Compared to Melissa & Doug, this one is in my opinion nicer! The jacket itself is a little thinner than the competitor, but the accessories are far better. Even though the jacket part is thin, it doesn't take away the greatness of this costume at all. I would definitely recommend this for any little boy or girl who likes to cook or likes to just dress up!
