My old battery died so I did a search on Amazon and found this product. I ordered it, it arrived 2-days later, well packaged and in perfect shape. I took it out of the box, put it into my computer and started charging. Per the instructions, I charged it fully, then discharged and charged it again two more times ...and it works perfectly!

I don't know what took me so long to purchase my new NinjaBatt 9 cell battery. My old battery was lasting maybe an hour. The NinjaBatt battery is lasting easily 5-6 hours for me. It fit perfectly and it has a raised feature on it that tilts the keyboard forward for easy typing and a clearer screen. Click on the battery icon and it tells you how much power is left on the battery settings and also tells you what apps are using the most power. It also has a battery saver under settings you can set. I would highly recommend.

So I'm satisfied with this new 9 cell battery so far

Delivery was on time, packaging was over kill to say the least. Plugged in this new 9 cell battery and turned on my HP laptop, it showed the battery was 60% charged with two hours fortysix minutes of run time left which mean I should get somewhere around four hours of use when fully charged. My old HP battery lasted about three years before having to be kepted plugged in all the time. The old HP battery was only a six cell one with about two hours thirdy minutes tops run time. So I'm satisfied with this new 9 cell battery so far! Thanks Amazon an Ninja for making this battery available at a resonnal price.

Fits in my HP Pavilion dv7-4285dx perfectly. First charge, I got 3 hours run time; 2nd charge, I got 4.5 hours run time. I haven't yet tested it thoroughly although, so far, it is performing perfectly.

Cost effective, efficient, & ergonomic = EXCELLENT VALUE

Great product. It's larger than the original battery but also lasts much longer between charges. The extra capacity is provided by additional cells that protrude out from below the laptop case about 1/2". This is a good thing for two reasons. It lifts up the rear of the PC which puts the keyboard at an angle that is more comfortable for me & it promotes increased airflow for the computer & for the battery. Heat is one of batteries' & computers' biggest foes. Also, the rubber feet on the bottom of the battery grip firmly to a table top, keeping the laptop firmly in it's position. WIN WIN - HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

Great product, great seller and great everything. Battery has good capacity, it's not the same original mu09 battery but it's a pretty good version of the same. Fits well on HP dv7 laptop. Packaging is pretty good looking. Totally recommend it.

Not as powerful as the original battery for my HP ...

Not as powerful as the original battery for my HP laptop, but a full charge on it will get me about 5 hours of use on my laptop without the need for a wall outlet. Edit. I was contacted my the manufacturer and upon my response, I received a new replacement battery at no cost that gets me a full 5 hours of heavy laptop use, which is much better than the previous battery i received. Their customer service was prompt and responsive to questions or concerns I had and I am glad to have purchased a replacement batter for my laptop from them

The real deal

I have an HP desktop replacement laptop ca. 2011. Love it dearly. After a brief battle with obsolescence the battery passed away ( RIP). I’ve never used anything but genuine HP parts so when I found that they no longer sold replacement batteries I was a tad anxious. I found Ninja bat on Amazon and they got good reviews and they had a model listed as direct replacement. Yeah, right.. Options limited I bought the replacement anyway. It was as advertised and my Laptop is once again humming away. Perfect fit. In addition the price point was half the HP price on a battery they no longer carry. SWEET!!

Seems to have been the right choice

I think I'm going to like this battery, which I bought for my HP Pavilion g6-1d21dx notebook PC. It lifts the computer in the back, providing better ventilation and tilting the keyboard. When I first installed it in the laptop, Windows 10 reported that it was 78% charged. A while later when I hovered my cursor over the battery icon, instead of the percentage charge I got the message "14 minutes until full charge." I'd never seen a message like that on this computer before, so apparently this battery is more "intelligent" (I'm sure there's a name for this feature, but I don't know it). If I encounter any issues with this battery, I will update this review immediately. By the way, I use this computer with a Belkin CoolSpot Anywhere Laptop Cooling Pad and I can still use the cooling pad with this new battery. The combined tilt resulting from the high-capacity battery and the cooling pad works for me whether I have the computer on my desk or on my lap.
