Love these scissors

Work great. Used for holiday cooking.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Makes quick work for chopping herbs, chives or whatever.

Great help! Thank you!

I've been going back and forth about purchasing a shredder. I don't have that many documents that need shredding on a regular basis, but with identity theft rampant, I do want to make sure the occasional document with sensitive information won't present a problem. These scissors have been a perfect solution. Two quick snips in opposite directions and any sensitive information is now on very tiny confetti. The scissors don't take up much room at all and make quick work of the occasional bank statement or health insurance notice. I'll bet they'll work well in the kitchen as well; in fact, I may just buy a second pair so I have a dedicated pair for the office and one for the kitchen!

My new favorite kitchen tool, a multi-bladed herb snips that comes with a sheath that doubles as a blade cleaning tool. In just under an hour and a half, I snipped down six bundles (appx 2.5" in diam.) of 1.5' long onion chives for the dehydrator. With my single snips, this same task would have taken me the better part of an afternoon and well into the evening. The fun part was watching my husband's amazement two days later at seeing three full trays of dried plant matter fit into a single tiny jar. :) These snips are easy to use, with the cushioned handles being easy to hold and not difficult to pull together on the draw-down. A quick swish in water will loosen plant matter from the blades, or a quick swipe with the sheath tool will do the same. Cleaning is a bit of an issue if you prefer to thoroughly scrub every fraction of an inch of your kitchen blades, but I gave these a soak in soapy hot water and then a good scrubbing with my (old) Contigo thermal bottle brush and the blades came perfectly clean. (I kept the old brush even though a new one came with my new bottle specifically so I'd have one for cleaning oddly-shaped kitchen things, so, yay for serendipity and forethought!) HINT: The sheath has a larger hole on one side than on the other side to help remind you which way to put it back on when you've cleaned them up and they're ready to store away for next time.

This is the most absurdly simple yet brilliant idea for snipping herbs in the kitchen. There’s a bunch of identical looking shears for sale, presumably all from the same factory but sold by other sellers. This was the cheapest when I looked so I bought it. No regrets.

Functional. Nice idea. Great for herbs, but I also used them to cut other things....for example, I cut onions into pieces and then used the scissors to mince the pieces. I got my brother some because I do like these.
