*Updated review* I’m enjoying this waist trainer. Like most woman I’ve tried many different kinds and this one beats all of them. Pros: I can breaths and move! The hold and lift is excellent! The price is reasonable. I’ve worn this under clothes and it looks awesome! Cons: The zipper is the best and worst feature! After securing the corset if you’re not EXTREMELY careful you will pinch your skin and oh my does that hurt!!! Recommendations: You may need help putting this on the first time. Wear clear wrap under the waist trainer for maximum sweat or a tight shirt to protect against pinching your skin.

Love this so much!

I love this so much I ordered a second one. I am 220lbs and ordered a 2X to begin with. I was only wanting to hide and tuck in my tummy. I love my hips and my love handles but my tummy sticks out a bit. I already love my body but why not look just a little bit sexxier when I got out with my boyfriend?! First off: IT DOES HAVE A SMELL. I SMELLED LIKE A DAMN TIRE FACTORY WHEN I WORE IT THE FIRST DAY. 😂😂 It still smells like a tire but airing out does help and the smell does eventually go away. I love how this fits. It's a bit of a struggle to put on just because I've never put a "corset" on before. That's what it feels like I'm tucking myself into but everyday it gets a littler easier and takes me less time to put it on. I tried it out by trying to fit into my senior prom dress. It was a success and I look even better in it then I did back in high school. I was able to get all my tummy inside and zip it up just fine. It's so comfortable. You can't see it through the clothes and after awhile I forget I'm wearing it. I wear it a few hours each day to get used to wearing it until I can wear it for multiple hours a day. I did go ahead an order a 3X just to feel the difference between how comfortable the 2X is compared to the 3X. I do plan on keeping both. Overall this is wonderful and had no problems with the size chart or just comparing my weight and body shape to some of the photos and reviews already uploaded. I am not disappointed.

Great Waist Trainer!!!

This is a great waist trainer I must say!!! I have had many weight trainers but this one is by far the BEST! It is made with some great materials! I can wear it all day and it do not fold down at all! I am 5"6 and I weight about 175 lbs and I ordered a large and it was a perfect fit.

I’m 5’4 and 225lbs and I ordered a 2x. I’m thick all around, but wanted my stomach flatter. It’s snug, but not terribly uncomfortable. I’ve had it on for 7 hours and still don’t feel like I’m dying. I love the fact that it doesn’t roll while working out or at work and it actually reaches the bottom of my stomach, which a Big Plus for me!! Get you one, you’ll love it!

As I opened and touched this item, I could tell I wasn't about to return it (like the many others that were crap). This feels like quality, fits and holds like I a glove. I'm 5' 6" and weigh in at 145lbs. I got a medium and I'm hoping in time I'll be able to fit in a small. My waist is obviously smaller. I hope this will be able to bring back the waistline I had before my handsome son a year ago. My waist was 27" before baby, and went to 30" after baby. The medium is a great fit for my 30" waistline. Hope this review helps someone out there.

Good quality waist trainer.. but the FAT’s gotta go somewhere right?

I’ve been waist training off and on for 3 years now. I am very “squishy” in my belly area due to 4 lovely children that have Pretty much stretched me out, so I have a lot of loose excess skin. I ordered a size ‘large’. I normally wear 14 and jeans I know that I can fit a smaller size waist shaper since I’m used to wearing corsets but the downside of that is the excess skin and fat get pressed down which is good it makes my hips look fuller but it also gets pressed up and has an over flap of skin and fat on my back. I have a bit more weight to lose and this will go down significantly but usually when you measure for waist trainers You measure Your natural waist line where you bend over on your belly at, and that amount you deduct about 4 to 5 inches so that would be the size of waist that you were looking for when you order. my waist is 38 inches so typically I would want to order a shaper in size 34 which I believe is xl or 2x.. but because of my “squish factor“ and that I am an experienced waist trainer I ordered size 30 inch which is this large size (waist sizes 27 inches to 30 I believe).

I weigh about 170 and i am 5 ft 5. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. It accentuates my curves and tightens up my belly. I love it.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! BEST WAIST TRAINER EVER!!!!

This is the absolute best waist trainer ever! Not only does it cinch my waist but it is SO COMFORTABLE! I forget that I have it on! I am able to workout and work in my garden. It does promote sweating and I have lost 2 inches in 4 months of regular wear during workouts! Also, because it keeps my mid-section so warm and offers excellent back support, I do not have a sore back after workouts or other physical activity. Because I sweat when I wear this trainer, I wash it a lot in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and let it air dry and it has not lost its shape, color, or elasticity! I will be buying another one - a size smaller due to the lost inches. It is true to size, so measure your waist and buy the size you are - not the size you want to be. If you are borderline go to the larger size. If you want a waist trainer that will shape you while its on AND leave your natural naked waist smaller when you take it off, then THIS IS THE WAIST TRAINER YOU NEED! BUY IT! IT WORKS!

Surprisingly Worth It

I got the XS. I am 5'3 and 123 lbs. I retain a lot of my body fat in my arms, belly, and back. When I first received it I was extremely frustrated with trying to get the hooks to latch but then I realized it was probably because I overshot on my size....It was super tight and I had a lot of belly fat. I couldn't even get it zip up on the third and farthest latch so I just left the hooks exposed every time I wore it. I'm on day 5 for my waist trainer schedule going on about 6-7 hours of wear a day, and I must say I am impressed. Today was the day I finally got it to zip up on the second (middle) notch! I've lost water weight (with the help of exercising and eating healthy of course) and have been seeing gradual results and noticeable belly suppression. With a healthy diet and workout regimen I think this product is going to be the most bang for your buck....The compression absolutely reduces your urge to eat in large quantities because of how uncomfortably tight in can get. Material is durable and better than expected and it has maintained its shape despite me having ran in it a few times already. Did not receive the same odor everyone has been talking about. Happy sweating and hope this works for everyone else!
