What a great Frig.!!! However, they had to damage it getting it in the opening. They would not listen to me. Thought they could just push until you feel resistance, and then of course PUSH harder!!! The store did compensate us for the damage.

I was debating between a Samsung and a LG refrigerator. I had a LG and was not happy with their products. I finally decided on this model due to not only the looks and features but to the great reviews. Some of the reviews stated that it was noisy,I find I can hardly hear that it is running. Also they say the ice is loud, I find it is not any louder than any other ice maker. This is a huge, amazing refrigerator. So much space for everything! aAnd boy is it bright! Things seem extra cold, not like my old fridge. Some of the features I didn't think I'd like were the Showcase door and the Flexzone drawer. Well, I was so wrong! I love the showcase door, everything my hubby uses right there for a quick reach! And the flexzone drawer is fantastic! No more yelling at the husband to shut the door!!! I also like the convenience of the flip up shelf and the sliding shelf! So very glad I went with Samsung!!! It is so much nicer than the LG. Yes I am so happy with our purchase.

So far so good, love it

Love the fridge exactly what I wanted and delivered in perfect condition! Easy to follow setup for a dyi person.

Absolutely love this refrigerator!! I purchased this online and was able to score a 4 year appliance protection while still keeping the purchase price below local retailers! This refrigerator is in the black stainless steel and is fingerprint resistant. It will show smudges from dirty hands though which should be common sense. The freezer drawer is huge and fits more than the traditional side by side refrigerator/freezer. It has a divider in the main freezer section and also has a sliding freezer drawer to separate foods. The drawer below the refrigerator section is awesome as it can be used for several different things. It has a temperature change right on the drawer so you can adjust the temperature to what you are storing. I have used the drawer for sodas, party platters, wine, ice box cakes, meat storage, you name it you can do it!! The refrigerator itself is huge! The food showcase door is used quite frequently and reduces energy consumption as you don't have to open the whole refrigerator to grab milk, condiments, etc. The click lock feature took a bit to get used to but I love it. The ice/water maker is a gem. Paired with the water filtration ice comes out clean and water tastes great. Push button features on the door are nice and it is great that it shows the temp. Inside the refrigerator is like opening a space ship! It is bright LED and has great features for being able to flip up shelves, reconfigure shelf height, slide half shelves in and more! The best feature is the twin metal cooling. This refrigerator keeps its temperature and even after putting away groceries you can turn on the cool burst function to get the temperature right back to where you need it very quickly! The metal doors and drawer liner are more than just cosmetic. They keep the refrigerator cooler than the traditional plastic which is great! The only quirk about this refrigerator is the creaking noises it makes which is mentioned in the instruction booklet as a normal process. Once I got used to the creaking noises (probably from cooling) there are no other sounds from it running. It even turns off the fan cooling function as soon as you open the door to reduce energy consumption and turns it back on as soon as you shut it. And another great feature? If you leave the door open it will sound an alarm to let you know- no more spoiled food from a left open refrigerator door. And the freezer drawer will sound it as well. I can't say enough good things about this refrigerator, it is the talk of all my visitors who see it and must check it out!

Only had it for a month but we love it so far!! Bright lighting, refrigerated drawer, door in door, quiet, a stainless black beauty - what more could you add??? UPDATE: 6/21/2018 Owned it for 2-1/2 years and has worked flawlessly. Not a day goes by that I don't remember how much I like it. The frig drawer is so nice, easy to keep organized to grab things easily. I read the front will scratch fairly easily (although we have no scratches), the brushed face looks like is has some sort of vinyl wrap to give it the color so we don't stick magnets to the front. Too pretty to anyways :-) It does need to be level, the floors in my old house are not at all. Easy way to tell is by looking at the doors, if they don't match up to each other across the top its not level. I just shimmed mine a bit with paint stirring sticks.

I love it!! More room than my last fridg - easy to to get what you want - bright light - great ice maker. Samsung - you couldn't go wrong!

We bought one of these from another vendor and really love it. The color is very nice. We enjoy the door in door feature for quick access to milk, butter, and other condiments, not to mention baby bottles. The crisper is nice, thought I wish the separators were more wall like, instead of rails only. Overall, the entire thing is quite spacious and we're very happy with it. The front is magnetic, which is equally nice for a stainless variety. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase. It cools quickly (we plugged it in and filled with cold products from our old fridge and it worked great.

Beautiful and spacious addition to our kitchen. We love the bright lighting, large size and beautiful finish (black stainless). The controls are easy to set. This fridge is really quiet. Love it!

I bought this locally four months ago after getting fed up with constantly cleaning kid's fingerprints off my stainless steel fridge, and I've been very happy with it ever since. The black stainless isn't entirely fingerprint free, but it's close enough. Every now and then I see some smears, fingerprints, or water marks near the ice maker but it's easy to wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth, and it doesn't ever need to be polished so it's a lot easier to maintain than my old fridge was. I love being able to have the milk and most commonly used condiments in the door in door. It's easy to access and it latches securely when closed. The alarm features on this fridge are great too. Now I don't have to follow after the kids to make sure they closed the door properly because the fridge will let them know if they didn't. The flex drawer is a wonderful feature as well. It has it's own temperature controls and I find it just perfect for storing lunch meats, cheese, and snacks for the kids to reach. The freezer offers a lot of storage space and it has a pull out drawer on the upper part just like my GE Profile did, so I use that section to store frozen vegetables and use the two large bins below for meats on one side and frozen pasta, deserts, or other items on the other. There are a few features of this fridge that are less than optimal however. For example, the door in door bins aren't adjustable, so what you see is what you get. The storage cubicles on the side that has the ice maker are very narrow so you can't fit much into them, and the fridge doesn't have enough room for tall items, so if you have more gallons of milk, juice, or wine than will fit into the door in door bin you'll need to lay them down on a shelf to make them fit. Despite those minor inconveniences I'm very happy with this refrigerator and I wouldn't want to go back to regular stainless steel again for anything! Update 8/7/2016: An alarm on the unit's front control panel let me know it was time to change the water filter. In case you wondered, it takes the Samsung Da29-00020b Refrigerator Water Filter. You'll need to shut off the water line before changing it, which means you either have to pull out the heavy fridge to do it, or shut off the main supply line for the entire house for a moment (which is what I wound up doing). After removing & replacing the filter be sure to run several glasses of water through the fridge to flush the new filter as well as remove air from the lines, and then you'll be all set for another 6 months.
