This was a present for my grandson...if you are a grandma that wants to see your grandchild happy, this is a perfect gift...if you are a mother and don't like noise, then you are in trouble...My grandson loves his robot. It is not heavy, he carries everywhere he goes. For the price I think it's perfect...yes, I recommend this robot...

I bought this for my nephew's Christmas gift and he loved it! I thought he might have trouble with the controller because he is three but he learned how to make his robot walk and dance in no time! Only problem is, now I can't get that darn disco music out of my head! It's got fun flashing lights, wheels so it moves, a shield, a laser gun for an arm and a missile launcher in his chest. Ended up being a really fun toy.

It's a hit!!

My grandson was so happy with this robot!! I gave it to him for his 5th birthday. Today he said it was,"One good looking robot." This is a toy that shoots bullets, lights up, talks a little and even dances. And all of this is done with a remote control device. Loads of fun for a 5 year-old boy!

Great remote control toy!

My grandson asked for a remote control robot for his birthday. I just took a chance on this one and I'm very pleased. It doesn't fall over when it walks, it shoots safe little rockets and makes great sounds that don't even annoy parents or grandparents! Great toy!

Amazing!

This robot is amazing!!! My son LOVES it and has played with it every day since Christmas (It's January 6th). The dance feature is the kids favorite hands down. Shooting the bullets is amazing for them and they don't fly so fast that someone will shoot their eye out. LOVE LOVE LOVE this. My husband and I find ourselves playing with it when they are asleep haha.

Great Robot - Santa scored this year!

Santa did good this year - he brought this to my 6 year old grandson who absolutely loved it - even got him to leave his iPad down for a change! It's quite tall and very stable - talks quite clearly and shoot it's bullets on command. It does need two sets of batteries. One for the remote control and the other for the feet?

Great starter robot for kids

We weren't sure about this one, but our 5 year old loves it. The remote is large enough (and simple enough) for him to manage it. It does exactly what he wants it to do when he wants it to do it. He's had a lot of fun making it dance, shoot the little darts, etc. We used it on tile with no problems. The only thing that would be a downside that I've noticed is that the shield is inserted into the hand in a way that, when he raises his arm up all the way, it falls out. Otherwise, great toy. It's not a fancy robot and it doesn't do a ton of things, but for the price, it is a great lead in to see if he would stay interested robots.

Extremely Happy Grandson

If you want to be the coolest grandpa around, buy your grandkids one or two of these robots. All our grandson, who was turning 6, wanted for his birthday was a remote controlled robot. I spent a lot of time reading the reviews and comparing prices on several robots. I liked this one the best and decided to buy two; a red one and a black one, so he and his brother or friends could play together. When he opened our gift and saw two robots, he started jumping around and the happiness he expressed was way worth the cost. We visited him 2 weeks later, and I asked him how he liked his robots. He said that he loved them, and then he said, "grandpa, guess what? They still work". He was actually surprised that they didn't break based on his experience with other toys. So, I highly recommend this toy.

Arm fell off

Bought this for my grandson. And it worked just fine at first and then the arm fell off of it and it doesn't go back on. I don't know what the product refund is on this but that came with no warranty. So sad...update 😀 they are going to replace it for free... OMG my grandson is going to be so excited...so HAPPY
