Really like that the second hand sweeps and doesn’t increment.

I made a clock to cover up a junction box in my master bathroom. I didn't put a face on the clock, but it seems to keep decent time. The second hand IS continuous and there's not any ticking...i was worried that I would be able to hear a ticking echo in my bedroom at night. the only "trick" was to align the minute and hour hands so that they didn't hit each other. I like that this came with a hook already built in.

Worked out perfect for a project I was working on. Turned skateboard manufacturing scraps into a clock for my house. Nothing crazy but came out nice. The movement is fluid and as far as sound goes, it's virtually silent. Easy to assemble, if you can't, you probably are drunk.... Truthfully, the hands are kind cheap feeling and mine had some small dings in it, but only really noticeable up close. I ended up removing the "hanger" portion on the top with a Dremel. For my application, I was installing it into a square pocket so the hanger was a nuisance and unnecessary. Threw it on the CNC and made the square pocket, then recessed the area around the hole to make a spot for the rubber washer. Seriously a great little kit for the DIY person out there. Unfortunately, I got dyslexic for a second and switched up two numbers in my cut file, resulting in the numbers (12, 3, 6, 9) being off. But hey, first try.....

This mechanism was the perfect size for turning an LP into a clock. The hands are a great length to reach the edge and the spindle is the right length to go through the hole without leaving a large gap. The first of these I received was defective, but the seller immediately sent a replacement.

The clock movement has worked great. Got it to replace a clock movement for record clock that didn't work. The movement has worked fine and been accurate. I like it.

I bought a very nice wall clock at the Frank Lloyd Wright Museum gift shop in Chicago. When I put in the battery, I was shocked by how loud the second hand ticking was. It was in a guest room, and our guests were complaining that it would keep them awake at night. Some even removed the clock from the bedroom while they stayed with us. I thought about replacing the clock, then got the idea to look for a replacement clock movement on Amazon. I found this for about 5 bucks and ordered it. It took me about an hour to take the clock apart and replace the action, and it now is running smooth and quiet. I was even able to replace the original hands that came with the clock. Very cool! One tip I learned the hard way--be sure when you put the clock back together that no debris is trapped inside.

The picture speaks for itself. This project turned out great. I've gotten a plethora of complements from people at work. Now our buses don't have an excuse to be running late ;-)

Very smooth the clock movement

Installed as replacement (which ticked-ticked-ticked when it ran)…this is a smooth , quiet accurate timekeeper. Easy to install. Recommended.

The hour shaft was loose and not working. Was going to return or replace it, because I like the color, but discovered there was no returns. So I spent money on something I can’t use. UPDATE: After writing the review, they contacted me and promptly replaced the item. It worked great! They really need a way to contact this seller for problems.
