Very Thick and Cushy! Your feet will sink in!

This mat is very thick and luxurious! My cat thinks it is her new bed if that gives you an idea. If you're looking for a memory foam mat that goes "smoosh" when you step on it, this is it. I wish the floor in my whole house was covered with such cushy softness. It's got a non-skid back that keeps it in place. I wouldn't buy it if you need for it to clear the underside of a door simply because it is thick and might cause you problems. With that said, it's perfect for my needs and the one I bought was a lovely muted green "Sage" color. Very pretty with a velvety surface. I love stepping out of the bath and onto this soft pillowy mat.

Very comfortable and the right price.

Very comfortable and the right price. I purchased this not to use as an actual bathmat, but as a cushion on the seat of my infrared sauna. It's the perfect size, and makes the wood bench so much more comfortable to sit on for any length of time! I love the color, the photos don't do it justice, and the fact that I can throw it into the washing machine after using a couple of times is very convenient.

This is the one to buy.

These things are the bomb. Very comfy on the tootsies when standing for any length, and my dog LOVES them spaced here and there so he has a nice place to lie down when not near his bed. I appreciate the reasonable price. My only complaint is that they don't come in more colors and sizes. If they came in larger sizes, I'd buy some for the local dog shelter. Great option since they are washable.

Don't buy this bathmat! You don't want to enjoy a bathmat this much!

It's a bathmat, by definition they are supposed to be soft and absorbent. Something you step on, drip on, then walk away from and forget about. Yes, it is soft, actually very soft and even a little bit cushiony, maybe it could even be called springy. Yes, it is absorbent, really quite absorbent so that after a quick toweling off when you step off this bathmat and onto the bathroom tile, you feet are dry! Really dry, no damp tracks behind you across the floor dry! A bathmat should look nice, and be functional and yes this bathmat does that. This mat does it's job so much better than it should you begin to develop a fondness for it. A very small part of you (the bottom of your feet part), actually looks forward to stepping onto and standing on this mat in the morning. And that is the trouble with this bathmat, you shouldn't have any emotional attachment to your bathmat. You don't want to have the brief moment of guilt that you don't want to visit your in-laws because in the morning you won't step on your bathmat. You want to feel a little guilty that you don't want to visit your in-laws because you don't like them, and they are obnoxiuos. So while this bathmat is a really great bathmat, it maybe the finest and most luxurious bathmat your money can buy, do NOT buy this bathmat! If you buy this bathmat you will like and enjoy this bathmat! You will enjoy this bathmat too much, and it will cause problems in your relationships. When your wife says, "Dear we should spend the holidays at my parents." Instead of replying, "Oh honey, are you sure we can afford that?" Or something equally compelling, you will blurt out, "They don't have a good bathmat." and then not only will you be going to spend the holidays with your in-laws your wife and her family will be angry with you and think you don't like them (which you don't really, but have been too polite to say anything), and it will be long and awkward. And they don't have a good bathmat, like the one back in your bath.

Will spoil your feet

We keep one of these in front of our kitchen sink on top of the hardwoods. This is our second one. It is one of those things that you don’t give much thought to until it is there. Our last one looked awful and had served it’s usefulness so we tossed it, I had done half the dishes that night and realized there was something significantly different. Realized it was standing on the hardwoods at the end of a long day. Dried my hands off, ordered a replacement...next time I will not throw one away until it’s replacement is on hand.

It surprised me..

..How much I ended up loving this product. I purchased this on a whim, having gone through several bath mats in the past that I haven't exactly fancied. It's been months now with constant use and the mat has not worn down. It is still as plush and comfortable as ever and kept its rich brown colour. What I love is that it stays clean despite me not having the time to clean it often! Full marks on this.

get this bath mat, you won't regret it!

this bath mat is so soft to the touch and sometimes i dont want to stop standing on it. it really soaks up water more than most mats i've had. fairly easy to wipe little lint particles and such right off. still hasn't been washed yet, hopefully it will be fine.

I wanted to replace a rug

Its really soft. It wis much easier to clean than the rug I previously had. Just a quick sweep over at its clean. It doesn't seem to absorb dust into itself just moisture and it dries quick. Mind you, I haven't put through rigorous water testing, just light water spills. No problem

Better than expected

For the inexpensive price, I was expecting average quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought two of these memory foam mats and the quality is great. They’re very soft and they do a good job of absorbing water when stepping out of the bath. The brown is also a true brown color (not faded at all). It’s also a good size.

Thick and comfy

Purchase this along with Magnificent 20 X 32 inch Memory Foam Bath Mat (B015AV735S) to cover both sink and bath floor area and I can say that AmazonBasics's bath mat is much more comfy. While Magnificent's bath mat is larger and doesn't show much foot prints, it's thinner and less water absorbing. Speaking of foot prints, based on the reviews I thought it will show a lot of them but so far it doesn't after a week of use.
