A moderately lengthy installation (at least for me), but so worth the peace of mind you get knowing your furniture is secured from little ones. The dimensions on the instructions for things like the drill bit size are in metric, but a little googling helped me convert that over to the standard sizes I needed to use. I hope we never have to test the durability of the straps, but the peace of mind alone is worth the purchase.

So far so good. Installed on 1 dresser in my twins' room. 1 more set to go in there and one in my oldest son's room. Was able to secure one strap to a stud. Due to location and width of dresser the other stud was not an optio. Required some small sheet rock anchors and dresser was secure. One suggestion (as an added bonus for consumer): include sheet rock anchors for screw "A" in case the stud is not an option on one or both straps. Luckily I had them on hand but not everyone will. Nothing worse than ordering the straps, starting install, and realizing a trip to Home Depot for the anchors is necessary.

The awesome idea to have the detachable straps is both helpful and troublesome. Furniture that does not line up perfectly with studs may have the detaching strap look as though it could skip off the hook. I've just made sure to check for any slack often. Having the wall anchor as a hook and not a solid, connected piece does also give some flexibility in the plastic. You will need to get a little creative if you don't have high quality furniture. The instructions were easy, but only for my solid bookshelf, not for all of the furniture with particle board backings (I had no idea all of our stuff is so cheaply made until anchoring them). So far everything has been great and I'll order more, but they are somethings to note.

The bonus cow has been so helpful as our toddler loves slamming doors closed but hates getting stuck in the room alone. We used the straps to attach a floor mirror to the wall. Ended knotting one side around hoop on mirror and attacjing other side to wall. Intended to use these for dressers but realized the dresser already came with tethers.

We got these for our TV since our son thinks the best way to watch "Bubble Guppies" is by trying to climb into the screen with them. It keeps it in place and I know the tv won't fall and smoosh my toddler!

The instructions were very clear and it was very helpful that they included an even clearer set of instructions. The installation was pretty easy. There are no drywall anchors included so if you think you are not going to have a stud in the right place, make sure you buy some drywall anchors. We installed a set of these for a dresser in our child's room. The straps and heavy duty hardware seem strong. Once installed, I even tested it myself by pulling out a drawer partway and leaning with all my weight on it. The dresser tipped forward about an inch and did not budge any further. I'm satisfied this product performs as advertised! Very pleased!

Followed the instructions as provided with the package to the letter. Measured out everything and because I was mounting to drywall, I used the provided plugs. I did notice that one of the baggies that contains screws and plugs was short of both, hopefully I won't need to run out and buy more. Tightening the straps can be a challenge with limited space between the wall and furniture. I made sure to pull the furniture away from the wall enough that there was absolutely no slack in the line and thus in the case the strap is ever tested, it isn't met with a strong yank. They work as described. Having read other reviews and the instructions provided, I drilled pilot holes first and no screws stripped.

Long, strong straps. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Note to buyers: Be very careful when drilling into any wall that is shared with a bathroom... I thought I was behind a stud and it turned out to be a waste pipe.... oops.

Totally perfect for keeping my entertainment center and my TV secure from my dog tipping them over. These were easy to use and are much better made that others I have had. So far, not one has broken and I don't expect them to because they aren't made from cheap plastic that breaks under pressure. Great set.

Easy to install and work well! We had gotten a well known brand of similar straps at our local baby store and before my husband installed it as he was holding the strap a stitch came out of the strap making it instantly fall apart- SO NOT SAFE! I'm glad we found these instead!
