Awesome
This is so worth the money! I currently have a batch of apple cinnamon mead bubbling away in this jug and I couldn't be happier!

Perfect packaging
Update - already ordered another. One batch already brewing in one, love it. I was worried about this making it with no cracks as the drivers can be a bit rough. It was in it's own box, wrapped in bubble wrap, then another box with the big air bags. Arrived safe and sound and batch of mead going in it tomorrow. I will be ordering more in the near future!!!

Great purchase.
These came packed extremely well. I started my first brew with them this morning. At first the stoppers kept slipping out of the top of the carboys upon further inspection it was because the inside of the neck was wet as well as the stopper. This was remedied by drying both parts. I am glad that I debugged my issue before piling another review on about slipping stoppers. That issue is more than likely user error or lazyness. I plan on purchasing a few more.

Excellent starter kit for the price.
Great way to begin playing with home fermentation. I have a gallon of elderberry mead and another of goldenrod wine bubbling away. Bottles are solid and the airlock has not popped out after a few weeks of fermenting.

Good, and does what I need.
This carboy is a good buy, and does what I need. It's a fair price if you're able to buy it for around $10, or $12. I'm not sure if the product has changed or not, but I've heard of people getting a screw on cap to put the Airlock on. my unit didn't come with it. It had a rubber bung and an airlock. So for the home brewing use. It's a good starter if you're looking for a carboy to do small batches. Although I'd personally buy the wide mouth carboys for the ease of keeping them clean.

great product, greater service
bought two jugs, everything was great but one of the airlocks was bent/broken, so I requested a new one. not only did they send a new airlock, they sent a whole set! very nice of them. the product seems very standard and the bungs fit nicely in the mouth of the jug. will definitely consider buying again.

Says what it is, Does what is says. ( and at a fair price )
Really, there isn't a lot that can be said that hasn't. I will note that I roughed up my bung with a good sand paper based on the other reviews that said it liked to slip. I know this is going to make sanitation even more important since there's now a ton of places for bacteria and worse stray yeasts. Would I buy another one? Yep.

Great quality!
These glass gallon jugs are really high quality, thick glass. The stopper appears to be a little to small for the hole it’s supposed to go in, but you have to remember it was made for an airlock to occupy the center hole of the stopper. With the airlock firmly inserted the entire length of the stopper, the stopper fits perfectly. These stoppers were not meant to be used without the airlock. I got these for making mead and I plan on getting more. I would definitely recommend this product. Also, these would also be great as a place to keep your loose change.

Great
I purchased the 1 gallon fermenter for making wine. It is amazing. You don't need to push the airlock in to far. I have added grape juice, sugar and yeast. So far it is working and bobbling away just fine. I am thinking of getting another one because it works so good. I don't understand why people having problems with is product. its straight forward and easy to use.

Fantastic little carboy.
I've used this carboy about 10 times and its reliable. These are great for little batches of wine, but I mostly use these to make similar beer brews with different hop combinations. I'll be buying a few more in the future.
