Nice color, perfect for my 3D printer parts
Really high quality filament. No stringing or oozing, and perfect adhesion to my (PEI) bed. The pictures are of my first print (ignore the goober on the one piece, that's my printers fault). When I measured the filament diameter it seemed to vary quite a bit, but after averaging my measurements and printing it looks perfect. No Z-banding or anything else to indicate inconsistent diameter. I'm really enjoying the fact that more manufacturers are making PETG. Hatchbox makes some of the best filament, and as usual it's also a fantastic price.

Great orange, but not Prusa Orange.
Good filament, prints exactly as you would expect. However despite some reports I had read, it isn't nearly as intense as Prusa's Orange, if that is what you are after.

Good Performance - For Prusa Orange - gets relatively close
In the attached photos, the square/grid was printed with the Hatchbox PETG. The smaller fan pieces were printed by Prusa Research - in their famous Orange. Very happy with the performance of this filament (it showcases the strong layer bonding of PETG), its also not quite as stringy as some other brands I've tried. If you are a Prusa Research MK2 - MK3 owner, the color is pretty close to Prusa orange. It's a tad less vibrant (a little less blue and red in the mix) but it's close enough for my needs, and tones comfortably next to the Prusa plastic. It's the closest I've found that is easily available in the U.S (not that I've tried everything). One note, as others have mentioned, the spool I received shows a tolerance of +- 0.05mm filament diameter on the label. This is different then the +- 0.03mm displayed in the product image here on Amazon. Not sure what this is about. That said, I averaged the diameter of the filament with my calipers and actually came up with a 0.03mm tolerance so... Anyway I'm happy enough with this to use it to make new printer parts : ) . (Quick correction - the Prusa printed parts in my sample images are ABS - I forgot that the fan parts are still printed in ABS for heat stability. I happened to have these lying around as I've replaced them with modified parts. None the less, when holding these ABS parts next to their PETG counterparts, they are almost identical so I believe they still serve as a good comparison. I've added a photo with the HATCHBOX PETG grid calibration part next to the Prusa printed PETG on the actual printer).

Not quite Prusa Orange.
I think many who are buying this are looking for a Prusa Orange. Well it is close, but Prusa orange is a bit more intense / day glow and this is a bit more whiter. But if you want a good PETG that is close to Prusa Orange it will work, Prints good. Typical results of a good PETG.

Nice color, minimal smell, and prints on my Prusa i3 MK2S Clone. More difficult to print than PLA though.
Got this on a same day order! Thanks Amazon! First time printing PETG on my Prusa i3 MK2S Clone. So far, I found printing on Kapton tape, nozzle temp=245C with bed temp=70C works for me. The Kapton tape was critical for me. No raft, no brim, .2mm with 20% infill on a .4mm nozzle. First layer adhesion was great, but approx 5-6mm of layer height later, I noticed slight contraction/curling at the edges of my 3" x 4" part. Not sure if room temp/humidity was a factor, but it is winter here and the room the printer is in is about 67 deg F with 30-35% humidity; which had not been a problem for PLA. Worth noting, Blue tape method has been my primary print method using PLA, so I initially tried printing with PETG on 3M blue painters tape and proved unsuccessful. PET adhesion was NO good at all with blue tape. I tried all sorts of temps and cleaning before bringing out the Kapton tape. I will also try PEI film later but just built my i3 printer and didn't want to ruin the PEI due to trial-n-errors in setup. Overall, PETG is more difficult to print than PLA from a adhesion standpoint. Love the orange color.

Excellent filament!
This is my first go at printing with PETG, and I was very surprised at how little odor there was. I was expecting quite a bit more, but couldn't really notice any smell when printing with this filament. The prints turned out perfect on my Prusa MK3- the only complaint I would have is that the orange looked a touch darker in the picture... I was trying to replicate the Prusa orange color on my printer and this filament is a little bit whiter than what I was going for. No worries- I have plenty of use for this as well.

Fantastic PETG. Prints great!
This is some really amazing PETG filament. The orange is vibrant, and the filament itself prints great. Its not an exact match for Prusa Orange, but its quite close. This is my first time ordering PETG from Hatchbox, and I'm extremely pleased with its performance. (Printing with Prusa MK3)

Prints beautifully!
Prints very nicely on my Prusa at 245 (nozzle) and 80 (platform) using normal PLA print speeds, printing onto hairspray on a sheet of galvanized steel. Don't print onto PEI - PETG bonds very well to PEI, doing damage to the PEI on the build platform. Should be fine printing onto glass, and some use hairspray or glue stick.

Good quality filament and great color
The roll of filament came in neatly packaged and nicely rolled. The filament was very easy to work with, I didn't have to adjust any of my default petg settings on my Prusa Mk3 i3 printer. The color is great, I attached a picture of the Prusa orange ABS filament on the left and the Hatchbox petg on the right. The color on the petg isn't as vibrant as the Prusa abs, but I like the coloration on the petg better. Again the filament was very easy to work with and so far I have had no issues with printing. It can be stringy, but I haven't tried doing anything more than slicing and printing it. I highly recommend this filament for anyone looking to print some cheap petg.

High Quality, Strong, high visibility ORANGE.
HatchBox is always top quality. This is orange, and I do mean ORANGE. Not the faded chalky wanna be orange. This is my first run with PETG. There is a little bit of warpage on larger prints, but nothing compared to ABS. This is working out to be a brilliantly colored compromise between ABS and PLA. Pre and post print is very glossy. I printed a handle 1/4" x 1", and it was very strong. I handed it to a friend and told him to abuse it. When he was done, it was in it's original shape, unscathed. I will be ordering more of this for more projects.
