I had my doubts about the item should never doubt what you haven't tried. I love it I live in aprtment with, neighbors and it isso quiet and they dry faster than you think. I plus size woman and have, plenty of room for all my shirts the do my,sweats and, shorts towels I even did my bed sheets wonderful cant brag on it enough I jave it iny living room it is,tjst quiet.

The only con was it came un-taped the dr dry looked a little dirty but the rest looked clean & all pieces came!!! But I suggest they tape their boxes. Works great so far. Took 10 min to put together. Just make sure you mount the plastic round piece before screwing in the poles

bought this to go with my Giantex portable washer.. I am absolutely pleased. Its not a tumble dryer, but the hot air circulates and dries the clothes fast and they come out soft and not crispy like line drying, or if you ever put a wet washcloth on a radiator to dry.. no. The clothes came out great, soft and with out wrinkles. I bought the smaller one until I can make space to get the bigger Dr. Dry. But this little thing is great.

Works like a charm. No more running down the hall to the PIG STY of a laundry room …. As I wash in my PANDA OR a 13-gallon basket with my WASHING WAND …. this is a great little dryer to have on hand. I have no trouble folding it down to stick in a corner if I don't want it up, but for the most part it has it's "spot" in my bedroom, always ready to serve me. The stitching on the flap at the top of the zipper area that lays over that part has started to come undone, but I'm seamstress in a previous life, so will be able to fix that. Then I'll seal that stitching line with some "diamond glaze" mixed media stuff & it will permanently "keep the stitching in place". Easy peasy.

This product is honestly the best dryer that one can have if you have an apartment like me and cannot afford a laundry mat this dryer is affordable and is by far the best it works and dries your clothes without leaving them stiff feeling and they come out smelling fresh and clean I love this I have bought two of them now two thumbs up and five stars I recommend this dryer to anyone who wants to save on laundry cost!!!

I purchased this to use as I am a full-time RVer. In warmer weather, our clothes dry within a day to day and a half depending on weight of fabrics. I wanted a way to dry when our weather turns colder or just when I want to shorten my drying time in general. Doesn't take up much space either. It works well and in combo with the Giantex Portable Mini Compact Twin Tub Washing Machine Washer Spain Spinner sold here on Amazon. I keep the washer in our shower and take out when we shower. It fits perfectly. When the plastic cover is on, it can build up a bit of humidity in our camper, but I keep the bathroom vent cracked to help keep that in check. Our fan is out at the moment so I'm sure that would help also. Both are great products and a great solution to spending $$ at a laundry mat. For reference, we have a 2007 Keystone VR1 305FKS camper.Giantex Portable Mini Compact Twin Tub Washing Machine Washer Spain Spinner (17.6lbs- Blue+ White)

This is completely AMAZING. I had never heard about a dryer like this before and I really wish I had! This is beyond my expectations. I am definitely happy with my purchase. I bought an off grid washer and spin cycle "dryer" without realizing I still would need to hang dry them after. I had watched a YouTube video on how to use the off grid washer and quickly purchased this dryer after hearing I had to hang dry my wash and I live in an apartment with limited space for hanging, so this dryer was the PERFECT alternative. Just a suggestion to use this, put your clothes in & set the timer for 30 minutes. Then turn your clothes over (remember a normal dryer would ordinarily be tossing clothes around) and set the timer for another 30 minutes. The clothes will be fully dry after another 15 minutes (so a grand total of 45 minutes will have a load of laundry completely dry). I would recommend this for anyone in an apartment or even in an RV if you have a 110v plug in. This folds up real nice and I store it in my closet, so it's not in the way when I'm not doing laundry. You won't regret this purchase. It's way more efficient than trying to hang dry items and you can do laundry at your own leisure at your apartment instead of a wash house. This is DEFINITELY a great alternative. I had 5 pounds of laundry done in under an hour. 3 minutes to soak, 3 minutes for the spin cycle & less than 45 minutes to dry. I am done going to the wash house and spending $20-$40 every month to wash clothes. I wish I had known about this AMAZING alternative before!

so excited with this dryer! i tried towels, jeans, sweatshirts and they all came out dry. i am now able to dry laundry in bad weather.

Well, I was skeptical. But I couldn't fit a tumble dryer in my small apartment. So I went with this. It's pretty easy to assemble and quick to take down. At first, after 40 minutes, I checked my clothes and they weren't dry at all. I had thick socks and some cotton business casual style work shirts in there to dry and a pair of work slacks. But I decided to be patient. So I put it on for another hour and checked it and the clothes were dry! Really dry. Not damp at all. The socks were still kinda damp though, so I had to leave it on for another hour. Then everything was dry. This thing is great! Even though I used some fabric softener, my socks were a little stiff from the hard water here in California in my area ( Glendale). But I couldn't be happier with it. And it's sort of a fun, big puffy light bulb/air balloon thing in the middle of my room. It does put off some heat, of course. And I was careful never to leave it unattended. Make sure that the bottom of the clear plastic housing is laying flat around the base where the heat comes out. Air comes out of the holes at the top for ventilation. I really like it. I got a special hangar( a 26 clip hangar) for my socks and bra's and things. They go great together. One small let down though was that it said that you didn't need a special plug for this unit. It actually said in the description that is was a 2 prong plug. It was one of the main reasons that I bought this particular brand and unit. There are many like it that are cheaper out there. They usually have a blue cover instead of the see thru one. Anyway, it wasn't truthful. It is a 3 prong plug. It makes sense now that I have it. It's a heating element, so of course it needs to be grounded. I just can't figure out why they said that it was a 2 prong plug when it isn't? I'm going to give it 5 stars anyway because it certainly kicked *ss, but just be aware that you're going to need a 3 prong outlet or something to use it. I like the fact that I can look at my clothes and keep an eye on them. It's a heating thing so it could possible catch fire, ( although it's well made and doesn't seem dangerous), I guess I'm just paranoid and like seeing what's going on inside there. Overall, it gets the job done. I'd recommend it if you're done with the laundry mat. I am. I've been wasting money and time dragging clothes and heavy baskets up and down the stair cases and in and out of vehicles for too long. This is much better. I have the Magic Chef 1.6 washer and that thing is a dream. All set!

I live in a very tiny Studio Cottage and floor space is at a premium. I have a small washing machine which hooks up to my sink and, although it wrongs out the clothes really well, I still need to wait to let my clothes dry especially with winter coming on. This dryer is pretty awesome and so far, it drives my clothes pretty decently. The only thing that does concern me a bit is how hot the base gets. The guard is plastic the cover that goes around it is plastic but I haven't heard about any Fire Starting. I had a shirt fall and was laying on the element. It didn't catch on fire thankfully but comma I would definitely recommend that you do not leave this unattended just to be safe. I think the concept is brilliant and it's perfect for people that are trying to save money and who don't have much space
