We use these all the time in our tiny homes. They are awesome. Only complaint I've heard is that it is kind of loud if mounted right in the bathroom. We usually mount it in a storage closet. Timbercrafttinyhomes.com

After trying 2 other tankless water heaters for my outdoor soaking tub that didn't work, this one worked perfectly. I have a mineral spring well that puts out 95 degree water temp but I wanted the water to be 104 degrees. I used this heater along with a recirculation pump and now along with some creative plumbing I fill the tub with 95 degree well water and then recirculate the water trhu the heater at 130 degrees and in about 30 minutes my 300 gallon soaking tub is at 104 degrees. Really like the digital read out and seeing the flow rate thru the heater.

Really couldn't have been simpler. Purchase the valve kit and your ready. Another key is to use with twin faucet controls instead of single mixer. Your sure to keep plenty of water for flowing which is key.

I've had it installed for a little over 2 months & I couldn't be happier with it. I have it set on medium heat & that has worked perfectly for me. I hope I get as many years out of this one as I did the last one, 7 years. It was easy to install but we were replacing an old one so just a matter of switching them out. I couldn't be happier

Perfect for.mid-Michigan snow camp. Stays off until water flow is sufficient enough to start heater. Garden transfer pump worked fine at at 1.2 gallons/min. I run well pump 20 min day, get 50 g. in tank ,pump out with 1.25 amp pump through 3/4 pvc. I get 2.5 gallons/min. with out a shower head, yet. I used less than two 20 lbs. propane tanks in 3 mo. Propane regulator I use looks like a grill regulator, but is between 11" and 14" WC.,its made by MR. HEAT. My Tankless runs on 20 lbs propane tank. Have anti backflow valve on intake so water does not run out of ceramic heater fast.

Just got and installed it. Had to make my own vent pipe but not hard. Lot better than the triton 10l I was using. Probley keep it for backup. I live in rv I put in a 100gallon tub. And needed lot of hot water. Don't think need one any bigger for just 2 people. Need to buy the flush kit with the pressure protection valve. I found kit for $51 on Amazon that works great. Gas and water are 1/2 inch comes with 2 1/2inch to 3/4 inch adapters if needed. Most install kits are 3/4inch. Time will tell if it last. It looks nice and well built.

This is the best one yet! I have had several over the years and they keep getting better. The last one I had was a battery operated starter that I had outside. Now, this one is much nicer ( I have a shop now as opposed to a temporary shop) and no longer have to have the heater outside on the wall and the hassle of draining it every night to prevent freezing. This is mounted inside, (easy) and plumbed it with gator bite connections. I also recommend the installation of a flushing unit just below. This helps with hard water as you can circulate the vinegar through the heater without damage. I purchased that separately from this unit. Heats water fast and keeps it hot! Quiet operation and a real energy saver. If you haven't gone to a tankless system yet, it is high time you did!

Works great, Have been using a Triton 10L. But I wanted a unit that could modulate the heating better and this fits the bill. Water temp is now stable even when my system goes to a reduced flow/psi. Keeps me from getting burned by hot water in the shower. The main down side to this is it needs to be plugged in.... The Triton 10L runs stand alone no power needed. If you need that option it is also made by eccotemp and just re-branded Another nice aspect is eccotemp sells all the parts for the unit online should you need to make repairs.

The gas company pissed me off for the last time so I retired my old 400 lb bottle and picked up a 100 pounder from Lowe's. When I run out of gas now I just unhook the bottle and take it to Ace hardware for a fill-up. While I was at it I switch to this unit from my old 50 gallon tank heater. I installed the unit using the hookups from the old tank, fired it up and jumped in the shower. It performed better than expected and could not be happier. Having unlimited hot water is awesome and the unit looks modern with the touchscreen face.

1 Year in. This guy is amazing. For the price I replaced a much larger unit from a more expensive brand. I expected it to last 6-13 months like the other reviews mentioned. I have a 470 sq ft off-grid cabin. One kitchen, one bathroom sink and a shower. It will heat water to any temp you set it as long as the flow of below 2.2gpm which is plenty for shower pressure and the other faucets. It takes a minute to run a bath but that’s no concern. Easy to set up/use and enjoy. A 20lb bottle lasts us(me full time, GF 3 days/week) about 2 months. LP model Lastly-it looks slick. Touch screen is responsive and acccurate.
