Love this Sparkling Beverage Maker

Love the look of this sparkling beverage maker, matches my other KitchenAid appliances. The sodastream canister that came with it works well and we have fizzy drinks! Love that it does not use power one less cord on the countertop. Rather heavy no worry of it moving around on you while using it. We are using the water enhancers rather than the soda syrups and they make tasty fruity fizzy drinks. I have also found some nice recipes on Pinterest for fresh ingredient preservative free, sodium free, low calorie homemade syrups. We did have one little surprise with or order. Apparently they can not ship the 60L canister to some locations, they did substitute with the 3oz canister. The seller did work with us on this and was very responsive. Now I just have to find a location near me that does the canister exchanges, looks like we may have a 25-30 min drive to closes location. Still worth it!!!!

Good product, feels solid/durable.

Carbonates water perfectly well. No complaints. I saw some reviews mentioning that this didn't come with the advertised 60L bottle of CO2, mine did. There was also a note explaining that some models no longer came with sample flavor packs, I assume this had to do with expiration dates limiting shelf life of overall product. Mine did not come with flavor packs. No big deal.

Solidly Built and Functional

This is the first carbonation device I've ever purchased and I LOVE the solid, well-built, look and feel of it. One note of caution: Be sure to check the dimensions, including the height, to be sure this appliance will fit whether you plan to use it. I had to change my "plan" when I discovered that the unit was too tall to fit under my kitchen cabinets.

We had a really nice soda stream that kicked the bucket after a year of daily use. We replaced it with another soda stream (our model was no longer made, and the replacement was lower quality). We sent it back and got this KitchenAid one, which we like even more than our "original" soda stream. It looks cooler on our counter and feels more substantial. Highly recommend it.

Purchased for the design and appearance but also works great

This is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. Works well and makes tap water taste fresher. It is expensive, there are cheaper solutions with the same result, but we bought it for its appearance and are very happy with the purchase.

Love It

I really like this machine. It is well made, looks nice and is extremely simple to operate. I believe the people who are counting pennies on the CO2 bottle exchanges are missing the drive to and from the store, hauling the sparkling water, and the convenience of not running out. I drink a lot of it so it really simplifies my life. That said, I bought both the 20 oz and the 24 oz paintball CO2 bottles, but only the 20 oz works. The 24 oz is just tad too long for me to get it in. So I keep two 20 oz paintball tanks filled so when one runs out I have losts of time to get it refilled.

Love this machine, looks fantastic in my dark blue kitchen. A Little pricey but looks fantastic like the other KitchenAid products and works great for us!

great machine, some things to note

Love the machine - but there are a few things to note. Got the machine to replace a leaking plastic soda stream machine, this thing is well built and I like using it better than the other machine, especially since you don't have to screw the bottle in. And it has a more durable feel physically and when you are using it. But in regards to the Cons; - the description said it came with a large Co2 bottle - it did not - the enclosed soda stream flavor sample package was past it's best use date by almost two months - see photo - and for some reason, the metal plate with the words "kitchen aide" is on upside down - see photo the plate i don't care about because it does not impair the function of the machine I do how ever feel a bit shided on the C02 bottle and sample packets, just made me feel like the one they shipped me was some production reject

Gave as a gift; they use it often and say the energy drink tastes exactly like red bull! They love the other flavors as well and overall enjoy using the machine. They have a large tank of compressed air for paint ball and have a converter, so refilling isn't a huge deal.
