I have been waiting to purchase this for while now. I was delighted when the price went down and I could finally add it to my kitchen. This machine is easy to use, easy to clean and the coffee is amazing! It takes virtually seconds to be ready after turning on and seconds for the coffee/espresso to be ready. It is not noisy, cumbersome or cheap. All around a great product. My family will stop by literally for an espresso or latte.

I debated for a long time on which Nespresso to order and I'm so happy I went with this one! I've been using for 6+ months and it's hands down my favorite kitchen gadget. It's easy to use and I have yet to find a flavor I don't like. No need to buy lattes again from any coffee shop. I do find it's cheaper to buy the pods off amazon than the nespresso website.

This is my FAVORITE kitchen gadget. Used a nespresso espresso maker while on vacation and couldn't get if off of my mind. Bought this one because I drink coffee more than espresso (and this also makes espresso with the correct pods). I love the coffee this produces and really enjoy the creamy top it makes. It is fast. For me it's hot enough. Add to that the milk frother which works amazing creating a rich decadent cream foam, and its a dang great cup of home coffee. The machines are easy to use, easy to clean, nice looking and of really nice quality. The pods are easily ordered thru Nespresso. I wasn't certain I wanted to have to order my coffee online, but its easy enough, fast to ship, and I can just order up enough to last a while. They also ship free recycle bags so that you can easily return your used pods! I keep a bag in the laundry room and as the pod reservoir fills I dump into that bag, which by the way holds a lot of pods. I've been using this machine daily since February and I just now sent in the first full bag of used pods.

I have only had this machine a few weeks, but I love it already! I love coffee machines, it is a weird obsession of mine, but this so far is one of my favs. The machine simple to use and the coffee is great. The machine comes with a sample pack of coffee and espresso, so you can try and see which coffee suits you before you buy more! I love how the capsules are automatically dropped into a container. I love that I can top off my coffee just by pressing the button again. I don't have any complaints yet! I have used the frother more actually! I use it to make my daughter hot chocolate, she told me it was the best hot chocolate yet ;) I also used it to Mae a delicious pumpkin spice latte! I put in some almond milk creamer, a little vanilla, pumpkin spice seasoning and cinnamon, then let that mix, then poured into my fresh espresso and it was fantastic!

We were one of the early adopters of the K-Cups and have basically been using them since they came out. After our last machine shot craps I was heading down the path of purchasing a similar replacement machine until we stumbled upon this machine and eventually bought with some apprehension. My wife and I have used it for several months now before posting this review. Once you start using this machine you realize what you have been missing out on. This is REAL coffee, there are different levels of intensity but regardless, the taste is excellent and not bitter or artificial. This machine utilizes a different technology, instead of just "pumping" hot water through the coffee pod, it actually spins it at a high RPM and blends the coffee with water as it dispenses. This results in a completely different rich coffee with a creamy, frothy top (kind of looks like a pint of Guinness). One caveat - if you don't like a foamy head on your coffee, then don't purchase this machine because every cup will have it regardless of regular or espresso. It also makes some noise as it is spinning/brewing but we don't have any problem with that, it is time to wake up anyway! As many others have commented, the capsules for this are more expensive than K-Cups but I don't mind paying more because the result is much better. The availability of the capsules is more limited than K-Cups but you can find on Amazon or subscribe and purchase through Nespresso directly. There are many different varieties and strengths but they have a very accurate system of labeling the intensity, experiment until you get the one you like. If you are on the green side and were a Keurig user and hated throwing all the K-Cups in the trash, you will be happy to know that Nespresso provides bags with UPS shipping labels to return your used capsules so they can be recycled. If you like espresso it is even more reason to buy. I have drunk a lot of espresso in my life (some in Europe) and this machine makes it as good or better than what I have had anywhere. I believe there is a new model of the milk frother but the one that comes with this machine is easy to use and makes a killer cappuccino. Bottom line - this is a game changer. The coffee is really good and I no longer feel like I am drinking hotel room brews in my house.

Very happy with this machine. Easy to refill and make your coffee/espresso anytime. I use the milk frother daily and simply rinse it out water and dry it with a paper towel after each use. The machine itself is outstanding and the coffee tastes great! I upgraded from an older Keurig machine and cannot believe how I used that crap for so long. The Nespresso VetuoLine is amazing! I purchase my coffee and accessories directly from Nespresso and want to share a few notes. If you use milk/creamer in your coffee, the standard VertuoLine coffee cups may be too small. Also they are a bit pricey and you can find more affordable/sensible options here on amazon. Shipping directly from Nespresso can be slow for coffee refills, so I recommend ordering ahead or setting up auto-ship.

Best coffee you can make at home period. Love Nespresso flavor and quality. Bummer you have to order it as you can't buy the coffee in the store anywhere, but free two day shipping makes it almost pleasant. Be aware that the coffee runs $1.10 a cup tho which is way more than a regular coffee pot but only slightly more than a Kurig. Kurigs seem to blow up in just one year as well. I love the fresh taste and aroma of this coffee and the crema foam top this machine puts on top. The selection of coffees is good with several choices from mild to bold and a few non sweet flavors too.

I bought the Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo Deluxe for my office. I wanted a machine to effortlessly prepare a single serving of coffee, but I hate the weak Keurig coffee. I was hesitant at first to buy this unit because of the reviews mentioning the "cold coffee" they get from the VertuoLine machines. I do like hot coffee! But I do not know what these reviewers were talking about. The new Evoluo makes great hot coffee. Maybe the first version of VertuoLine machines produced coffee with lower temperature, but the Evoluo delivers perfect temperature coffee. The machine looks great in the office, is easy to use and makes flavorful coffee with great crema. At the end of the brewing cycle the machine spins at higher speed, which results in more noise, but this is only for a few seconds. The only thing I wish they would have added to the machine is a low water level warning. I usually do not pay attention to the water level. The machine ran dry and then stopped brewing, but only after a few more seconds of trying to get water out of the empty reservoir (with a lot of noise). But after adding water and pressing the brew button again (without changing the coffee cup) the machine continued to brew the coffee without problems. I usually drink the Stormio coffee, and occasionally an espresso. I do not mind the limited selection for the VertuoLine machines. If you want tea and hot chocolate, but a Keurig. If you want great coffee and espresso, buy this. The machine came with the Aerocchino plus milk frother. It is so easy to use and clean that I am seriously considering getting another one for my home. People complained that is overflowing but I had not have that happen even once. Pay attention to the max fill level indicators on the inside of the unit. I use it in an office and overflowing would create a serious mess. But it is working perfectly. I just rinse it out with cold water and wipe with a paper towel. It is so easy to use because it uses small magnetic stirring rod which you can easily pull out. Then there is just one little "bump" and otherwise smooth sides with no crevices. No possibility for milk residue to build up. It is also nice that the whole unit (the top part, not the base) is semi-waterproof so you can run water over it without problems. The unit heats up milk in just a few seconds. You have the option to either heat up milk (the simple looking attachment) or create foam (the mini whisk). Both work great, but I usually just use the simple one. Even though it is intended to just heat up milk, it also produces some foam, which is perfect for my purposes.

I read reviews before buying and was hesitant because of the complaints about insufficient heat of brew and expense of pods. First, I haven't had issues with temp for my coffee or espresso because I use the frother which heats the milk, so there's no cold milk cooling it off. Second, the pods are more expensive and inconvenient because you can't just go run to the store when you're out of pods BUT...it is totally worth it. I've turned into a coffee snob. When I'm drinking coffee away from home I'm constantly comparing others to my nespresso and none compare. The espresso has such a rich crema on top and the with the frother I make yummy lattes and cappuccinos. So glad I didn't buy another kuerig, no comparison.

this is so much fun (and easy to use). we love coffee and this makes a nice cup of coffee that is a bit on the strong side, but we love strong coffee.Besides, it might seem strong because we also use a keurig for our morning coffee, and as you know, keurigs brew a weak cup. the coffee from this machine is very flavorful. it's ingenious how the used pods flip into the container, so you're not burning your finger tips to brew a second cup, which is a keurig problem (a very small one, don't get me wrong, we love our keurig, too) The foam as shown, is not steamed milk foam, it is a foam made from the coffee itself. the brewer comes with a foamer, which has been working well. i foam half and half and light cream, and once, heavy cream, and it foamed (it won't whip) and was delicious and attractive on top. we love this. one drawback is that it's totally proprietary - you need to buy the pods from nespresso, or find them somewhere. Amazon does sell them but they are far more expensive than Nespresso, unfortunately. there are all sorts of promotions that the company offers that can lower the price. And i got a gift box of free chocolates as a first time customer. we are chocolate freaks and these were the creamiest chocolates ever.
