Bought as a Birthday present. We love it. Hassle free. Have not had any heating issues as some others have complained about. Love that I can recycle the pods at any UPS or nespresso locations (or in the mail). No fuss, no mess, and great tasting coffee.

this is my 2nd Nespresso Vertuoline ( put one in my office) my other one is still going strong 2.4 yrs . Makes the best coffee and espressos etc . Much better than store bought coffee in my opinion , and at a buck a cup well ... plus the easy recycling of the used pods . One improvement would be if Nespresso gave you credits of Free of coffee pods for large purchases like a rewards program .

I have had my Nespresso for about a week, and I absolutely love it! I had been an avid Keurig user for over 5 years and decided to try out the Nespresso after my Keurig went on the fritz. I don't think I will ever go back to Keurig! This machine looks and feels so much nicer! And the coffee is not watery at all--I'm still adjusting to full strength coffee! I especially love that it will do espresso, so you can have lattes, mochas, etc at home. Yes, the pods are more expensive than Keurig, but the coffee is so delicious, you will drink the whole thing. I found myself drinking a few sips of my Keurig coffee and then throwing the rest away and going to Starbucks! This also makes your kitchen smell amazing after it brews!

The search for great coffee at home is FINALLY OVER! During a recent resort vacation trip, we enjoyed coffee in our room, courtesy of a Nespresso Original coffee maker. The coffee we enjoyed(I prefer strong, flavorful coffee) was so much better than the coffee we have at home from the typical drip coffee maker. After returning home from the trip, I decided it was time to do some research on Nespresso coffee machines, and selected theVertuoLine Evoluo. TOTALLY happy with this machine! It's much quieter than the Original version machine at the resort, the coffee is served hot, and I'm really enjoying the many varieties available from Nespresso, although my favorite so far is Intenso. It looks great on our counter, and the design is classy, with the water reservoir on one side, and the storage container on the other where used coffee pods are ejected. Nespresso even offers free of charge a bag to return used pods so they can be recycled. How cool it that... To get great coffee in the past, I would stop by the Starbuck's on the way to the office. Now I usually drive by, while enjoying my Nespresso ALTO in my Yeti coffee mug!

So far, so very amazing! I believe I have truly found the perfect cup of coffee for me. The Melozio is delicious!

Great coffee. Great machine. It really looks like the coffee they have in the photos. The coffee pods run a little expensive, $11 for 10 pods. They only take the special VertuoLine pods, so the other Nespresso ones won't work on this machine.

Love this machine and can not do without my crema on top for more then a week or so. I still make a normal pot of coffee , but this will be in the top of my lineup. Hope to see more coffee choices in the future in Nespressos line up in time. You can get very strong coffee here, or milder back notes. The intense choices gives you a serious jolt I feel in the morning.

Love this machine. Amazing coffee and expresso. Capsules are not cheap but overall way less than half the price you would pay at Bucky's and an amazingly better cup of coffee. Trying different types of coffee/expresso blends but all so far have been very tasty, even the milder varieties. Only very minor complaint is that it would be nice for the water reservoir have a low water indicator/light. The horizontal pattern on the reservoir make the water level a bit hard to see in low light.

Nespresso GCC1-US-GR-NE VertuoLine Evoluo Coffee and Espresso Maker, Grey I purchased Vertuoline Evoluo machine on last August 2016, and have been used it frequently (twice a day during the weekdays). So far, the machine works great and I am highly satisfied. Note that I also have Pixie (which is OriginalLine) at home. So let me compare these two to provide valuable review. But one thing first! I read many Amazon reviews on this machine, and one of the biggest complaint was "not hot enough" problem. And it scares me. However, with two months of usage, I did NOT have any problem with coffee temperature. The coffee was as hot as the espresso of Pixie. Pros: 1) Shorter ready time - Pixie needs 25 sec while this one needs 15 sec. Not a huge difference but faster is slightly better. 2) Less messy - this is a great benefit over Pixie. After making espresso (or coffee), there is little residue and I don't have to clean the tray (a.k.a. cup support) frequently. Meanwhile, I need to clean the tray after 3-4 times use for Pixie. It is a huge advantage if you put the machine at your office. 3) Good for coffee lover - if you love espresso or latte or cappuccino, Pixie with milk frother would be a better option. Yet, if you prefer americano-type of coffee, this will be the great choice. Also, it has a unique flavor, hazelio, which does not exist for OriginalLine. Cons: 1) No "more water" indicator - unlike Pixie, there is no empty water tank alert. You will hear irregular sound when you use the machine, and that is the time that you will figure out that it is time for adding the water, and it is inconvenient. 2) Maybe... a higher capsule price? - typically, one single VertuoLine capsule ($1.20) is expensive than one single OriginalLine capsule ($0.80). But when I drink americano by using Pixie, I usually add two espresso shots (i.e., $1.60). Meanwhile, I only use one capsule for Vertuoline, and I don't see the big difference in terms of taste. 3) No hot water option - I sometimes drink tea. So I use Pixie to get the hot water. However, this machine does not support this option. In conclusion, I like this machine, and I believe this is especially good for office use.

I have to give credit where it's due. I bought the initial Vertuoline when it was first released. As much as I wanted to love it -- coming from a Nespresso espresso machine prior -- it was a big disappointment. Primarily due to the heating of the water. While it got to temperature super quickly that temperature was no more than lukewarm. And, Nespresso had a variety of really poor suggestions to overcome the flaw. In the end I returned it. Flash forward to this newly updated version and the temperature issue is resolved. It makes a nice hot cup of coffee. I very much enjoy the various flavors and the crema at the top is a nice touch. Sure, you still want to stir the crema into your coffee since it doesn't have the best flavor on its own but mixed in makes for a nice, luxe cup of coffee. In the house I've got a high end Saeco machine that grinds fresh beans, and have tried the new Oxo machines as well as others. This is now my clear go to for coffee.
