Worked for me.

I bought these to see it they would alleviate the pain I was having on the top side of my left forearm. I lift using a series of machines and a few dumbbell lifts. I recently added weighted carries. I am thinking the carries are what has inflamed the muscle in question. After wearing the brace just one time, the pain diminished. I now wear it every time I exercise. The pain in my forearm has greatly diminished. For me, it works.

Life changer!

Between using the mouse during the day and knitting at night, I developed pretty nasty tendonitis in my arm. The pain was not on the forearm like most tennis elbow but underneath in the inside of the arm. I had been nursing it using a different wrap for years with little success. Able to get through 3 games of bowling relatively pain free

My tennis elbow is a beyotch of late. Halfway through game 2 of league play without a strap, I was cooking. Borrowed a strap without a gel pad from another player and it didn't do anything. Pressure is all that really works, and a gel strap made sense. Used it for the first time last night, and my 3rd game score didn't nosedive like it has been. I'm not in pain this morning. Forearm Pain Relief

About 2-3 months ago, I developed serious forearm pain in both forearms. Even picking up relatively light objects around the house could be very painful. Does the Trick!

As I'm getting closer to 50 years old, every day brings a new pain. I'm a General contractor, work fiscally and working out since i'm 17. For a long time I had pain in my elbows. Use during elbow aggravating activities

I was recently diagnosed with tennis elbow. I had an compression sleeve for my elbow but it didn't help. I received a cortisone shot at the doctor to relieve the inflammation, but I could still feel the pain that was being caused from a muscle in my forearm that affected the tendon. It comes with two sizes for different size arms. It has a firm pad underneath that goes over that muscle I mentioned. I have found that wearing it when I am doing activities that would normally bother that arm and also when I sleep provide the most benefit. I do take it off throughout the day at various times to give my arm some relief. It has been a week since I had the shot and since I received the brace. So far, no pain since this week!
