Loving it so far. Now my Kindle feels like a book and I can hold it without worrying its going to slip out of my hands. I especially like the dual view method of a Velcro strip on the back. It works great.

I love this case. I've been using it for about 8 or 9 months now. It is a very pretty color, very sturdy, and fits my Kindle perfectly. There are no cons to it that I've noticed. Definitely recommended!

Great Case love it!!

Love my Roocase. This is my 3rd Roocase and I have not been disappointed yet. This 3 case is for my 3 rd kindle the new Fire HD 8. This case is great because it is durable, puts kindle in sleep mode when closed,and wakes when I open. Love these cases because I accidentally dropped one of my fire HDX's and it protected my kindle from cracks or scratches. Will order again if I buy another Kindle, I also love the leather because that's what protected the kindle I accidentally dropped. Yes it's bulky and makes the kindle heavier, I rather have a little extra weight and bulk than a broken kindle. Highly recommend buying from this seller again, case arrived much faster than expected. Very satisfied customer..A+++++

Perfect fit and function

I love this case! I can position my Fire any direction by taking it off the velcro stand and reattaching in another position, or I can take it off completely and hold it. The case is durable and doesn't bend in the wrong places. It is also soft against the screen so it doesn't scratch. I like that it turns on the screen when you open the flap instead of having to push the button when the Fire is in standby. It also doesn't open until you open it yourself... won't pop open when trying to put it in my purse. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing a case for their Fire HD 8. The color was exactly as I expected, too!

Roo case is all I buy...ever, for my kindles

Roocase only for MY Kindles. I searched everywhere for a Roo case origami for my latest kindle. NOwhere, none made. I have the origami for my HDX and love it. This I will admit comes close second. It hugs my kindle, closes tight, wakes the kindle when I want it to and the color is perfect. Now if I could get it to just fold like my origami?

I like the options of how you can turn the case to see at different angles. The pointer comes in handy. The case itself is very nice. Happy with it. When the case opens, the kindle turns itself on. Is this suppose to happen?

Love it!

Love this case! The color is just like the pic (got the dark pink/magenta) to replace one I ordered that was a horrible color compared to the pic online. Came with a free stylus pen,seems like good quality, and the main part detaches so you can have just a slim case as well! I am very happy I ordered it.

Great case, great price!

I love this case! I have had a rooCase in past for a different device and one for my fire 7. I love the navy color and the quality of this case is quite good for the price. It looks and feels like real leather, offers good protection without adding too much bulk. My wife also has the purple case for her Fire 7 and loves the rich color. After reading other reviews that said the stylus was not included, i was happy to find mine came with one as did the cases for our Fire 7s. I couldn't be happier with this case and highly recommend it! does the job

Re color, I like this purple. It's a muted and earthy shade and not bright. I like the ability to turn my Kindle Fire 8 HD (2015) to portrait and landscape. I'm not sure how often I'll use the case separately from the cover. Overall I have yet to see the ideal Kindle case that has all the valued features: affordable price, steady stand, colors I like, dual view. But this one has the majority. And I like the dual pen/stylus bonus. Great for jotting notes when needed.
