Great case. Fits well for the most part. The only problem is that the hold for charging is a little close to the reinforced section at the top that holds it in, so when I plug it in, I have to push the kindle slightly to the side. Not a big problem. I've had this for over a year now and it shows no sign of wear at all. I don't use it everyday, but The magnetic closure, wake/sleep function is great.

This review is for the more expensive Dual View Pro (2015) Amazon Fire 7 case, color Black. The tablet case fits my Amazon Fire 7 (2015) perfect. All the cutouts for the camera and speaker are in the correct locations. The overall finish is very nice leather (not plastic) with red and black stitching. The tablet folds out to form a triangle when open. The storage pockets hold 3 credit cards and 2 data cards and there is a pocket for cash or papers. The palm strap holds the tablet when you remove it from the case and helps to keep you from dropping the tablet. It also comes with a ballpoint pen and the case has a magnetic closure. The final thickness with the tablet closed is about 1-1/4” thick and it measures 4-3/4" x 7 3/4". I definitely would buy this case again and the quality and price makes this a good buy.

Fun colors, functional, great value!

I have ordered several of these rooCASE's because they are such a good deal and it's fun to have several different colors. I highly recommend these to protect your Kindle Fire! Pros: * Fun, bright colors at a great value * Works well to keep the Kindle safe from falls or scratches ( I would still recommend a screen protector as well) * Comes with a stylus * Easy to stand up for hands free viewing Con: The only con I can think of is it does not sit in portrait mode (up and down), only landscape (across), as is listed in the picture display. This doesn't bother me but something to consider if you want it hands free in portrait mode. I did not receive my items at a discounted rate, just wanted to share this great product.

I like it a lot so far

I bought this for my kindle, to replace my old one that was simply worn. I like it a lot so far. It is comfortable to hold while I am reading and very fashionable. I like having a pen/stylus available with my kindle. The material seems to be good and sturdy. I keep my kindle in my purse all the time unless I'm reading or charging it so it does see a lot of wear. So far it is rising to the challenge, keeping my kindle safe and not ripping or looking raggedy.

Robust Case

I love this case because it is very robust. I have one for my Samsung tablet and I've dropped it many times with no damage to the tablet. My Kindle 7 is very stable in the easel position unlike the original case that I bought. I never convert to the portrait position because you have to pull it off Velcro and then when you want to close it you have to carefully realign it in the landscape position. I also like it because I am able to lock the Kindle in the portrait position and prop the cover in the opposite direction in so that I can read it when my head is lying on the pillow.

This case ia all that and more! I just received it today so I'm still excited! It looks exactly as pictures, very, very pretty. The fire 7 fits perfectly everything lines up, easy to figure out and functional. Only criticism is a Lil klunky when you remove from outer cover, u thought it would be like a regular wrap around protective case but it has a square, not fitted felt board on back to attach it to our Outer case. Not whati expected but not too bad either, easier to hold than without any cover. It could only be better in real leather, but probably price me right out of owning, so YES, GREAT COVER! LOVEVIT!

This was a perfect fit for my daughter's Kindle! I got my reviews mixed up! I ordered another pink case (it came with a stylus and screen protector) from another buyer, but it didn't hold up well...it started coming apart within the first week and had to return it. This one was total opposite! Still holding up after several months! I would recommend.

Loving my new rooCase for my Amazon Fire 7! It fits perectly with great access to controls, camera, ports, and micro SD card slot. I was pleasantly surprised that a stylus/pen combo came with the case. It was advertised as having en elastic stylus holder, but the value jumped big time when it arrived with a stylus that would cost more than half what I paid for the case alone. This is my second rooCase. I have one on my Kindle Fire HDX 7 that has served me well for several years. It is just now starting to show signs og wear on the binding despite years of heavy use. That's what prompted me to buy annother rooCase for my newest device. I'm a happy customer who finds this newest case to be of the same fine quality as the one I bought in the past. I did NOT get a discount to review this item. Paid for it in full and will buy from this company again.

Fantastic Classic Case. Love it!

A fine quality, classic style case at an affordable price. This rooCase is awesome! It's exactly as described.All the ports are easily accessible. The case is well-crafted, sturdy but not bulky nor heavy. What got me to purchase this case was the fact that it was a slide-in case (not one if those cases with the plastic snap-in corners) which is much more secure for holding the Kindle Fire. An added bonus was the case's cover acts as a built-in stand that works perfectly. No more worries about a falling Kindle as you're reading a recipe or watching videos. If you own a Kindle Fire I highly recommend this case. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Fire 7 Casem

Using my new Kindle Fire 7, in the Roocase Dual View case, to access Amazon to write this review. The case is perfect for the Fire 7. It appears to be a quality product. Have used the camera, both ways, with no problem. The built-in stand, which is being used to type this review, works great. This case looks to be more expensive than it really cost. Oh, the included pen with stylus is stored in an elastic holder on the side of the case.
