It's really nice to be able to just rip those lug nuts ...
I received these as a Christmas gift. I use the 80 ft-lb stick. to pre torque the lugs on my autocross car. I do a lot of wheel changes. The 80 ft-lb stick is consistently giving me 76-78 ft-lbs with my battery powered electric impact allowing me to finish torque my lugs to 85 with my torque wrench. It's really nice to be able to just rip those lug nuts on and not worry about over torquing with the impact.

Magic
I don't understand what sorcery it is that causes these to work. They cleverly disguise themselves as simple but colorful extensions. However, as you're using them to tighten the lug nuts on your vehicle with your impact, watch for the pixie dust, because as soon as they reach the torque spec, your impact will stop tightening. I've only used this once and have not tested the accuracy of the torque yet, but since no one else has complained, I'm guessing it's pretty accurate.

Great for Mounting Tires!
This makes quick work of tire mounting. After mounting two sets of tires, one set at 85 ft lbs of torque and the other at 100, I checked the torque with a torque wrench after I got done and they were right on!

Accurate, nice fit and finish, well made case
Capri torque sticks are quality tools in terms of fit and finish, include a well built case and tested out with solid accuracy. I tested all of the torque sticks against a manual Snap On 1/2 inch TQFR250E 40 - 250 foot pound torque wrench. The Capri torque sticks were +/- 2-5 pounds of their rated capacity which is really good for a budget set like this. The 140 pound stick was actually 135 pounds which is better than being 145 pounds because snapping lugs is a real pain. I used two impact guns for the tests, a brand new just out of the box Milwaukee electric 9070-20 and a 35 year old Ingersoll Rand (IR) 1/2" pneumatic gun that's been rebuilt multiple times. Despite the rebuilds, the IR gun is obviously getting tired because it would not take the 140 pound stick anywhere near than 140 foot pound level that the new Milwaukee electric gun hit with ease so I based the results on the brand new Milwaukee torque gun. It's time for a new pneumatic torque gun. I use the Capri set primarily for the lugs on my cars when I swap winter and summer tires and using an actual manual torque wrench is time consuming but with aluminum wheels it's important to have the right torque. It's also a nice set for my commercial lawn mower wheels. In summary, for $50, the Capri torque sticks are accurate, well made, come in a nice case and allegedly have a lifetime warranty. My only "con" is that it would be great if the Capri sticks came in a wider selection of torque ranges rather this small set of 5.

Work exactly as advertised
The torque ratings appear to be accurate to within a couple ft/lbs each and they fit just snugly enough to not fall off my impact wrench while not being a pain to pull back off. Just make sure you use these on a traditional hammer based impact and not a clutch based model. I can confirm they're not accurate with a clutch model. I think this is due to the hammer style being more or less instantaneous force, while the clutch spreads the force out over a few milliseconds. Doesn't seem like much of a difference, but it really messes with torque sticks.

Seem well made and came in a nice case. Lets hope this is not just a bunch of voodoo and really work. Kind of kicking myself for not just buying a 1/2" torque wrench instead. I'll update this review if things don't work like they should when I get them out and use them. It's raining for about a week, so ????

Awesome, awesome set of torque sticks
These torque sticks pay for themselves quite quickly by saving so much time, which in my professional opinion makes these torque sticks a more worthy investment for lug nuts than a torque wrench. Furthermore, in order for a torque wrench to stay accurate, it must be calibrated at least every month. No calibration needed for these things! just pop them on your gun and hammer away. I tested them for accuracy with a tool truck brand (S-O) torque wrench that was freshly calibrated, and these things do exactly what they were made to do.

Protect your wheels.
This is a good set of torque sticks at a good price; and they are in a case. I don't use them that often, but I don't ever want to over tighten lug nuts when putting on wheels. I use a 20v IR impact (also available on Amazon). I didn't compare their torque ratings to my son's high-end wrenches, as there are enough other reviews that did that and they all reported decent results; so I took their word on it. With my limited use, I don't see where I'll ever be in a place to need a 10-stick set, and this isn't at a 10-stick price so I am very happy with it. I have previously bought other items from Capri Tools and haven't been disappointed yet. The case is well constructed, and I really like a case to be well constructed. I think you'd have to seriously abuse the box to break it. I do need to correct someone else's review. They do not work by use of pixie dust. Everyone knows torque sticks work by use of nano unicorn tears.

Great Deal!
Great price on a very handy tool. Sizes included in the set include 65, 80, 100, 120 & 140 foot/pounds. Torque rating is painted on each tool and the tools are color coded so you won't accidentally grab the wrong one. The plastic blow molded case is very nice. I'm a professional mechanic [40 years experience] and I recommend this tool.

Great torque sticks!
These torque sticks are awesome! Ive used the140, 120, 100 and 80 ft/lbs and torqued them with a torque wrench and all were in spec. I use these everyday to torque wheels down and i have a lot of confidence in these torque sticks. Definitely a good pick up to make a job faster and a little easier.
